We have installed ramps and handrails wherever possible; however, the Facility is not fully barrier-free. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■ Parking
To help prevent issues (vehicle damage, accidents, etc.), guests are generally asked to move their own vehicles. We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, theft, or other trouble in the parking area.
■ Shuttle Service for drivers to/from the parking area
We provide Shuttle Service to/from the parking area from 14:00 to 18:00. Please note that this service is not available after 18:00.
■ Luggage assistance by staff
To help prevent issues (damage or loss of belongings, etc.), we generally do not carry luggage for guests. If you have many items and need assistance, please ask the front desk staff. Please understand that we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or loss even when staff assist with carrying items. Assistance may take some time depending on circumstances.
■ Guidance to your Room
If you would like guidance to your Room, please ask the front desk staff. Please note that it may take some time before a staff member can assist you.
■ Cobwebs and insects inside the Accommodation
Our Accommodation is surrounded by mountains and located in nature with a mountain stream and two large waterfalls nearby; therefore insects may enter the building depending on the season. Cobwebs are removed during cleaning; however, spiders can build new webs within a few hours, so webs may appear after check-in as well.
Because our Facility is built along a cliffside, window cleaning and similar work at height is handled only by experienced staff.
If insects enter your Room and it concerns you, our staff will come to remove them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Staff visits to guest Rooms
We consider guest Rooms private spaces and make every effort not to disturb you during your stay. For this reason, attendants/management will not visit your Room for greetings or tea service.
■ Check your Plan / Reservation details
Please be sure to check the details of your Plan carefully before arrival. Issues have occurred when guests did not fully understand what was included in their Plan. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Important rules when using the large public bath / open-air bath

Please also refrain from bringing mobile phones or cameras into the bathing area.

After you arrive at the dining venue, we will guide guests to their seats in order as preparations are completed.
Seating order/timing may vary depending on conditions with other guests; please understand that you may need to wait at the venue.

Please do not take any items home except in-room consumables (single-use amenities and towels). If removal is discovered, you will be charged purchase/replacement costs and related expenses; we may also file a report if necessary.
*Books within the Accommodation; colored yukata robes/obi belts/geta sandals/shoe clips; provided amenities; bath towels; etc., may not be taken home.*
■ Customer harassment policy
“Customer harassment” refers to nuisance behavior such as violence or malicious complaints from customers.
Examples include abusive language; repeatedly making identical complaints; authoritarian/preachy behavior; retaliatory posts online; intimidation/threats; prolonged detention of staff members.
With support from legal professionals and relevant public agencies where appropriate, we will protect our staff’s safety and peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
