This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.
流石のシャングリ・ラ 9/11/2026There are many luxurious, high-end hotels in both Tokyo and Osaka, but personally, I feel I sleep best in this room and the food is the most delicious. This was my first time having breakfast at Piacere, and I was even more satisfied in its elegant, relaxing atmosphere. Spending time in the lobby lounge at night while listening to the violin performance was also wonderful.
