    It was wonderful!

    As it was the end of the year, the accommodation fee was the highest ever, but it was an exceptional stay that motivated me to work hard for a year to stay again. The team’s service in turning a mistake with parking guidance into an opportunity was impressive. Additionally, when dinner reservations were fully booked, their excellent response in arranging a move to The Classic was commendable. However, I found it disappointing that the details of food restrictions discussed over the phone were not effectively communicated on-site. It made me question what those detailed phone discussions were for. Similarly, during breakfast, there seemed to be assumptions based on experience regarding food changes; for instance, even substituted eel wasn’t suitable for us and there were other issues as well during both dinner and breakfast. It would have been helpful if we had been informed about substitute ingredients beforehand. Also, regarding the room's trash bin, its liner bag was too small. Even considering these points, my satisfaction level remains at an all-time high. Thank you very much!

    In celebration of the 60th birthday

    I visited with friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. I learned about this hotel during the summit, and when I stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was impressed by the wonderful facilities and services. I decided that I definitely wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday here. For my friends, it was their first time in Ise-Shima, and they were very satisfied with the journey, including Ise Jingu and the sightseeing express Shimakaze. Needless to say, they were thrilled when shown to the room (laughs). As for myself, I was deeply moved when the executive chef came to greet us during dinner. I would like to visit regularly in the future with the hotel as the main purpose.
