From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—the elegant front desk staff and even a complimentary Room upgrade.The Room was more than clean enough, spacious, with a beautiful view, and the food was delicious. We were completely satisfied with everything!If we come to Shiga Prefecture again, we would definitely choose this Hotel.
I stayed for four nights planning to fully enjoy Shiga, but due to extreme weather it poured for three days in a row and I ended up staying in the Hotel most of the time. However, because it was such a wonderful Accommodation, I truly enjoyed my Hotel stay and have no regrets at all. I was also upgraded to a Room, which was spacious, and I could really relax in the living area and the quiet bedroom. All four nights included breakfast and dinner, and I used the buffet each time; there was a great variety of dishes, everything was delicious, and I was very satisfied. In particular, I was happy to easily enjoy local specialties such as takikomi rice made with Biwa trout and grilled mackerel somen noodles. Since I couldn’t go out due to the rain, I went down to the café during cleaning time; their tea and cakes were also delicious and very satisfying. It’s also convenient that there is a convenience store that sells souvenirs as well. I would like to visit again next year. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
