    The Hotel, located just steps from Kyoto Station, exudes luxury, and the lobby blends modern design with a distinctly Kyoto atmosphere. I initially had a concern about my Room, and when I called, the front desk staff responded immediately and arranged a Room change. I was truly grateful. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my stay at the Hotel. As expected of a top-class Hotel, they proposed the best solution from the guest’s perspective, and it was a moment that truly reflected their hospitality. Every dish at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and with such a wide selection, my friend and I were very satisfied as we talked about coming back together to try what we couldn’t eat this time. In particular, the smoothies were excellent—my friend was genuinely impressed. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and this has become one of the Hotels I will definitely return to.

    I was very much looking forward to my stay after hearing that the Room had been renovated. It was a shoes-off style Room that felt comfortable, with plenty of warmth from the wood. The chairs were set slightly lower, so I could also enjoy the feel of the tatami while relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful as well, and I would like to stay again.

Beyond that, the floor is raised by 10 cm so you can remove your shoes and relax, opening into a living space finished with domestically sourced natural wood flooring and tatami mats.
