This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. There is a supermarket and a drugstore right next door, so shopping is easy. I saw several guests buy dinner and enjoy it at the free bar. I went to a nearby udon restaurant and enjoyed seiro soba and battera, then picked up 20% off deli items at the supermarket and enjoyed drinks in my Room. Both the Room and the large public bath were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was easy to enjoy, and the staff service was excellent. It was a functional and truly wonderful Hotel.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

This time, our large family of eight stayed to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Our Room was upgraded, the meals were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly—we truly enjoyed our one-night stay. Finally, the view from the Room was amazing.

As a truly secluded Onsen, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful Accommodation well worth the effort. Surrounded by abundant nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the Onsen while embraced by quiet nature—it was truly an exceptional moment. All of your staff are wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm inside. At dinner, you kindly changed our table to a window seat, and we enjoyed delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

This was our first stay as a couple. The Hotel is attached to a golf course and is a little away from central Nasu, but both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We enjoyed the warm hospitality from everyone at the Hotel, wonderful cuisine, a private hot spring source that warmed us through to the core, and spacious, clean Rooms—everything we could have asked for. At departure, clean wipes were prepared for us, and our car windows ended up sparkling. We sincerely thank all of the staff. It has been a while since we experienced such truly professional hospitality—we were genuinely moved. Thank you very much.

As always, the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was gentle on the body with a perfect temperature. It was also my first time dining in a second-floor private dining Room, and the open atrium made it easy to appreciate the main building’s traditional architecture. However, this time the meal service was a bit disappointing: tea didn’t come unless we asked for it, and the explanations of the dishes were hard to follow. I understand they may still be inexperienced, but for an Accommodation that values its cuisine, I hope more care will be taken in how guests are attended to during meals. That said, it’s still an Accommodation I would definitely like to visit again.

I’m satisfied with the great location and the new, clean Room. The parking lot is also conveniently accessible from Hirose-dori. It’s a bit disappointing that there is no large public bath, but the in-room bathroom is separate from the toilet and has a rain shower, making it very comfortable.

We stayed in the Force Room. Thank you for accommodating our last-minute Reservation.\nAlthough the Room is a separate building with a thatched roof, it is not an old traditional house; the interior has the latest facilities, so we were able to stay as comfortably as we would at a city Hotel.\nFrom the Room, we could see the thatched roofs of other rooms, and it felt like we had traveled back in time to another world.\nWe used the spacious open-air bath in our Room; the hot spring water was slightly cloudy with mineral deposits floating on top, and it was wonderful.\nThe large public bath is also right by the river, offering an open, airy feel and an excellent location.\nHighly recommended Accommodation.

We stayed here as a couple during the Obon holidays. Even though it was the hottest time of midsummer, Tenkawa Village was wonderfully cool—a top summer retreat in Kansai where we could stay comfortable without using the Room air conditioner and without breaking a sweat. We had long admired the charm of Dorogawa Onsen and had wanted to stay there at least once, and choosing Hanaya Tokubei was absolutely the right decision. The whole town has a lovely atmosphere, but Tokubei stands out for its especially distinctive and tasteful building. Because there are few guest Rooms with private indoor baths in the area, we stayed in “Higashi no Tenku” with an indoor bath. The view is mostly of the courtyard, so if you are used to resort-style Onsen facilities it may not exceed expectations. Still, considering this is traditionally an Accommodation used by ascetics, we felt it was a true luxury and enjoyed it. The meals were delicious Japanese cuisine featuring plenty of local ingredients, with thoughtful touches throughout that kept our Multiple Night Stay from ever feeling repetitive. We were completely full but couldn’t bear to leave anything behind—and finished every last bite. Spending time on the veranda at dusk with a beer in hand while watching people pass by was simply wonderful. After sunset, strolling around the area in yukata is also great fun. Wherever you walk, the lantern lights feel magical, and Tokubei lends out portable lanterns as well. It was like stepping back into a period drama. There were also foreign staff members, and they were genuinely kind and attentive—we truly appreciated it. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Highly recommended if you are sightseeing in Dorogawa Onsen.

Near Yahaba Station—an excellent location. My workplace is also nearby, so I stay here from time to time. Yahabaru (a small complex with several restaurants) near the station is also within walking distance. The Hotel’s welcome drink is, as always, outstanding. The meals are a great value for this price range. The sewage smell that used to be an issue has been resolved, and this time I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath.

I chose this Accommodation for its free-flowing Onsen, and when I actually visited, I was truly impressed to see the hot water gushing out in abundance. There are two baths, Kaki-no-Yu and Momo-no-Yu, with Kaki-no-Yu being more spacious. At the entrance to the open-air bath at Momo-no-Yu, stones are laid out underfoot, giving a stimulating sensation on the soles of your feet that felt pleasantly painful. The meals were also delicious, with some dishes clearly prepared with great care. Our Room was on the third floor, and I wished there had been an elevator—but perhaps it was good exercise instead.

Thanks to the warm and courteous service, I felt at ease throughout my stay. The location is very convenient if you are traveling by car. For guests arriving by train, a Shuttle Service was also available to Shimoda Station. Because I have many food allergies, I chose a Plan without meals. However, the Accommodation staff kindly recommended local restaurants, and we were fortunate to get a Reservation. I was able to enjoy an outstanding simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), which was absolutely delicious. The young international staff were wonderful as well—their smiles were lovely, their Japanese was excellent, and they worked with great dedication. As someone who can only speak Japanese comfortably, I truly respect them. The bath was also fantastic: the Izu stone in the indoor bath glowed a beautiful blue, and its soft texture felt very pleasant on the skin. The night view of Shimoda Port and the sunset outside the window were stunning. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The Room was spacious and uncluttered, so it felt like pets wouldn’t be able to get into mischief. It also felt reassuring even with a baby. There was a large trash bin, and being able to throw everything away in one place was more convenient than having multiple small bins. Meals were great as well—BBQ was prepared for each Room, so we only had to grill. The meat was very delicious, and the rice had already been cooked in advance, which showed how thoughtfully everything is arranged. There is very little direct interaction with staff, but if you need anything and call, they come quickly and help. The in-Room bath was wonderful, and there is also a large public bath where you can enjoy different types of baths. The large public bath was almost private during our stay. Each Room also has a cart, making it easy to get to the large public bath. Driving the cart was a fun bonus. There are many insects outside, but measures are taken so they don’t get into the Room or onto the balcony, and there were none at all in the large public bath. A lot of insects fly around outdoors, but it’s impressive how well they prevent them from coming inside. Insect repellent is also provided, which made us feel fairly at ease. It’s an Accommodation I’d like to visit again—next time for a Multiple Night Stay.

I stay here from time to time. It’s close to the station and very convenient. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk and other staff. Even though it was raining, they welcomed me warmly and kindly offered a free umbrella loan for the next day. The TV signal in the Room was weak and occasionally cut out. Also, when I first turned on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell, so I turned it off a few times because of that odor. On the second day, I could hear some people being noisy in the hallway, but I was still able to sleep well at night. Overall, I plan to stay here again.

The staff were very kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. When we made the Reservation, only smoking Rooms were available even though we don’t smoke, so we thought it would be fine for one night since deodorizer was provided. In the end, we didn’t notice any cigarette smell at all and stayed comfortably. We also signed up for the morning buffet at check-in, and despite the low price it had a great variety of options and was delicious—we were very satisfied. Thank you!

I regularly stay at Business Hotels across the whole country for both work and personal travel. This was my first time staying at Super Hotel Shikokuchuo. I checked in after 11:30 p.m., and the front desk staff’s courteous, heartfelt service immediately put me at ease. The clean, comfortable, modern ladies’ shower room was excellent—thanks to the ReFa shower head and the latest ReFa hair dryer, my hair felt wonderfully smooth and I was very satisfied. Even though the women’s large public bath hours are short, I felt it was more than enough because the ladies’ shower room is available for longer hours. The choice of pillows and eco-friendly services were also great. From the 150 cm-wide bed to the Room layout, amenities service, welcome drink, thorough cleaning in every corner—everything showed thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast with its wide variety of dishes was delicious as well. Above all, every staff member was kind, polite, and truly pleasant—I was impressed. I could really feel both Super Hotel Shikokuchuo’s high standards and the strong commitment of all its staff. I will definitely stay again. I hope you continue your great work and remain a wonderful Business Hotel.

This time I made a point of arriving in Morioka early. Even though it was before check-in, the staff kindly stored my luggage, so I could explore Morioka hands-free. I also got to fully enjoy my favorite Morioka reimen, and at night I relaxed and refreshed at the spa. The sauna and cold bath were perfect, and the next day I headed to work feeling great. As a soft-serve lover, I was beyond happy to be able to enjoy Noda Salt soft-serve right inside the Hotel! Another highlight is being able to spend time at ease in such a refined space. The parking lot is close by, and the location is very convenient with direct access to the bus center. Just one thing: it was a little hard to understand how guests can use the Hotel cafe. Could I have had dinner there too…? Was there morning coffee that could be taken back to the Room…? Next time, I’d love to stay for a relaxing Multiple Night Stay on a private trip!

I stayed here because I wanted to visit Kibune and Kurama, as well as Kuzuha where my relatives live, and it was convenient for accessing the Keihan Railway. The Room was spacious enough for three people to relax comfortably. Both the toilet and bathroom were large and easy to use. We ate dinner and breakfast outside the Hotel, but it was truly convenient because all the places we wanted to go were nearby. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay. Our whole family loves it, and although we consider other places each time, we always end up choosing this one. Above all, the view of Mt. Fuji right in front of you is breathtaking. (Depending on the weather, there were days when it wasn’t visible even though it’s so close.) Every dish was delicious, and we truly enjoyed a luxurious getaway with meals prepared right in front of us. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and we’d love to visit again in a different season.

The Room is new, and the bathroom area is spotless. The staff were very courteous, and above all, I was amazed by the high quality of the breakfast. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, there were also local specialties such as chilled soup (hiyajiru), chicken nanban, and shiso tofu, plus even a trolley service—quality you wouldn’t expect from a Business Hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, but close to the downtown area; it was a wonderful Hotel where I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Miyazaki next time.
