As soon as we entered, the ocean spread out before us—it was so beautiful and truly moving. The Room also had an ocean view, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Thank you very much.

Everything was high quality, and we had a very comfortable stay. The various services, including the JAN Terrace, were excellent. This is a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to visit again.

The property is very close to the station and easy to find. There are many places to eat nearby, making it very convenient and highly recommended. The Room was relatively spacious, so we could relax comfortably even with our suitcases open. Both the interior and the Facility were clean and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hair dryer worked great. We were also able to borrow a hair iron at the front desk. The loungewear with Hikonyan embroidery was very cute. All of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a big help that they could store our luggage even after check-out. Thanks to you, we had a comfortable trip—thank you very much. Next time, we would like to book meals as well.

The service was courteous and attentive, including a cart pickup—truly comparable to a first-class Hotel. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The morning scenery around the lodge was magical, and it was a wonderful escape from everyday life. We were very satisfied and look forward to staying again.

My spouse and I had planned to go to Jingu Stadium to watch a baseball game, but it was canceled due to rain. We changed our plans and fully enjoyed our time at the Hotel—visiting the club lounge and the pool. It had been a while since our last stay, and thanks to you, it was a very satisfying visit.

The meals were excellent. The room and the bath were also wonderful. However, the parking area is on a slope, which was difficult for my grandmother. We liked it so much that we made another reservation for February. We will be visiting from Yamanashi.

We stayed here for our first overnight trip with our 11-month-old dog. The staff were very friendly, and both the facilities and our room were clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and made a Reservation. The cost was about JPY 17,500 for two nights, and the Room was surprisingly a twin with breakfast included. The building is a bit old, but the inside is very clean. The twin Room was spacious and spotless; it was a smoking Room, but there was no unpleasant odor. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the shower water pressure was strong. There was an air purifier, and although the air conditioner is an older style, it kept the Room cool and comfortable during my summer stay. Breakfast is buffet-style—I expected something simple, but the seafood rice bowl and curry were delicious and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were kind, and the late-night complimentary salt ramen was also great. Above all, I really appreciated the relatively large flat parking lot with free in-and-out access.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. I really appreciated having an air purifier in the Room. The pajamas were comfortable as well. The staff were kind, and I was happy that the breakfast was delicious, so if I visit Kagawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Due to the recent heavy rain disaster, we stayed at Yachiyo Midorigaoka and Narita. The semi-double Room was spacious enough for my daughter and me, and it was very clean. I was too tired to use the large public bath, so I used the in-room shower instead, but the amenities were well stocked, so it would have been fine even if we had arrived with hardly any luggage. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if anything comes up. Thank you very much.

The staff who assisted us at check-in were very pleasant and courteous. The Room was clean and felt spacious, so we were able to relax well. However, the bathroom had a lingering odor, so we kept the door open the whole time.

The renovated lower floors were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Sorry to trouble you, but I left behind a pair of black socks—have they been found?

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights)! With the Gourmet Plan, we enjoyed char (iwana) and tempura, and added Joshu beef steak and kamameshi as optional dishes. The meals made with local ingredients were generous in portion size, and we were very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. We were also able to use the gymnasium, played a lot with our child, and enjoyed the natural Onsen—it was like a dream, two truly special days. All of the staff were wonderful as well. We would love to stay again.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind, and the bath was relaxing. I’m quite particular about cleanliness, but everything was clean and I felt comfortable staying there! Even though it’s a Japanese-style room, it had proper blackout curtains, which was great because the kids didn’t wake up early in the morning.

The room was a Japanese-Western style, and the futon was already laid out. The Onsen had silky smooth water, which felt very pleasant. The open-air bath offered a stunning night view, making it a blissful experience to soak in the Onsen while enjoying the scenery. The meals were excellent; however, breakfast was limited to 60 minutes, which made us rush and was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to visit again after the renovation.

There is a large public bath, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. I stayed in a Room with twin beds, and it was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent—there was a wide variety of dishes, and I could choose whatever I liked. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, and I think this one is top-level. If I had to mention one thing, the twin Room may be limited by design, but it would have been nice to have a slightly larger desk.

We stayed with four adults, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and pleasant. The location is also within walking distance of Shimotori Street.

I’m glad I chose this hotel for my first trip to Wakayama. For this price, I was very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed using the lounge, and the snacks were delicious. I will definitely stay at Mercure again on my next trip. Thank you for the wonderful service.

It was my first time staying at Shigira Resort, and I’m truly glad we chose Allamanda! From day one, the staff’s smiles and greetings made us feel so welcome that I already wanted to come back. I didn’t use the private pool in the room, but it was still fun to enjoy the lounge and take walks around the property. I also heard they keep 10 sea turtles on-site, and we were able to see many of them. The shuttle bus ran on time, and even without renting a hotel cart, we could spend our time efficiently and comfortably. The best part was definitely the breakfast buffet! There was a great variety of both Japanese and Western options, all delicious. It’s understandable that it gets crowded, but we were still able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. The shower room available after returning from transfers or activities was also very helpful. The amenities were POLA B.A., and the bath products were from an overseas brand—I would have been happier if they had been ReFa. The waffle-textured pajamas left marks on my skin by morning, but they were comfortable to sleep in. I’m sorry for having you arrange a taxi only for our plans to be canceled. We also enjoyed golf—the location was amazing! Overall, we were extremely satisfied, and next time we visit Miyakojima, we definitely want to stay at Allamanda again. Two nights didn’t feel like enough, but that just makes us want to come back—so I guess that’s a good thing. Thank you very much; we made wonderful memories!

We arrived a little early, but relaxed in the lobby while enjoying shaved ice. That kind thoughtfulness made us very happy. This is an old but truly lovely Hotel, quietly nestled in the mountains of Atami. The soft, high-quality Onsen is outstanding. The building does show its age, and there is also an area where the owner lives, but that is more than made up for by the wonderful Onsen and meals. Fresh sashimi. Delicious fresh salmon roe. Steak and sukiyaki, and a great variety of desserts, fruit, and ice cream—everything was very satisfying. The amenities are plentiful as well—both in the Room and at the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, and hair milk, plus KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap— an excellent selection. There is also a pool that can be used year-round, which is great for children. It really felt like what you would expect from Livemax. Considering how travel costs have risen in recent years, this resort offers excellent value for money. Many of the staff are from overseas, but they are well trained so we felt at ease and very comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we want good hot springs water or delicious sashimi again, we will come back to stay here. I would highly recommend this very comfortable Hotel to many people.
