It was a clean and well-kept Hotel. The pajamas were excellent.

Although No Meals Included, the Room was clean, and the bathtub was relatively spacious, so it felt comfortable without being cramped. Even though it is located in front of the station, parking was reasonably priced at 500 yen. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep before I knew it. I would like to stay here again.

Even though it was a Saturday stay, I was able to stay at an affordable price. First of all, I was very happy. These days, many Business Hotels often have no staff at the front desk, and more places use machines for check-out. At Ichinomiya City Hotel, the price was reasonable and easy to book, yet there were staff properly at the front desk and they were very kind. The Room was spacious, and I was also very pleased that there was complimentary coffee service at the front desk. It’s a Hotel I would definitely like to use again.

Stayed for 3 nights during the autumn foliage season. It is not large, but a very beautiful hotel. There is also a rooftop terrace with a view of the pagoda at Kiyomizu Temple. It was a hotel that made me want to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed with a preschool-aged child, and thanks to your kind hospitality, we had a very comfortable stay. I’ve liked Daiwa Roynet since my days as an office worker and have stayed at your properties in many places across the whole country. Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were excellent. The service was also wonderful, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the bed layout and for preparing extra pillows and bath towels. The shoes-off style was also very helpful when traveling with a child. I would love to stay again on our next trip.

We stayed here for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. The building seems old, but the Room, floors, and Facility are clean. The meals are very delicious. There was plenty of rice, vegetables, and side dishes, and we ended up eating too much at every meal. The Onsen has several types of baths, so you can relax and enjoy it comfortably. We would love to stay here again for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival next year.

We stayed as a parent and child for my son’s university entrance exams. ■ Warm hospitality for exam takers At check-in, the staff asked, “Are you here for exams?” and gave us a small gift. My son, who was feeling nervous, seemed relieved by the thoughtful gesture, and I’m truly grateful as a parent. ■ Excellent amenities and a comfortable Room The amenity bar was well stocked—my son especially liked the bath salts and was able to relax. I also tried a face mask for the first time in my life! Even as an older guy (haha), it felt very refreshing after a bath. We were assigned a corner connecting Room, which allowed us to maintain privacy while still being close enough—making our stay extremely comfortable. ■ Great location It’s close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble at all even with a Plan without dinner. ■ A small suggestion for the future Winter in Matsumoto was drier than expected, so having hand cream among the amenities would make it even better! Thanks to the kindness of all the staff, my son was able to take his exam in great condition. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Matsumoto. Thank you very much!

Thanks to the young female staff member at the front desk who kindly gave us detailed directions to the surrounding roads, we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Hakone without any trouble. We could also see Mt. Fuji from our Room, and the Onsen was very relaxing. We would love to stay again.

I felt at ease knowing I could go anywhere with my dog. This time I only had breakfast, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Since it was a hot season, I used the air conditioner, but it was noisy, perhaps because the Facility is old. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

With extra time in our itinerary for an Eastern Hokkaido trip, we looked for an Accommodation at the last minute and made a Reservation just before arrival after being told there were vacancies. We had planned to have dinner at a nearby restaurant, but there weren’t many within walking distance, so we stopped by a supermarket a few minutes away by car before check-in, bought food, and ate in the Room. The next morning, we used the free breakfast. The Annex Building 2 we were shown to was new. While the Room wasn’t very large, the side table and foldable baggage rack were extremely useful. The utilities were spotless, and best of all, having a separate bathroom with a washing area was wonderful. (If I had to ask for one thing, it would be nice if there were a bath bucket set.) Breakfast the next day was free and could also be taken back to your Room. You choose between two types of side-dish boxes (with slightly different contents) and pack as much rice as you like; there was also salad (available until it runs out), miso soup, powdered soups, furikake seasoning packets, instant coffee, and tea & black tea bags—an impressive selection that felt almost too good for something free. The parking area was spacious as well—excellent value for money! A Hotel I’d happily recommend and would like to use again if I have the chance.

I’m a repeat guest. The location is great, and it’s excellent value to get a solid breakfast at this price. The Room is also comfortable and easy to spend time in.

There was a Masashi Sada concert at Tottori Prefectural Culture Hall. I stayed at the Hotel while still enjoying the afterglow of the show. I bought beer and snacks at a nearby convenience store and had drinks until late at night. Before I knew it, I fell asleep, woke up around 4:00 a.m., and cleaned up what I had eaten. I tidied up, brushed my teeth, went back to sleep, and woke up again at 6:30 a.m. Since it takes five hours to get back home to Masuda City in Shimane, I checked out a little after 9:30 a.m. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I hope to stay with you again when I have another opportunity.

Our family of four stayed here, including two daughters. We were satisfied with the meals, the Room, and the bath. In particular, we are very grateful to the kind woman who took care of our dining service.

Unfortunately, due to cloudy and rainy weather, we couldn’t see the starry sky, but we’re already thinking about when to come back for another try. There was a warm, homey atmosphere among guests as well—people asked questions and helped each other out. The drink corner was a great idea, but even after trying many times, no ice came out, and there were a few things that were unclear. An elderly guest seemed troubled because the coffee wouldn’t stop dispensing. I think it would be helpful to post easy-to-understand instructions. At mealtimes, the staff serving us were all foreigners, but they were very polite. Their Japanese was quite limited at times so we didn’t always understand what they said, but we could generally guess from the context and had no issues. One thing that stood out compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at: since it’s a quiet Hotel I thought this might be normal here, but I was surprised that none of the staff said “good morning” to guests in the morning. When my husband passed by the front desk he greeted them first; they may not have heard him, but they were chatting among themselves and didn’t greet guests even as people walked right in front of them. In contrast, the foreign staff in the restaurant—even with limited Japanese—did say “good morning.” Also, the Onsen was wonderful, but there is no fan in the changing room. Having one would help guests cool down more easily and might reduce crowding there. The large public bath and open-air bath are very comfortable and warm you up well. The green view from the open-air bath—and in the morning, clouds or mist drifting over the mountains—felt truly unique. The meals were a good portion size and showed creativity within their price range. Dinner offered an enjoyable mix of Japanese- and Western-style dishes with plenty of variety. Breakfast was buffet-style with many options including both Western and Japanese items as well as desserts; everyone seemed to be enjoying it. The highland area is beautiful—it feels like it could even become a villa resort area someday. We also visited Relaxia Forest next to the Hotel (apparently used as a movie filming location). It’s a lovely forest where we could enjoy forest bathing too. There don’t seem to be any other Hotels around this area, so we’d like to stay again.

I visit Kyoto every year for the Gion Festival’s Yoiyama, and I stayed here again this time as well. I was able to relax in a quiet, calm atmosphere. At the breakfast venue, there was live flute music—I never expected to hear “Morning Mood” from Peer Gynt. My wife says she won’t stay anywhere other than your Hotel. We’re planning to visit Kyoto again in December, and instead of a day trip, we’re considering staying at your Hotel.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

The breakfast, welcome drink, and other services were excellent, and the Hotel staff assisted us with smiles throughout our stay. The downtown area was nearby, and since there was a pachinko parlor on the first floor I was worried about noise, but I was able to rest comfortably. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

There are not many staff members, but it was easy to see which services they focus on, and I felt it is a comfortable and welcoming Hotel. The fresh flowers next to the elevator were very soothing. The Room was spacious and clean, and there was a water dispenser in the hallway where you can enjoy delicious cold water. The bath is an Onsen with plenty of space to relax, and breakfast in the morning was exceptionally delicious. I wanted to thank you in person for the wonderful breakfast, but our timing didn’t match. It helped me recover from my fatigue and left me feeling refreshed and energized.

The roads in Arima Onsen are narrow, and they kept getting narrower on the way to the Hotel parking area, which made us a bit anxious, but we arrived safely. The staff were kind and attentive, and there were snacks and drinks in the lobby, so we could relax. The Room was also clean and well prepared; we took a short rest and enjoyed a walk around the Onsen town, which was fun. Since we requested a later dinner time, we were able to enjoy the bath at a leisurely pace. We thoroughly enjoyed plenty of meat with our meal. The other dishes also felt carefully prepared and were delicious. It was also nice that we could enjoy dessert in the lobby later in the evening after taking some time. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been better if breakfast items like bacon and sausages were served hot. We thought this might be our first and last trip to Arima Onsen, but now my spouse and I would like to visit again. We were happy with the Room upgrade—thank you very much.

We stay here two or three times every year. This time, we stayed with a typhoon forecast to hit directly. Luckily, the Room for the next day was also available (probably due to cancellations because of the typhoon), so for safety, we extended our stay by one more night. By the morning of the second day, the rain and wind had finally eased. The ground was still a bit wet, but we were glad our dogs could enjoy the dog run. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and all the staff greeted us pleasantly, which we really appreciated. It was excellent.
