I used to stay at a different hotel each time I visited Osaka, but I really liked this one. It’s close to the station, and the surrounding area is great with plenty of places to eat. I think I’ll stay here again.

As soon as we entered, the ocean spread out before us—it was so beautiful and truly moving. The Room also had an ocean view, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Thank you very much.

Everything was high quality, and we had a very comfortable stay. The various services, including the JAN Terrace, were excellent. This is a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to visit again.

The property is very close to the station and easy to find. There are many places to eat nearby, making it very convenient and highly recommended. The Room was relatively spacious, so we could relax comfortably even with our suitcases open. Both the interior and the Facility were clean and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hair dryer worked great. We were also able to borrow a hair iron at the front desk. The loungewear with Hikonyan embroidery was very cute. All of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a big help that they could store our luggage even after check-out. Thanks to you, we had a comfortable trip—thank you very much. Next time, we would like to book meals as well.

The service was courteous and attentive, including a cart pickup—truly comparable to a first-class Hotel. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The morning scenery around the lodge was magical, and it was a wonderful escape from everyday life. We were very satisfied and look forward to staying again.

My spouse and I had planned to go to Jingu Stadium to watch a baseball game, but it was canceled due to rain. We changed our plans and fully enjoyed our time at the Hotel—visiting the club lounge and the pool. It had been a while since our last stay, and thanks to you, it was a very satisfying visit.

The meals were excellent. The room and the bath were also wonderful. However, the parking area is on a slope, which was difficult for my grandmother. We liked it so much that we made another reservation for February. We will be visiting from Yamanashi.

I was able to relax in a Room with a great view. Thank you very much. The limousine bus the next morning was also very convenient. I look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed here for our first overnight trip with our 11-month-old dog. The staff were very friendly, and both the facilities and our room were clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. The Room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax comfortably. I really appreciated having an air purifier in the Room. The pajamas were comfortable as well. The staff were kind, and I was happy that the breakfast was delicious, so if I visit Kagawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Due to the recent heavy rain disaster, we stayed at Yachiyo Midorigaoka and Narita. The semi-double Room was spacious enough for my daughter and me, and it was very clean. I was too tired to use the large public bath, so I used the in-room shower instead, but the amenities were well stocked, so it would have been fine even if we had arrived with hardly any luggage. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if anything comes up. Thank you very much.

The renovated lower floors were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Sorry to trouble you, but I left behind a pair of black socks—have they been found?

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights)! With the Gourmet Plan, we enjoyed char (iwana) and tempura, and added Joshu beef steak and kamameshi as optional dishes. The meals made with local ingredients were generous in portion size, and we were very satisfied with both breakfast and dinner. We were also able to use the gymnasium, played a lot with our child, and enjoyed the natural Onsen—it was like a dream, two truly special days. All of the staff were wonderful as well. We would love to stay again.

After a tiring day of sightseeing, I contacted the Shuttle Service and they came right away, which was a huge help. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were very courteous. The Room had a kinsen hot spring bath with luxurious free-flowing water available 24 hours a day—I was truly impressed. I soaked many times and felt great every time. The kaiseki dinner, late-night tantanmen, and breakfast buffet were all delicious and left me completely satisfied. The staff member in charge of the tantanmen service was especially polite and provided outstanding hospitality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including many local specialties, which I really appreciated—I enjoyed it so much that I went back for seconds. The drink service in the lobby and in the Room was also very helpful. I was happy to find a wide selection of skincare amenities in the Room as well. Throughout my stay, there wasn’t a single unpleasant moment—I felt comfortable until the very end. At this price, it’s truly appreciated. I will definitely stay again next time. Thank you for such an enjoyable time.

They promptly handled last-minute room changes. The double Room was clean as expected. Breakfast was average in taste with no complaints. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I stayed at this Hotel in Akebonobashi because I had plans in Shinjuku. It was easy to find—just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station through the shopping street. The staff were also kind. We booked a triple room, and even though it’s a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, it was spacious with enough room to open our suitcases, which was great. Although we didn’t use them, the shopping street has convenience stores and restaurants, which seemed very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku for work.

The location was great—close to the station and downtown, making it very convenient. The parking lot was also nearby, and we were able to use it for free. We stayed in a twin Room, and it was spacious, bright, and clean. The beds were wide, so we could rest comfortably. However, there wasn’t a good place to put our luggage, so it would have been nice to have something like a foldable luggage rack. My companion tends to sweat easily and said it would have been helpful if there had been something like fabric deodorizer spray (e.g., Febreze). The welcome drinks selection was excellent, and we also enjoyed the cup noodle service at night. The breakfast bread was delicious, and they also had potato salad, so we were very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal. One downside was that the toilet washlet didn’t work—possibly due to a malfunction. We would like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

The room was a Japanese-Western style, and the futon was already laid out. The Onsen had silky smooth water, which felt very pleasant. The open-air bath offered a stunning night view, making it a blissful experience to soak in the Onsen while enjoying the scenery. The meals were excellent; however, breakfast was limited to 60 minutes, which made us rush and was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to visit again after the renovation.

There is a large public bath, and I was able to relax and enjoy it. I stayed in a Room with twin beds, and it was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent—there was a wide variety of dishes, and I could choose whatever I liked. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, and I think this one is top-level. If I had to mention one thing, the twin Room may be limited by design, but it would have been nice to have a slightly larger desk.

It was my first stay in a while, and I had a great time thanks to the friendly staff.
