How is the cost performance?

At check-in, I was informed via a notice that the Room phone could not connect to the front desk (due to malfunction). Guests are advised to use the phone in the elevator hall or call externally if they need assistance. This seems unusual for a Business Hotel. It was also my first time staying at a hotel without a shower cap among the amenities. The distance from the station makes it hard to say it offers good value for money. While breakfast had variety, this level of service has become standard even in Business Hotels recently.

We are currently working on urgent repairs. Additionally, regarding amenities, we deeply regret that a shower cap, which should have been provided in your room, was not prepared.
