No turban shell included

The meal selection felt lacking. The live kitchen was not preparing anything. The escargot-style turban shell I was looking forward to turned out to be steamed oysters, and the hamburger required assembling a fried pork cutlet yourself. There were no other meat options, and both sashimi and sushi were disappointing in presentation. I won't be returning for a second time! Please note that reservations made through Rakuten do not earn Mercure points. Don't be misled by advertisements! There is no sense of style here at all.

We deeply regret that despite selecting our accommodation, we caused you discomfort during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction with the changes in our meal offerings. In an effort to incorporate local ingredients, we have replaced the hamburger with a Fried Horse Mackerel Burger and introduced steamed seafood dishes such as scallops and oysters as recommended items. While increasing fish-based options, we may have reduced meat-based dishes, which might have left some guests feeling unsatisfied.
