Chalet Ivy Jozankei

We stayed at Chalet Ivy Jozankei for our honeymoon.When we arrived, we were a little surprised by the steep downhill slope, but a staff member quickly came over and helped carry our luggage, which was a huge help. The mango tea served at check-in was delicious, and we felt warmly welcomed.All of the staff were kind and attentive, and together with the calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel, it made for a truly relaxing stay both physically and mentally. The lounge had a wonderful view, and since it was relatively quiet, we were able to enjoy window seats many times.Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and very satisfying. We used the bath in our Room about four or five times, and the public bath was often quiet as well, so we could take our time enjoying a relaxing soak on our own.Even after check-out, they drove us to the bus stop, and we were impressed by their thoughtful service down to every detail.Thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff and the comfortable Facility environment, it was an exceptionally fulfilling stay. We would love to stay again.

This was our first stay, but we arrived safely with the help of the navigation system. There is a large public bath, but we relaxed in the in-room bath and enjoyed the hot spring at our own pace, which helped us unwind after the drive. Dinner was served in a private room; each dish was thoughtfully prepared using Hokkaido ingredients, and everything was delicious. Snacks were available in the lobby, so we brought some back to our room and enjoyed them while relaxing in the spacious room at a leisurely pace. Breakfast was served at a different dining area, where we took our time and enjoyed it while looking out at the surrounding scenery.
