Dinner paired with local Hokkaido wines was delicious.The wine selection was impressive—I was amazed at how perfectly a professional pairing matched the dishes.I’ve been to many restaurants around the world, and the wine pairing here is truly outstanding.The rich wine at the end was also excellent.Next time, I’d like to return in winter when temperatures are lower.Another favorite Hotel added to my list!
AKIRABKK 7/16/2026We stayed to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday.When our 1-year-old fell asleep during the meal, the staff kindly brought us a baby bed, saying, “Please feel free to use this so you can enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace.”There were a few unexpected situations as well, but each time everyone responded with genuine kindness.Also, the in-Room bath has glass walls all around, so we could keep an eye on things from the Room, allowing both the children and adults to relax with peace of mind.The sweets in the lounge were delicious, and there was a great selection of drinks.The meals were excellent too—especially the white rice at breakfast the next morning, which truly impressed us.Thank you so much!!
