I really enjoyed my stay—keep it up!

We stayed as two families with our daughter and son-in-law, and our grandchild enjoyed everything to the point of wearing us out— the garden pool, indoor pool, Onsen, night pool, and table tennis. The illuminations were also wonderful and beautifully done. Many of the staff were from overseas; perhaps there are differences in motivation, as some seemed hesitant while others quickly stepped in to help with a family photo. I hope everyone will continue to do their best with attentive awareness and warm smiles. The building is old, but the indoor cleaning was excellent and very hygienic; the sliding glass door to the balcony was polished so well we almost forgot it was there. The meals felt like a mini version of Hotel Kawakyu—everything was delicious—but entry and waiting at the live kitchen took time. There were still items we wanted to try, but we ran out of time, and dining felt rushed due to staff focusing on turning over for the next seating. With a few ideas and improvements, I believe it could be even better.
