Everything was wonderful.
From the Hotel entrance, it feels luxurious, and the staff are very courteous. There are many staff members, so there is no waiting time for anything. I was satisfied with everything, including the view from the Room, the cleanliness of the interior, and the amenities. This time I used the courier service from the Hotel, and they also provided Hotel cardboard boxes, which helped reduce my luggage on the way home. A convenience store and a drugstore have opened near the Hotel entrance, so it was easy to buy small items after arrival. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

It was a wonderful Hotel.
The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. When we asked to take a photo with the Bay Bridge during our meal, they kindly helped us, and they even came over again to take photos when it was lit up, telling us it would look beautiful. Of course, the food was delicious as well. The accessible room was very comfortable. Just one thing: because the shower room is next to it, transferring onto the toilet seat was difficult. It would feel more stable if the toilet seat were slightly larger. Checkout was smooth, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Consistently reliable service. The rate for the 33 m² double room with lounge access is slightly high.
At check-in, I was offered a paid upgrade to a room of 70 m² or more for an additional fee (seemed reasonable), but I decided to consider it on my next stay. I appreciated the flexibility. There is no morning newspaper service; it seems the Nikkei is only available in the lounge, which was disappointing. The lounge hors d’oeuvres selection was more substantial than before. The Japanese set breakfast was also satisfying, but the miso soup was not good—I’d like it to be at the same level as Kashima no Mori in the group. The quality of both the broth and miso may be lower.

The location is very convenient for transportation.
I booked with full understanding of the location, but it feels like you have to take the Yurikamome out to Shimbashi for almost anywhere you go—like an extra transfer added to every trip. That said, there are clear advantages: direct access from the station, great views, and reasonable prices. The staff are all kind as well. However, the Facility feels dated. These days most places put effort into things like showerheads and hair dryers. At the very least, it would be nice if rental hair irons were updated. Also, if the lounge menu included items like ice cream, it might have left a different impression.

Simply the best.
It was my first time in a while staying on the Executive Floor, and I truly enjoyed the Club Lounge. From the moment I arrived, I was reminded how wonderful it is—the pleasant scent throughout the Hotel, the staff’s warm hospitality, and the beautiful food presentation in the lounge. That evening, I was also able to watch a fountain and drone show, which made it feel even more special. We used our Hotel credit to dine at Toh-Lee Chinese Restaurant, and as expected it was absolutely delicious—we were very satisfied. Breakfast was also enjoyable and tasty with both a main dish and buffet options. On departure, I’m also grateful to the front desk staff who kindly accommodated my request even though it was rather selfish of me to ask. Life has gotten busier as my daughter grows up, but I would definitely like to stay again.

A Relaxing Moment
I was able to relax and feel refreshed. Even though it was just a day trip, I still got to enjoy the feeling of being on vacation.

There were various issues this time, and we also encountered some difficulties.
After arriving in Odaiba, I decided to go see the Gundam before heading to the Hotel, so I walked to DiverCity. Since it was nearing the end in August, it was very crowded. On the first day, I always order the afternoon tea set at The Lobby Cafe, but this time I tried their homemade ginger ale for the first time. It was quite bitter, but after adding some syrup I managed to drink it. For dinner, I had the recommended pasta through Room Service. I actually love prosciutto and also like tomato pasta, so I decided to try it this time. It was surprisingly delicious—I’d love to have it again. On the second day, I tried various dishes at Toh-Lee. Everything was delicious. However, when I returned there was a cleaner in my Room and it surprised me. The Room was slightly messy, but all my important belongings were there. At The Lobby Cafe, I ordered afternoon tea and a drink. The drink tasted like something frozen and was very good. Late at night there was a radio program on, so I set a timer on my phone and went to sleep—but only two hours had passed when around 11 p.m., either the Room in front of mine or behind mine became extremely noisy. So I contacted the front desk during the night. After the radio ended, I went back to sleep; then in the morning I woke up and checked out.

The breakfast buffet...
The breakfast buffet’s melon juice and strawberry-peach juice were delicious. The staff’s friendly, respectful approach felt very comfortable. While the Facility is a bit dated, you can fully enjoy Odaiba’s beautiful views.

Wonderful
The Hotel’s service was outstanding. The staff were very well trained, and from the moment I entered the Hotel until check-out, I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again! The bathroom facilities are a bit dated, but they were thoroughly cleaned.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided attentive support with our luggage and everything else. There was a large earthquake in the middle of the night, but they promptly updated us via an in-house announcement and explained that the building is earthquake-resistant, which reassured us. We stayed in Odaiba for a Fuji TV event, and since it was close to our destination, we were able to enjoy it while taking short breaks at the Hotel. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Plan with Afternoon Tea Set Included
Until now, I had mostly stayed here over the New Year holidays, but I found an Afternoon Tea Plan and made a Reservation so I could relax and chat with friends of 40 years. With an early 2:00 PM check-in, afternoon tea delivered by room service, and the freedom to laugh and talk without worrying about others, we had a truly wonderful time. The aroma you notice as soon as you enter the Hotel is my favorite scent—always soothing—and it feels like being welcomed back. I’d love to return again to relax in that fragrance.

A wonderful Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. This time we had a Rainbow Bridge–side view, so the night scenery was beautiful. We could also see the newly opened fountain show. The Room was spacious, and it was great that the bathtub and shower were separate. Breakfast was included, and since we stayed two nights, we tried both the buffet and the restaurant on the 30th floor. The food was delicious at both. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The staff are except...
The staff are exceptionally courteous, making every stay comfortable—this is my favorite Hotel. This time I noticed the aromatic bath salts and tried them by filling the bathtub. The soothing scent was wonderful, and my skin felt silky smooth. It was the perfect bath time to relax and recharge after a long day. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

Perfect for a cozy stay-in getaway
This was my second stay since visiting at Christmas. [Lounge] As always, it was very comfortable. There were fewer guests than last time, so I could relax without watching the clock. I was disappointed that the afternoon tea cakes were still limited to four varieties (last time there were eight in total), and that my favorite yuzu cider was no longer available. The cocktail-time hors d’oeuvres selection was smaller than before as well, but I enjoyed the many summery, pleasantly tangy options. I appreciated being able to enjoy it right up until departure. [Breakfast] Perhaps because it was less crowded, most guests were able to sit by the windows. For the main dish, I requested a soft omelet and they kindly accommodated me. One thing that concerned me was seeing some guests letting children around elementary school age or younger serve themselves at the buffet. [Room] Just like last time, it was very comfortable. The bed wasn’t too soft and I slept well. I also appreciated the wide selection of drinks and amenities. [Fitness Club] I used the bath and sauna. At most there were only about three people using them, so I could stretch out and fully relax. Overall, my satisfaction remained high, and it was hard to leave the Hotel behind. I also appreciated being informed about late check-out at check-in, which allowed me to take things even more slowly. I would love to stay again.

Elegant Universal Room
Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The most memorable part of this stay was the outstanding service from all the staff. Everyone was extremely courteous, noticing what we needed before we even asked and kindly checking in with us. Even when they were in the middle of a task, they would stop, stand still, and greet us properly. Their thoughtful attention to detail could be felt throughout our stay. While assisting us, they naturally asked things like “Did you have fun?” and “Was it delicious?”, which showed that their hospitality went beyond being polite—they genuinely cared about making our time comfortable. Thanks to their pleasant and attentive service, we were able to spend our entire stay in a wonderful mood. The lounge was also very comfortable. There was a wide variety of drinks, and just the right selection of light snacks—all of them delicious. The view lounge in particular was almost always empty whenever we visited, so we could relax at ease. We also loved being able to see the Rainbow Bridge clearly; although parts of the fountain show are not visible from inside, it was still great to enjoy it indoors. Breakfast was generous in portion size. The main dishes were delicious, and there was an excellent variety of breads as well. Everything looked so good that I wanted to try more, but there was far more than I could finish. The Room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. From our Rainbow Bridge view Room, we could see not only the Rainbow Bridge but also Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and even the city skyline—the view truly was spectacular. Of course the Facility features, scenery, and meals were wonderful as well—but more than anything else, this stay left a strong impression thanks to the warm yet professional hospitality of all the staff. We had such a pleasant and enjoyable time because of you. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay—we would love to visit again.

It was my first stay...
It was my first stay in a while. I always book the lounge access option. Even though they’re light snacks, I always look forward to the delicious food and sweets, and this time the mini burgers were especially good. The only disappointment was that they didn’t have the pecans I liked so much I used to buy some to take home (lol). Also, the male staff member with a shaved head who has been here for a long time was, as always, working briskly and provided very pleasant service—I think that’s great every time. As for Facilities, I also used the Yamano Beauty Wellness Salon for the first time this visit, and both the staff and the treatments were excellent (and it’s nice that there is an Accommodation guest discount). Personally, two things I’d love to see are extended gym opening hours and allowing access to the 27th-floor View Lounge without restricting entry times (even if food and drink remain time-limited). I understand renovations are currently underway, so I’d like to visit again once everything is in place.

Very clean!
I expected Friday night stays to be pricey, but for this Room it felt almost too cheap. This time I attended a festival at Ariake Garden. The Yurikamome Line wasn’t crowded and the ride was smooth. However, after the festival most of the shopping complex was already closed, so finding dinner was a bit difficult. Luckily there was a convenience store. There were also a few places still open, so it might be worth checking in advance. The Room was spacious and very clean—no complaints at all. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. There were many international guests, and there was an oriental kind of scent in the air (lol).

Exceptional hospitality
We stayed on the Executive Floor for two nights. First, we used the gym. It was convenient that we could use it even before check-in (free as an Executive Floor benefit). After working up a sweat, we freshened up in the bath and then checked in. Checking in while enjoying tea in the lounge was especially welcome after the gym. As it was our wedding anniversary stay, we received a surprise gift of sweets. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. When staying as a family of three, it often means an extra bed, but all three beds were standard beds, so we didn’t have to decide who gets which one—thank you. We also loved the view; since we’re aviation fans, seeing the airport and planes taking off was amazing. Even during the Obon holiday period, cocktail time didn’t feel overly crowded, and we were able to relax and chat as a family. The hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and delicious, and there was a great variety of drinks. There were cocktail recipes too, so my adult daughter and I had fun trying them together. We had such a wonderful time that it became a family favorite—we even made our next Reservation during our stay. For breakfast, we went to the 30th floor; both Western and Japanese options were excellent along with the buffet selection. Even on our Multiple Night Stay, the cake selection, cocktail-time hors d’oeuvres, and Japanese breakfast items (including fish) changed from day to day, so we never got bored. The weather wasn’t great, but between joining studio classes at the gym and relaxing in our Room or in the lounge, it turned into an ideal hotel getaway. All staff members were very pleasant—from lounge staff to front desk to room cleaning—and they always stopped to greet us with a smile. It truly felt like Nikko quality. We’re really looking forward to our next stay.

From check-in to check-out, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. As it was our anniversary, we fully enjoyed a stay on the special Executive Floor. The Room was very clean, and the view from the window was wonderful, allowing us to celebrate a truly memorable anniversary.

The staff’s hospitality is truly top-notch!
We had a wonderful stay. Every staff member greeted us warmly, and their lovely smiles helped make our time truly special. The view from the Room was great, and it was clean and well maintained. Having four bottles of water provided was very helpful. At breakfast, there was sushi, which felt unique, and it was absolutely delicious. Next time, we would like to visit on a sunny day. We would also like to use the lounge on our next stay!

Club Lounge Hopping
The Room was ready early, so we were able to relax in the club lounge. It had a calm atmosphere, and my daughter made me the recommended summer cocktail this time—it even had konpeito candy in it. It was very delicious. The lounge on the 28th floor had a great view, and we could also watch the fountain show. In our Room, the bathroom was combined with the sink area and toilet, so I went to the fitness facility instead and enjoyed a long soak in the bathtub. The best part of this stay was breakfast. We went to Sushi & Shabu-Shabu on the 30th floor. With wonderful views at the counter, delicious food, and a very friendly chef, it was a lovely breakfast time. I’d like to visit again when I want to unwind.

This is the quintessential Japanese Hotel.
Although this Hotel’s Facility is not new, the rates are reasonable, many of the staff are Japanese, and I think it is an excellent Hotel that reflects the pride of Japanese hospitality. The food is especially delicious. This time I had Club Floor access, and it was truly comfortable. Next time, I would like to stay for about a week.

At the breakfast venue
I stayed here a long time ago, and this time my family had plans in the Odaiba area, so we booked a stay with Club Lounge access. The Club Lounge was a relaxing space even with small children, and everyone was very accommodating. They also kindly helped with luggage storage at checkout and other small requests, which made for a very pleasant stay. On the other hand, the restaurant—especially breakfast—left a strong impression. We had breakfast in the restaurant behind the bar. While the buffet selection felt somewhat limited, I thought the quality was good. However, I witnessed an older male staff member who appeared to be a manager speaking to a female staff member (perhaps in her 20s) who was clearing tables behind us, saying something along the lines of: “Don’t you look more like a girl today? You should always do it like that. You’re cute.” The woman seemed unsure how to respond and quickly walked away. It felt like an outdated and inappropriate conversation—something that would not be out of place as an example of what *not* to do in compliance training at any company that takes staff training seriously. What bothered me most was that he spoke loudly enough for guests to hear; it gave me the impression that this is simply how things are run there. He continued walking around smiling afterward, which made it seem routine. When guests can overhear this kind of talk, it can undermine the perceived quality of the entire Hotel. If someone wants to have conversations like that, they should do so out of sight—and I believe proper training is needed.

Thank you for upgrading us to a Room on the Rainbow Bridge side. Everyone was thrilled—the view was amazing. For breakfast, we went to Garden Dining on the first day and Tamakagari on the second day. The buffet had a great variety of dishes and was delicious, so we were very satisfied. The shabu-shabu at Tamakagari was also excellent. The bath, toilet, and sink were all in one Room, but the layout was well designed—spacious and easy to use. We received two bottles of water per person per day. Many Hotels provide only one per person, and when we run out we sometimes end up boiling tap water to drink, so we really appreciated this. My husband stayed here for the second time in about 10 years, while the other three of us were visiting for the first time. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.
