Yunokawa Prince Hotel Nagisatei

We planned a trip to Hakodate to celebrate my elderly father’s birthday, and after careful consideration, we made a Reservation at this Hotel. However, while sightseeing on Mt. Hakodate, my father suddenly became unwell, was taken by ambulance, and was admitted to the hospital immediately. He had been truly looking forward to it, but he was unable to enjoy the meals, the Onsen, or the Room here, so only my mother and I stayed.When we explained the situation, you responded appropriately and offered us warm words of support. I had little appetite after such an unexpected event, but everything we ate was wonderful and delicious—and it made me wish even more that my father could have enjoyed it too. The Room was also excellent.We are deeply grateful to all of your staff.

This was our third stay, and we visited with a total of nine family members and relatives. Our Room was a clean twin on the city side, and we could see planes landing at Hakodate Airport. The open-air bath in the large public bath offers a panoramic view of the Tsugaru Strait, with your eye level right at the horizon—this Accommodation’s signature bath truly lives up to its reputation.The buffet also had a wide variety of dishes, and the floor staff were very attentive, promptly clearing finished plates one after another. However, the staff preparing the food were not as welcoming as I had hoped; I felt it would be even better with a bit more friendliness. The front desk staff were excellent. We would like to stay again.
