Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. The staff were very kind and helpful, which was great. The Facility feels a bit old, but it is kept very clean and well maintained, so I had a comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here.

We planned a last-minute trip as a couple and never expected to find such a wonderful Accommodation available during the Obon holidays at such an affordable rate. Dinner was impressive, featuring dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, served on Hagi-yaki–style ceramic tableware. The buffet-style breakfast was also full of delicious options. The annex isn’t very large, but it felt newly finished and was comfortable. Above all, the location alone—an expansive view of the Sea of Japan spreading out right below the window—seems worth tens of thousands of yen. The staff were warm and welcoming as well, making it an unforgettable stay.

Since we were looking forward to the sunset, we checked the time, and they kindly came to let us know when it was time. Also, during meals, the staff not only offered refills of rice but also asked if we would like more miso soup; everyone was very pleasant. The view was wonderfu

From arrival to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with such generous portions that we couldn’t finish everything. The staff were kind and their warm smiles were wonderful. When we visit the Nanki-Katsuura area again, we would love to stay at Manshiro again.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We stayed with five women and four children. Everything felt very clean, and even the amenities were branded, which got everyone excited! Everywhere you look is photo-worthy, and best of all, the BBQ while watching the sunset was amazing. It was still a bit chilly for the season, so we couldn’t use the pool, but we’d love to come back when it’s warmer. The staff were also very kind—thank you so much. It was an excellent Hotel with nothing to complain about.

Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there is no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I appreciated those thoughtful touches. It didn’t feel especially new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We stayed for one night on a trip to visit Toba Aquarium. The view from the lounge just inside the entrance was truly breathtaking. The sea stretches beautifully to every corner of your sight, and your eyes are drawn to Mitsushima Island floating in the center. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious—we enjoyed as much as we could. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so we would love to return at a different time of year.

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

This is our third summer trip with my daughter’s family. Since staying here for the first time last year, my grandchild has become a big fan of Mikazuki. When I asked where they wanted to go this year, the answer was immediate: “Mikazuki!” They said they wanted to come again because the pool was so much fun, so we decided on it. Once again, we had two wonderful days and went home completely satisfied. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed at a reasonable price with the Short Stay Plan. Check-in was after 6:00 PM, but there was a complimentary drink service for guests in the lobby lounge, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. The next morning, I took a walk in Nakajima Park, which continues from the Hotel’s garden across a narrow road. The Room was clean, and I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.
