Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I stayed at a reasonable price with the Short Stay Plan. Check-in was after 6:00 PM, but there was a complimentary drink service for guests in the lobby lounge, and I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. The next morning, I took a walk in Nakajima Park, which continues from the Hotel’s garden across a narrow road. The Room was clean, and I think it is a satisfying Hotel.

Although the building shows its age, it was a clean and comfortable Hotel with excellent staff service. As the Review said, the spa and breakfast are a perfect 5 out of 5. The breakfast menu included Okinawa soba and nakami-jiru, among others, and I was happy to be able to enjoy Okinawan cuisine. In addition, the EM-related dishes featured on the menu were also delicious. I definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet. It would be even better if access were a bit more convenient, but since it is on higher ground, the view was great. I would like to consider this as an Accommodation option again on my next trip to Okinawa.

The building is spread out horizontally, so depending on where your Room is located, it can be quite a walk to the restaurant, baths, and lobby. Other than that, there were no particular issues or complaints. It was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it offers three different water temperatures (high/medium/low) and water types, plus a carbonated bath. Other guests also mentioned that it might be more effective than some Onsen. The restaurant (buffet-style) had a wide variety of dishes, and the staff were excellent—one thoughtful touch was that they even informed us that ice cream could be taken back to our Room. I believe drinks inside the facility were reasonably priced as well—for example, a 350 ml can of beer was 350 yen. The souvenir shop opens from 7:30 a.m. It has a great selection, and you can probably find most things you need there.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

I think both the Room and the Hotel were thoroughly cleaned; everything was very spotless. Perhaps because my Room was on the top floor, the view was wonderful, and I found myself looking outside again and again. The layout also felt spacious—there was plenty of room even with my suitcase opened on the floor, and I really appreciated having a table-and-chair set as well. The only downside was the shower curtain. Whether it was too short or not wide enough, the floor ended up getting wet all three times (and I’m usually careful when showering). From another perspective, though, the service from an experienced female front desk staff member was excellent. She kindly responded to my request for “a place within a 15-minute walk where I can drink quietly alone and enjoy good tuna,” and explained how to get there in a very thoughtful way. Thanks to her, I got there without getting lost—and it turned out to be the best tuna I’ve ever had. I was also able to relax and take my time. A Hotel with staff who provide such attentive service will surely help younger employees grow as well (sorry if that sounds presumptuous). It’s also a big plus that there is a restaurant, a 24-hour convenience store, and a bakery on the first floor of the building where the Hotel is located. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

When I went to the bath on the 12th floor, I didn’t realize the bath towels were under the TV. Someone I shared the elevator with had brought one, so I asked and found out that’s where they were. The towel location might be a little hard to notice.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. Last time, I was moved by the beautiful sunset I could see during dinner, and I also wanted to eat Yobuko squid again, so whenever I go to Yobuko, I choose to stay at this Hotel. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn’t see the sunset this time. We also weren’t able to

We stayed for one night on a trip to visit Toba Aquarium. The view from the lounge just inside the entrance was truly breathtaking. The sea stretches beautifully to every corner of your sight, and your eyes are drawn to Mitsushima Island floating in the center. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious—we enjoyed as much as we could. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so we would love to return at a different time of year.

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

This is our third summer trip with my daughter’s family. Since staying here for the first time last year, my grandchild has become a big fan of Mikazuki. When I asked where they wanted to go this year, the answer was immediate: “Mikazuki!” They said they wanted to come again because the pool was so much fun, so we decided on it. Once again, we had two wonderful days and went home completely satisfied. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stopped by on our way back from visiting a family grave at Mount Koya. This was our second stay, and the Onsen was especially relaxing—we truly enjoyed the ocean view right in front of us. The meals were delicious, and we were very happy with the complimentary drinks service in the lounge that started this year. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again for a third or fourth time.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. The Reviews were good, so we were really looking forward to it.\nI called because I thought we might be late for check-in, and the response was smooth and courteous. The explanation at check-in was also clear and helpful.\nThe boxed dinners changed daily and were delicious every day! The portions were just right, too. The rice was also excellent!\nThe Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. We could relax while looking out at the sea. Maybe because we had good weather, the ocean looked beautiful and clear.\nThe breakfast buffet had just the right variety. The egg over rice was delicious! Personally, I only wished there had been a small dessert option at breakfast.\nWe didn’t use the Onsen, so I rated it as average.\nThere were no amenities in the Room, but everything we needed was available in front of the elevator area, so we could pick them up there.
