Facility
There was an issue where the bathroom sink would not drain, but they promptly changed our Room. The staff were helpful, but the faucet in the new Room was also stiff. It was supposed to be renovated, so that was disappointing. The meals were very good. In particular, the pressed sushi at dinner was delicious. The breakfast waffles were also great—I could bake them myself and enjoyed them. At night, we enjoyed a sky full of stars. I’d like to visit again.

Thank you very much for staying at Haimurubushi on Kohama Island. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the poor drainage at the washbasin. Thank you for your cooperation in moving to another Room. We also deeply apologize that the faucet in the new Room was stiff as well, causing you further discomfort. We regret that we did not meet your expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will thoroughly carry out Facility inspections and improvements. Even so, we are truly grateful for your kind words regarding our staff’s service. We were also delighted to read that you enjoyed our dining. We are especially pleased to hear that you liked the pressed sushi at dinner and enjoyed making waffles at breakfast. In addition, we are glad that you were able to enjoy a sky full of stars and spend a special time unique to Kohama Island.
