While looking for an Accommodation on the way from Ise to the Kumano Kodo, I found this place. As the Reviews said, it was a simple yet very good Accommodation. I enjoyed the instant miso soup at night and in the morning, and the breakfast bento and coffee were also delicious. The staff were very friendly as well.

Go down to the ground-floor level at Nagano Station, cross the crosswalk to the right, and you will find the entrance immediately. The escalator was out of service, so I took the stairs up to the front desk on the second floor. (Please note this if you have difficulty walking.) I stayed for two nights and was happy with the warm and courteous hospitality throughout. I also appreciated the welcome drink and happy-hour alcohol service. From the 10th floor, I could see mountains behind Nagano Station, which really made me feel like I was in Nagano. Was it only me who couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi in my Room? Even when it connected briefly, it disconnected right away. That was my only disappointment; otherwise, I had a comfortable stay overall. Thank you very much!

We stayed in a suite. We were very satisfied with the size of the Room and the terrace, and the peaceful rural view was truly soothing. We could also see the stars clearly at night. We enjoyed the welcome drink and sweets, which raised our expectations for dinner—and they did not disappoint. The course meal served in our Room was wonderful, with the staff kindly explaining each dish, and even the chef came to greet us in person. Everything looked beautiful, but it tasted exactly as amazing as we hoped—perhaps even better. I ate each dish in genuine amazement. It made me wish we could casually enjoy this cuisine nearby whenever we wanted. As for dessert at dinner, we were surprised by both the canelé and the chocolate—the canelé for its delicious flavor, and the chocolate for its unique texture! It’s not hard; there’s something special inside. I truly hope you’ll try it. Breakfast was very filling. The egg dish was so luxurious that I couldn’t help blurting out “Wow!” I felt happy thinking, “I ate so many vegetables!” The bread was homemade and delicious, and they kindly wrapped up what we couldn’t finish to take with us. With meals like this included, we looked at each other as a family and said how unbelievably affordable this Accommodation Fee felt. We were also happy to purchase a lovely wood plate as a souvenir—it made for a wonderful stay overall. Thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff, it became a trip where we lost track of time, and meeting the chef’s kind personality as well made us deeply grateful for such delicious food and such special moments. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

In any case, I was able to relax and fully enjoy this hot spring inn. I made the most of the all-inclusive plan by rotating between hot springs and beer. The beer (including craft), wine, and sake were all delicious, with great local selections from Yamagata. The staff were also friendly and helpful with warm smiles. When I want to unwind in the hot springs again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The toilet and bath were separate, which was really nice. The Hotel was clean overall. Breakfast was also delicious.

The restaurant is modern, and the Accommodation Fee is affordable.

We stayed for one night from 9/30. In hindsight, we should have stayed two nights!! Everything was perfect—washing machine, gas dryer, drying rack, a well-equipped kitchen, and even insect repellent. There is also a wash area on the first floor, which was very helpful for rinsing off marine shoes and other items after playing at Bisezaki Beach. The next morning we took a walk along Fukugi Tree Road and then headed to Churaumi Aquarium first thing!! The location and facilities are excellent. If I could ask for just one thing, having amenities for children would be appreciated. We would love to stay again next year.

The oyster gratin and other seafood dishes were outstanding. We would love to stay with you again.

- Room We stayed in the new wing, and it was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. - Onsen The Onsen is a standard setup with a large public bath and a sauna, but we enjoyed the great view looking down from the mountain. - Facility It’s a bit old, but it’s well maintained and we were satisfied. - Meals We only had breakfast, but it was delicious. There weren’t many options, but it was just the right amount for us. - Service The staff were extremely polite and made a great impression. - Overall Review Surrounded by nature, you can relax while listening to birds and insects. We would like to stay again.

I stayed for one night to relax at the hot spring facilities and the hotel. The hot springs offered both lukewarm and hot baths, so I could soak in the lukewarm bath at a leisurely pace and truly unwind. From my room, I could see USJ, and it was fun to watch the staff at work and the roller coasters in motion without ever getting bored. The room was well soundproofed, making it pleasantly quiet. Thank you very much.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

It was my first stay in a while, and this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The Grace Suite Room was wonderful—spacious and comfortable. There were some issues at check-in with how our luggage was handled, but overall we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed dinner again at the teppanyaki restaurant “Shin,” where the chef who has been taking care of us for nearly 10 years made it a truly enjoyable evening. When we come to Kobe, we will stay with you again. Thank you to all the staff.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I always stay here. This time, I was grateful that you unexpectedly prepared a larger room for me. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a wider variety of side dishes than last time.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

This is my favorite Accommodation, and I’ve returned many times. This time, I stayed in the Geihinkan “Hanafuki” Room and was truly soothed by the spacious, luxurious setting. The view of the waterfall flowing right in front of the Room was especially memorable, and I could relax at a leisurely pace while listening to the gentle sound of the river. The double-sink vanity was very convenient, and it was also a great touch that I could step straight from the bedroom to the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room. Being able to enjoy Onsen whenever I like without any hesitation feels wonderfully indulgent. Because the bedroom and dining Room are separate, there’s no need for futon setup or takedown, so I could stay comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire stay. Meals were served in-room, which I loved—hot dishes arrived piping hot, and cold dishes stayed perfectly chilled, letting me enjoy everything at its freshest. The seasonal tableware and menu were delicious and beautifully presented, making each meal something I look forward to every time. The tea prepared during meals was also excellent and truly calming. I also appreciated all the complimentary services—from free drinks in the in-room refrigerator to drinks and ice cream in the lounge. It was especially nice that towels are provided at the large public bath so there’s no need to bring them from your Room. The large public bath itself is very comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Above all, every staff member offers such warm hospitality and attentive care. Once again, this stay left me feeling deeply refreshed as I enjoyed a comfortable yet luxurious time. It’s an Accommodation that makes me think “I want to come back” every single visit—I truly love it. I will definitely return again.

Five of us across three generations stayed in the Annex Family Room. The room was spotless down to every detail, and we had a very comfortable stay. As a perk of staying in this room, you can use the Sky Top Terrace on the rooftop of the new building. It isn’t a huge terrace, but it’s spacious enough for several groups, and you can relax with your favorite alcoholic or soft drinks while enjoying Lake Shinji and the sunset. It was a truly wonderful experience. The next day, we joined the hotel’s optional Izumo Taisha tour. This tour includes round-trip transportation between Matsue and Izumo Taisha as well as guided commentary at Izumo Taisha. Starting from Inasa-no-Hama Beach, we were able to visit while hearing explanations of key points along the way. They also handed out materials summarizing the names of the deities, which made even confusing mythology easy to understand. They prepared everything needed for Inasa-no-Hama as well, which was a big help for our not-so-well-prepared family. Joining this tour greatly deepened our understanding of Izumo Taisha. Overall, staying at this hotel became one of our family’s wonderful memories. The staff were kind, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It was a bit disappointing that renovation work was underway during our stay, but it also makes us look forward to seeing everything renewed on our next visit.

We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

I stayed on a Plan with Club Floor access. The service was excellent. I was especially impressed by the delicious in-house apple pie, scallop soup, and tomato juice. The Hotel’s atmosphere, rich in tradition and elegance, and the refined, attentive hospitality of the staff were outstanding. It made for a truly luxurious stay.

The meals, the Room, and every other space were all wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. There was a great selection of books—many older titles in a variety of bindings, as well as plenty of new ones—so for a book lover like me, it felt like heaven. We were three women traveling together, and at night we didn’t even talk—we each quietly read our own books until we fell asleep. It was the best time. Next time, I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay and fully immerse myself in reading, so I’d be happy if prices don’t go up too much or if there’s a good-value Multiple Night Stay Plan! The food was also delicious, and the Onsen Facility was excellent: non-slip flooring in the large public bath, a stone sauna, and private Onsen baths. The staff were also very kind and welcoming with warm smiles. Thank you very much.
