I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

On our previous stay we traveled with our baby at 7 months old, and this time at 1 year and 10 months—this was our second visit. The Facility was spotless, the meals served in the Room for both breakfast and dinner let us dine at a relaxed pace, and everything was delicious. Just like last time, it made for an amazing trip. In particular, the bath in the Room was spacious and easy to adjust the water temperature; even our son, who usually doesn’t want to take baths at home, happily got in again and again. All of the staff were friendly and approachable, and during check-in/out and meal service they spoke to our son often as well—we were extremely satisfied with the service. We would love to stay here again.

Not only are the Facilities outstanding, but the dining is also of an unparalleled, top-tier standard. We stayed as a family to celebrate a special anniversary. The Hotel’s location, the staff’s polished service, the Room interior, the Facility offerings, and the view were all outstanding. The food and drinks served in the lounge were delicious and thoughtfully selected in just the right amount—perfect for relaxing comfortably rather than rushing to eat and drink. It was a one-night stay that left our whole family completely satisfied. When we visit Kobe as a family, this will likely be our only choice.

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

We are a couple in our 70s who enjoy driving and hiking. This time, we planned to walk the Goshikinuma hiking course and stayed at Shikisai Ikkiryoku in Bandai-Atami Onsen. With such high Review ratings, we had certain expectations, and it turned out to be a Ryokan that truly satisfied us. The staff’s hospitality and service were genuinely outstanding. From check-in and reception to being escorted to our Room and shown around, they spoke to us at just the right moments, which completely eased any anxiety about staying for the first time. We were also deeply moved when they saw us off at departure. The entire building felt very clean. It is described as a long-established Ryokan with over 100 years of history, but rather than feeling old, it had a dignified atmosphere that we found wonderful. After relaxing in the Onsen, the meals were excellent in both quality and quantity, and we thoroughly enjoyed beer and sake as well. After an early-morning bath, we took a walk around the garden. We also enjoyed viewing the garden from inside while having coffee—both experiences were wonderful. There were many autographed boards from famous guests displayed along the corridors, which was quite enjoyable. It reminded both my wife and me of how hospitality and service used to be at traditional Ryokan—“Yes, this is how it was!” As we celebrate our golden wedding anniversary this year, this became one of our most memorable stays during our travels. The room was clean, and it was a lovely property where I could relax and truly enjoy my stay. Dinner was very filling, and I was extremely satisfied. After dinner, there was an event where complimentary sake was served, so I enjoyed comparing different varieties. It was scary when three large centipedes appeared one after another at night, but when I called the front desk they responded immediately, which made me feel reassured. All of the staff were kind and had wonderful smiles, making this a truly enjoyable trip. I also enjoyed the large public bath, the in-room bath, and the courtyard garden—staying here was fantastic. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the meals were very delicious. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, with many tasty Japanese and Western options, and we also enjoyed local specialties such as persimmon leaf sushi and Nara pickles. It was a truly enjoyable trip, and we would love to stay again.

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

Although the weather was unfortunate, we were so glad we chose Kichiyu to spend time with close friends we hadn’t seen in a while. As hospitality professionals ourselves, we tend to be quite critical, but we truly felt that your company philosophy is shared throughout the team—from the cleaning staff to the front desk and everyone who interacts directly with guests. In particular, near the end of breakfast when it’s understandable for buffet dishes to run low, we really appreciated the thoughtful male staff member who quietly replenished items. We’re already thinking about coming back again. Thank you very much.

I stay here for about three nights around the same time every year, and the Hotel’s sincere hospitality never changes. They respond quickly even to minor issues, and their courteous service remains a consistent highlight. The well-rounded breakfast is another constant, as is the afternoon drink service—I'm impressed that they maintain such a high level of hospitality. I sometimes read Reviews of other hotels saying, “It wasn’t like this before,” but this Hotel never leaves me with that kind of disappointment. Overall, you can really feel the quality of this Hotel. It has everything that makes me want to choose it again for my next stay in Kobe.

This is a perfect Ryokan with meticulous attention to every detail. The building is beautifully maintained, and the finishes and Facilities feel refined. The Onsen is excellent, and the amenities are well stocked. The meals are delicious, served on beautiful tableware, and satisfy both taste and presentation. Drink prices are reasonable as well. The location is close to Yubatake, making it easy to enjoy a stroll around the area. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for a two-night Multiple Night Stay as a solo traveler at Asanoya in Yumura Onsen. From start to finish, everything was comfortable, and it truly became a wonderful stay. Onsen & Room: The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—I was able to spend the two days as comfortably as if I were at home. The quality of the Onsen water was exceptional; each time I soaked in it, the silky water felt wonderful on my skin and soothed my fatigue from the core. Meals: Above all, I was most impressed by dinner each evening. The dishes made generous use of seasonal local ingredients, and every item reflected careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful and enjoyable to look at as well. Not only were the flavors excellent, but everything—from the choice of tableware to the perfect timing of serving hot dishes while still hot—was outstanding, making each meal a truly blissful experience. They prepared different menus for both nights, so I looked forward to dinner every day. Hospitality: The staff’s thoughtful care and the warm service from the attendant who served my meals were wonderful. Even though I stayed alone, I never once felt lonely—instead, I enjoyed a luxurious yet heartwarming time. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again in another season. We booked the Plan with dinner on a riverside dining platform, and not only was the meal excellent, but we also had a wonderful time chatting with a maiko, which became a great memory.\nThe in-house Facilities were also superb, and we especially enjoyed the Onsen twice.\nWe were truly moved by the warm hospitality of all the staff. From the Room on the 13th floor, I could see Sakurajima. The Room was excellent, and the Onsen was great as well. I checked out before 6:00 due to my schedule, so it was a shame I didn’t have time to try the highly rated breakfast. The staff greeted me with smiles, making for a comfortable stay. It was a great-value Hotel.

Both dinner and breakfast the next morning were very satisfying!! It was also amazing to be able to watch the limited-time 3D projection mapping right in front of the Hotel around 9:00 PM, just before closing. I felt it was a special privilege of staying inside Huis Ten Bosch, and it was very helpful that we could take the limousine bus from in front of the Hotel to Omura Airport when we left. Our child is three years old and was able to play hard until the end, then slept soundly on the limousine bus. We made wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff!!

I’d heard this hotel was recommended even by locals in Kyoto, so I’d been wanting to stay here—and I finally did on this trip. A perfect 5 out of 5 almost feels impossible, but no matter how hard I try, I can’t find a single thing to complain about. The location and convenience are flawless! From the hotel’s basement level, the subway ticket gates are right in front of you, and JR and Keihan lines are also connected via underground passages. Breakfast was just as delicious as everyone says. I’ll definitely keep this hotel on my shortlist whenever I stay overnight in Kyoto.

It was my parents’ first long-distance trip in a while, and they were delighted with the lounge upon arrival, enjoying alcohol and desserts. They remained in great spirits thanks to the thoughtful hospitality throughout our stay. At dinner, every dish was delicious, and even I—usually a light eater—found myself eating more than usual. After enjoying the spacious Onsen, we had a wonderful time chatting in the nostalgic Kiku Room while looking out at the garden. Thank you for such a lovely time. The exterior and interior were modern, calm, and very comfortable. The view from the Room was great, and the bed was so comfortable that I was able to relax and unwind. When I requested a thermometer, they also brought water with it—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Breakfast had a great balance of Okinawan dishes and standard options, so I could enjoy a wide variety of food. The large public bath was clean and easy to use as well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for three nights. Although it’s a new Hotel and not particularly spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the lighting could be adjusted in three levels, which was convenient. The air conditioning worked well throughout the entire Room, making it pleasant. The TV was also large, and we were able to fully enjoy watching sports. When we arrived before check-in, the staff kindly stored our luggage with a smile, which we really appreciated. The Room was kept very clean, and amenities and supplies were replenished perfectly. Our whole family was completely satisfied in every way. We will definitely stay again.
