The kids’ meals and amenities were excellent, and the Facility environment was wonderful for keeping children entertained. The kids’ room is open 24 hours, so even children who wake up early and are full of energy could enjoy themselves to the fullest. When our older grandchild fell ill on the second day, you were a tremendous help—preparing gentle-on-the-stomach meals and promptly taking care of the bedding. The adults who enjoy drinks also thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive plan. We would love to visit again. Just one request: we would feel safer if an additional lock for access to the open-air bath and footbath area could be installed higher up as well. Our 4-year-old can unlock doors on their own, and we felt anxious about them accidentally stepping out onto the terrace and potentially falling into the river. Thank you for considering this.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

My mother and I stayed for one night, and we were truly impressed by the Hotel staff’s courteous service from check-in to check-out. The Room was clean and comfortable, so we could relax, and the breakfast buffet offered many unique dishes—all of them were delicious. We had been looking forward to our visit, and we were more than satisfied with the hospitality and cuisine—far beyond our expectations. The simmered splendid alfonsino was without a doubt the best I have ever had. This became a special Accommodation where we could truly appreciate the outstanding quality of the ingredients and the chef’s exceptional skill in bringing out their best. The first Hotel in Japan to join Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). The highest level of comfort! They promptly accommodated a sudden Room change and provided wonderfully courteous service. Thank you very much. The same attendant as last time assisted us again, and everyone was delighted with the consistently excellent service. The Hotel’s atmosphere and the staff are always polite and kind—truly outstanding! We will definitely stay again.

We originally planned to stay at a mountain hut for a hike, but the weather turned bad, so we changed plans at the last minute to sightseeing in Kanazawa and made a Reservation at this Hotel. When we arrived at the parking lot, the building exterior looked old and I was a little worried, but once we went to the lobby and then up to our Room, I was glad we chose this place. Everyone in the lobby was kind, pleasant, and very helpful. The lobby interior was wonderful, and our Room had been beautifully renovated—making our stay truly comfortable. With Kanazawa Castle right next door, it’s also very convenient for sightseeing. Next time we visit Kanazawa, I’d like to stay here again.

Once again, from the Reservation stage onward, your courteous and kind service was outstanding. The Room, Onsen, and meals were all excellent, but above all, the staff’s hospitality is wonderful and makes me glad I come every time. In particular, the staff member who assists us in the private dining room is always exceptional. The male staff members on our previous visits were also excellent, and this time the female staff member was just as wonderful—her explanations were easy to understand, and her attentive service made it a pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal. I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

I first stayed here when I visited Kyoto for my son’s wedding, and the staff’s attentive service made my stay very comfortable. Since then, I have stayed here every time I come to Kyoto. The Facility is clean, and I was able to relax again this time as well. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here to attend Summer Sonic. The Room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the amenities were well stocked, so it was extremely comfortable. They also had a buckwheat-husk pillow, which helped me sleep soundly. Above all, the staff were very pleasant and always smiling, which was truly soothing. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come for Summer Sonic next year!

From the Room on the 13th floor, I could see Sakurajima. The Room was excellent, and the Onsen was great as well. I checked out before 6:00 due to my schedule, so it was a shame I didn’t have time to try the highly rated breakfast. The staff greeted me with smiles, making for a comfortable stay. It was a great-value Hotel.

This was my first return in about a year. I stayed for two nights and three days, and it was still a great Hotel. The staff’s service was excellent as well. In particular, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the restaurant staff at breakfast. They worked efficiently, replenishing dishes and clearing used plates promptly. Because they were constantly checking the food, there was no concern—common at other Hotels—that fewer items would be available if you went later. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

As our Room was in a separate building, we were able to relax in a quiet space. The open-air bath was also wonderful—I enjoyed it so much that I went in several times. The meals were delicious, and we especially appreciated the spacious dining area where we could take our time without worrying about others. We also received a gift for our wedding anniversary, and the thoughtful hospitality truly warmed our hearts.

Above all, we were soothed by the Onsen, the meals, and the heartfelt hospitality of your staff. Thank you very much.

We visited with my son’s family. Traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we had some concerns, but even though we made Reservations for two Rooms on different dates, the staff kindly arranged for us to dine together and showed thoughtful care in many situations, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much—it became a wonderful memory. My son’s family also said they would like to come again, and we hope to visit again as well.

As it was my first stay, you kindly picked me up at Tokyo Station and showed me to a beautifully clean, nicely chilled Room as much as three hours early. Every member of staff welcomed me with such warm smiles that, even in a luxurious space far from everyday life, I was able to spend a wonderfully comfortable day as if I were in my own Room. Breakfast was truly delicious, and on top of that, the delightful conversation with the cute female staff member who spoke languages fluently, along with the thoughtful attentiveness of the male staff member—never intrusive yet always considerate—made me linger longer than planned. I’ll work hard and will definitely stay again!

We celebrated his birthday here. We chose this Accommodation to celebrate as the last couple before we become husband and wife when we visit Shimabara again next year. We were truly impressed by the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and the locally sourced cuisine was absolutely delicious. The in-Room sauna and bath were both excellent. Everything was perfect.
