I was satisfied with everything—the beds, shower booth, bath, amenities, and the breakfast buffet full of Shikoku specialties. The staff were always smiling and provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, so getting around was very smooth. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Takamatsu.

We stayed here on our first Disney trip with kids in two years. We also stayed about 10 years ago, and it’s still a wonderful Hotel—breakfast was delicious as well. Most of all, our kids were truly thrilled! I also remember how great the breakfast was when I visited with my husband before. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and our kids even said, “They’re all so nice.” It really means a lot when staff are so warm to children. It made us forget how tired we were from Disney (in a good way). We’re planning to come again next year, so we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Thank you very much.

All staff were pleasant overall, and the check-in explanations were detailed and courteous, so I had no trouble during my stay. This time I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast side dishes had a good variety with some changes each morning, so I enjoyed it without getting bored. As for the Room, on the first day we were assigned one at the hotel’s discretion; it was a twin Room with plenty of space. The second day’s Room (single) was simple but more than sufficient, very clean, and comfortable. It was also great that each Room has its own air conditioner, making the environment comfortable throughout. The only downside is that getting around by elevator can take time, so it’s best to allow extra time when moving around. In addition to the in-room bath, there is a large public bath on the top floor with panoramic city views, as well as an open-air bath, which made for a very relaxing experience. There are also good restaurants nearby, so unless there is heavy rain or similar weather, you shouldn’t feel inconvenienced. There are many affiliated parking lots nearby; if you park at places like Yodobashi Parking, you can choose covered parking as well, which made driving there feel reassuring.

This was my sixth stay. As always, the staff’s service was courteous. Breakfast was delicious as well. One request: it would be convenient to have one more face towel. After using one for bathing, there isn’t a towel left to use in the Room. I plan to travel to Hokkaido twice a year from now on. I would like to stay here again.

For our 40th wedding anniversary, we searched for a place where we could relax in an Onsen and enjoy a delicious French dinner, and this Hotel came up. Hoping—just a little—that there might be a celebratory chocolate message plate with dessert, we visited Tamana Onsen for the first time. Dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and we were more than satisfied—but after the course dessert and coffee, to our surprise, a cake plate arrived!! We truly weren’t expecting that much, so we were overwhelmed with emotion and almost brought to tears. And the cake itself—the whipped cream was exquisitely tasty. The quality was exactly what you’d expect from a Hotel cake! On top of that, the message lettering was beautifully done, the chocolate was delicious as well, and we were once again impressed by the pastry chef’s craftsmanship. The Onsen was spacious with free-flowing water, and it was lovely to see it decorated with traditional Japanese umbrellas and bamboo lanterns. It also felt wonderful to be greeted so warmly by all of the staff. The next day, we walked to Riganji Park’s footbath and enjoyed the cherry blossoms at Jagatani Park—making the most of our first visit to Tamana. We’ve both been busy working full-time for years and had never stayed at an Onsen Accommodation on our actual anniversary day before, so this became a truly special occasion—our most memorable since our wedding. We are deeply grateful to all of the Hotel staff for creating such a wonderful celebration. Thank you very much! Next time, we’ll be sure to visit again with friends and family.

We stayed here on the first night of our two-night trip to Yamagata. The food was excellent, and we were able to try the imoni stew we had been looking forward to at breakfast. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the garden was beautiful. My spouse and I were both very satisfied. The welcome tama-konnyaku was delicious as well.

The hot spring quality was excellent, and the view from the open-air bath was wonderful. The staff’s hospitality was also very satisfying. The food was delicious, and I think this Accommodation offers great value for money. In January, I’d like to come to Hokkaido for a Multiple Night Stay.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

This was our fourth stay, and this time we stayed in a newly opened guest room that was added this August. The amenities, facilities, spaciousness, balcony with an open-air bath, and access to the top-floor lounge—everything made us glad we made the Reservation. The staff were all very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. I didn’t have much of an appetite at breakfast (perhaps because I ate too much the night before), but I felt the selection was a little limited. This time, three of us stayed together. Although it was only for one night, bedding was prepared in both the Japanese-style and Western-style areas of the room, so we were able to relax very well. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. I stayed in a women-only single Room, and since the floor required a key card for access, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but it was very clean and the Room was lovely. The hair dryer and shower head were from ReFa, which was a thoughtful touch that many women will appreciate. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed for one night with breakfast and dinner included. It was a Hotel with the warm hospitality of a Ryokan, and the meals were delicious—my elderly mother (88) was so satisfied that she said she wants to come again. The Room was clean and quiet, and we were able to relax comfortably even with three people using twin beds plus an extra bed (which was excellent). For dinner, we enjoyed a hamo kaiseki course—beautifully presented and carefully prepared—and savored it with fine Kyoto sake. After the meal, my wife and I had wine and whisky in the lobby lounge, and slept very well that night. The next morning, in the cool, refreshing air, we walked to Kiyomizu-dera early for a peaceful visit before the crowds arrived. Breakfast was also wonderful—the rice was outstanding, especially with grilled nori. From arrival to checkout, we felt completely relaxed. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel for a business trip to Masuda City because it was close to the station. Just as in the photos, the interior was wonderful (both the shared areas and my Room). The large public bath was also clean and very pleasant to use. What I especially liked was the samue loungewear provided in the Room. The fabric felt great on my skin and it was very comfortable to wear (I later bought one online). Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay. Since there is no toilet, I rated the Facility 4, but the main house is nearby so it wasn’t much of an issue. The dome tent was comfortable, and even the heavy rain from a linear precipitation band didn’t bother us at all. The furnishings such as the chairs and lamps were lovely, the meals were delicious, and we were able to relax with our dog. All of the staff were always smiling and responded politely. Afterward, I contacted you because I had forgotten my hat, and you handled it right away. I’d love to visit again.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

The August kaiseki let us really feel the season, and we enjoyed it not only for the taste but also with our eyes. The portion of meat was just right for us. We ordered sake again this time, but… when sipping it little by little, it becomes slightly lukewarm toward the end. At some Ryokan, they serve it with ice in a container of some kind. It looks refreshing, and being able to drink it cold until the very end is the best. I’m not saying you need to improve it right away, but I hope you will consider it in the future. Sorry for such a demanding comment.. We were able to have another wonderful time this time as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

Thank you for welcoming us with such warm hospitality! We booked a Room with an open-air bath, and it felt more open than we expected, which made us a bit nervous, so we used it early in the morning and at night when it seemed like no one would be around. The meals were also delicious, and we were very satisfied! We ate so much we could barely move.
