I stayed here for my trip to Ishigaki Island. It’s conveniently located about halfway between the airport and downtown, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was a comfortable size and clean, and I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The front desk staff were friendly, and I would stay here again when visiting Ishigaki Island.

I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan. I really liked the Room and was able to spend a fulfilling time. The staff were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It rained this time, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to relax on the rooftop.

It was wonderful! So convenient—your Room is right there as soon as you get out of the car! The container unit was spacious and clean! If I had to mention one thing, the Asian-style scent bothered me a bit, but I’d stay again!

This is a wonderful Accommodation. We truly felt the kindness in your hospitality. The meals were lavish and absolutely delicious. The quality, portion size, and flavor were so exceptional that we almost felt guilty enjoying them at this price. Breakfast was also very satisfying, and the fluffy rolled omelet was truly impressive. When we mentioned that we would be staying to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday, you served sekihan (red bean rice), which deeply moved her. This time, since the bath was under renovation, we went to a nearby Facility to bathe; once the bath is completed, I’m sure this will become an even more outstanding Accommodation. If we have the chance, we would definitely love to stay again. To everyone at Yohkosou, I know you are very busy—please take good care of yourselves. Thank you very much for all your help and hospitality.

I made a last-minute Reservation the night before and stayed here. The Room had dog amenities, and there was also a trash bin for dog waste in the shared area outside the entrance, which was very helpful. The private bath while looking out at the greenery was also incredibly relaxing. Every meal was delicious, and there was more than enough food even for someone with a big appetite like me—I was very satisfied! I worry that my dog might bark if left alone in the Room, but I could bring my dog along to meals and the bath, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. Thank you for such a comfortable stay from check-in to check-out.

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff. We stayed with three family members and one dog, and it became an unforgettable trip. The meals, the Onsen, the Room, and even the view from the Room were all so wonderful that we were truly moved. The dog run was also very clean and well maintained; the grass was surprisingly soft and fluffy, and our dog looked so happy running around. There were also plenty of cosplay items for dogs available, so we were able to take lots of adorable photos. Thoughtful attention could be felt throughout the building, and there was nothing we lacked during our stay. At the “Wanwan Cafe,” we were able to interact with other guests as well, which became a great memory. Above all, I was delighted that every staff member truly loves dogs and treated our dog in such a friendly way. This is a wonderful Accommodation that genuinely made us think, “We want to come back.” I can confidently recommend it to anyone considering traveling with their dog. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

The accommodation was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to relax. It was also fun to find photo spots for our dog throughout the property. The dog run was spacious and well maintained. It’s also close to the sea, so we enjoyed walking along the beach. Above all, the food was delicious! It’s rare to find a pet-friendly place where you can enjoy truly authentic cuisine. Since the menu changes with the seasons, we’d love to visit again.

It was our first time traveling as three households with a large group, so we chose the private option. We weren’t sure how much would be provided, but everything we could possibly need was there, and it was incredibly easy to use—so comfortable. The moment we arrived, everyone kept saying “Amazing,” and the kids were thrilled. The pool in summer was fantastic. For the night pool, some insects do come by—and even a rhinoceros beetle came for a swim. We’ll definitely be back.

I stayed on a windy day. Although I lit the fire in the outdoor fire pit, sparks were flying everywhere due to the wind, so I quickly put it out. The strong wind made it feel very cold, and I couldn't stay outside for long to tend to the fire, which was a bit disappointing. For the barbecue grill, we only grilled bread and sausages for breakfast. (When there was no sunlight, even this grilling task felt too cold as standing outside at night with the wind hitting my body was unbearable.) The sauna had already been preheated upon our arrival, so we could relax and use it right away—thank you! After enjoying the sauna, we also used the bath. The spacious bathroom and bathtub were very comfortable. The provided warm jacket-like garment kept us cozy—it was great! Additionally, we loved the indoor fireplace here. It’s surrounded by bricks with a wide opening. Watching the flames leisurely turned out to be more enjoyable than expected; in fact, it satisfied us more than using an outdoor fire pit. Due to our misunderstanding during research beforehand, we thought check-in would be contactless and arrived late without realizing that staff were waiting at the entrance for us—we panicked upon arrival when we realized this mistake. We sincerely apologize for that incident. In summer stays without fireplaces or stoves available elsewhere before this trip where accommodations were entirely contactless led us astray into assuming similar arrangements here too—but facilities like stoves/fireplaces/saunas often require initial face-to-face explanations regarding safety measures which indeed proved helpful during our first visit here! While subsequent visits might allow non-contact check-ins if feasible—it’s understandable either way depending on preferences. Regarding other aspects: unfortunately one ceiling-mounted BOSE speaker wasn’t functional despite inquiries via chat support; however alternative Bluetooth speakers indoors sufficed instead though slightly disappointing initially especially since someone accompanying me wanted testing them specifically but overall manageable workaround existed nonetheless thankfully! Lastly nearby surroundings exploration revealed missed opportunity discovering sausage vending machine shop selling unique spiral-shaped pork products located mere moments away driving distance-wise I stayed one night to explore Midagahara. Compared with the Murodo area, there were fewer people, and it was a very calm Hotel. I could enjoy walking around at my own pace, which was great. I also enjoyed the Hotel’s guided walks and stargazing. The meals were delicious, and the one-hour free-flow drinks option was a great value. I would love to visit again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. We travel around Japan every year and usually stay at Accommodations in a similar price range. When we actually arrive, the place is sometimes a little smaller than the photos, and it’s rare for it to exceed expectations—but this one did. The meals were not unnecessarily large and were absolutely delicious. My husband is very picky (he doesn’t really like meat or fish), so he usually gives me what he can’t eat, but this was the first time he finished everything himself. He really loved it and kept saying it was the best we’ve ever had. The fried dishes—maybe fries?—were unbelievably crispy; I’ve never had anything like that before. We were also soothed by the owner, his wife, and all the staff, as well as the Room, bath, decor, and scenery. We would love to come again. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

This Hotel was a perfect fit for my trip and truly helped me. After a long drive on the expressway, I was soothed by the staff’s calm, friendly words and the well-maintained large public bath, and I was able to drive long distance again the next day and arrive safely at my destination. When I ordered one bottled beer at the restaurant in the evening, I was surprised by how many snacks came with it—there were also local ingredients, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was very convenient: close to the interchange, with a large supermarket and fast food nearby, plus free parking. Thank you very much.

I stay here every time I visit Disney! I’m such a fan that I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Grand Nikko (lol). All the staff are so kind and attentive—I’m a huge fan (lol). Thank you always for a wonderful stay. I’ll be back again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a Reservation for a Junior Suite, but since there was availability on the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a higher-grade Room! The Room was very spacious, with large windows and a full ocean view—we were extremely satisfied. Breakfast was served in an exclusive area where we could dine at a relaxed pace, making for a calm and peaceful morning. The staff were also very courteous, and we truly felt the high quality of service. If we stay in this area again, we would definitely like to choose this Accommodation once more!

The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

The in-Room bath was great, and we also loved the four private baths available 24 hours a day with no Reservation required. The skincare lotion in the Room was Sekkisei, and for dinner we could choose rice or cheese. Even though we were full, the matsutake mushroom rice was so delicious that we finished it. In the evening, we were able to take the Shuttle Service bus to see the illuminated Yubatake. It was our first time in Kusatsu, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a Plan with Club Floor access. The service was excellent. I was especially impressed by the delicious in-house apple pie, scallop soup, and tomato juice. The Hotel’s atmosphere, rich in tradition and elegance, and the refined, attentive hospitality of the staff were outstanding. It made for a truly luxurious stay.

Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly lavish! I was busy with personal plans in the evening and couldn’t make it to the bar, which I really regret—so next time I’d like to stay again and take my time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
