We stayed as a family. We were very satisfied with the Accommodation, the Onsen, and the meals. The building had a charming atmosphere (the stairs were a bit challenging), and we enjoyed a clean Onsen of excellent quality and delicious, high-quality cuisine. We were especially surprised by how good the meat, tofu, and rice were. Above all, we truly appreciated the heartfelt hospitality from all the staff. We were happy to receive so much helpful advice about getting around inside the property. We are also very grateful for your thoughtful consideration in providing an irregular Shuttle Service to the station. Although it is far away, this is a wonderful Accommodation we would love to visit again. Thank you for such a lovely time!

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in the Reviews, the building and the Room itself are indeed old, but everything was properly cleaned and there were no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we fully enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more. The free shuttle bus from the Hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illumination, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the Hotel bus again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try yumomi (hot spring water stirring). I had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this summer trip was a first for me. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, I was amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu is in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our Room; it even felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great.\nThe meals were delicious, and everyone at the front desk, each reception counter, and the shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This is a highly recommended Hotel for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. One drawback is that the Hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths; as noted in Reviews, we got lost too. Overall though, it was a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip. My schedule might have been shortened, so I made two separate one-night reservations, but they kindly treated it as a Multiple Night Stay, which left a great impression from check-in. I had meals at the Annex across the street, and the buffet offered a great variety. The limited-quantity French toast was delicious. I was also happy with the complimentary Thai-style ochazuke served at night. The TV lets you log in to apps like Netflix and YouTube with your own account, which was another plus. I’m more of a coffee person and would be disappointed with only tea, but they provide drip coffee as well along with the amenities. If I have another business trip to Utsunomiya, I’d like to stay again.

The staff were exceptionally professional—on par with a five-star Hotel. The cleaning was flawless, the location was excellent, and the price felt almost too low for what we received. While many Hotels are raising Accommodation Fees to cater to international guests, this Hotel truly prioritizes hospitality and service. Thank you very much.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

The front desk service was excellent. They kindly explained anything I didn’t understand. Staying for two in the ¥8,000 range is very affordable. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of reasonably priced places nearby—from restaurants to izakayas and snack bars. I’d like to stay again.

We were very satisfied with the Room, where we could enjoy warm hospitality and a relaxing stay. The cuisine, featuring an abundance of ingredients from Fukui Prefecture, was also excellent. It is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for three nights on a solo trip combining errands and sightseeing, with No Meals Included. The Room was clean, and I was satisfied with everything. I came and went frequently and may have caused inconvenience with housekeeping, but every staff member was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Dogo Onsen Honkan and the shopping arcade were very close by, and it was also very convenient to take the streetcar. The Onsen was excellent as well—I soaked many times and felt completely relaxed. Next time, I’d love to return with meals included and stay even more leisurely.

This was my first time visiting Utsunomiya, and I stayed here. I often use Hotel Mets in other locations, so I booked with confidence. Since I used self check-in, I did not have much interaction with staff and cannot really comment on service, but the Hotel has a stylish atmosphere overall. The Room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I had a comfortable stay. I think Hotel Mets is great wherever you go!

Although it was a discounted Room with no ocean view, the princess-style bed was wonderful, and it was nice not having to wear a yukata. You can make a private Reservation for karaoke, the sauna, the hot stone spa, and the open-air bath. There were also plenty of free activities such as table tennis, billiards, games, and lots of books. The meals were delicious with a great selection of drinks—everything was excellent. They even had ice cream after your bath. This will be my third stay here.

Last time, we stayed in January of last year. Even in the freezing cold, having a BBQ while sitting under the kotatsu on the balcony was so much fun. This time, we returned at the end of summer with our senior dog. It was the best season, and we fully enjoyed the black-water Onsen both indoors and in the large public bath. The staff’s greetings as we passed by, their willingness to help when we needed it, and the front desk team’s smiles and efficient guidance were even more pleasant than before. The thorough cleanliness may also be thanks to considerate guests… Wherever you go, you can truly feel how comfortable it is. This Accommodation keeps evolving for the better every day, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Thank you very much for a comfortable stay the other day. The Room was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. I was extremely satisfied and would love to stay again. There is just one point I noticed. The TV in the guest Room seems to have a maximum volume limit set at 25, which was perfectly fine for regular TV broadcasts. However, when playing streaming services such as Netflix, the audio is relatively quiet to begin with, so even at the maximum of 25 it did not become loud enough, and I found it difficult to hear clearly. I understand that setting a volume limit is likely out of consideration for other Rooms, so I think it is generally fine as it is. That said, if a guest requests to watch streaming content, allowing the volume limit to be raised slightly only during that stay (if possible) might make things more comfortable for many guests. This is just one suggestion, but I would appreciate your consideration. Although there was one small concern regarding the Facility equipment, overall it was still a very satisfying stay. From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

The Room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, and we had a comfortable stay. We were also able to relax and enjoy the bath. Breakfast items were all delicious! The smoothie was especially good—I liked it so much that I had seconds. The location was great, and we could get to Tanukikoji without worrying about the rain. If we have the chance to stay overnight in Sapporo again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The Hotel was much more stylish than I expected, and I felt it was a great value for the price! The TV was large, and the room was comfortable and clean. I checked the nearby dining recommendations from the Hotel staff shown on the TV and went to a restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I really love Oita.

I stayed here for an event in Mitaka, the neighboring station. It was very convenient being close to the station, and both the property and my Room were very clean—I was extremely satisfied. The selection of amenities was more than sufficient, and I was happy to find a wide variety of bath salts. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service, especially that I could put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease during my stay. If I have another chance to visit this area, I would definitely choose this place again. This is a Hotel I can recommend to friends as well. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Hotel with a beautiful garden. The garden has a pond and is truly lovely—well worth seeing. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed plenty. They also had Shizuoka’s local specialty, black hanpen. Parking was available in the adjacent lot as well, and it cost 1,500 yen.

Due to my mistake when making the Reservation, I ended up with a smoking Room, but it was thoroughly deodorized and I didn’t notice any odor at all. During my stay, I could use the complimentary rental bicycles, which allowed me to enjoy sightseeing at a relaxed pace. The staff who assisted me were friendly and approachable, and this Accommodation is one I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and I really enjoyed it. I was surprised they even had pho. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

I’ve stayed at several Kuretake Inn Hotels, and the ones with the “Premium” name are consistently comfortable with no real issues. The Kuretake Inn near Fukuroi Station is simple, very clean, and excellent. Breakfast is also plentiful and filling. Highly recommended.
