  About a 5-minute wal...

  About a 5-minute walk from the Shinkansen North Exit. It’s a convenient location. The Room and amenities were the same as other APA Hotels, so there was no inconvenience.\nWhat concerned me a bit was the staff’s attitude—it felt rather curt, which wasn’t very pleasant. Also, even though I went to the large public bath right after it opened, there was already quite a lot of trash in the bins.\nI found it a little disappointing.

  Close to the station

  This time, we stayed here for a trip from Itsukushima Shrine to Matsuyama the next day by Super Jet, including Dogo Onsen, and it was very convenient. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

  The facilities and r...

  The facilities and rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, even though check-in is automated, there are not enough staff to handle tasks like luggage storage, retrieval, or assisting long-winded foreign guests. I had to wait an extremely long time just to retrieve my luggage.

  At Check-in

  Check-in may take longer than expected for some guests using the machine, and it might be beneficial to assist those arriving around 2:30 PM to ensure smoother operations and overall satisfaction. If guests arrive before the official 3:00 PM check-in time but cannot access their Room, it could lead to dissatisfaction. We recommend increasing the variety of complimentary beverages.

  It is beautiful.

  The Hotel is new and very clean. The beds were also comfortable. Considering the location and price, it offers good value for money. However, the elevators are slow. There are two elevators, but they take a long time to arrive, so it's better to allow extra time to avoid frustration. It was especially crowded during breakfast hours.

  Connecting Room

  Used a connecting room for 3 women. It looked spacious in the photos, but it was adequate, and since we were only sleeping, it wasn't a problem. The room was kept clean. The bath was lukewarm, so you can soak in it slowly. Those who like hot water might find it unsatisfactory.

  I used it for the first time.

  The room was functional, but the small size was psychologically uncomfortable. However, the bath and breakfast were good.
