    It was a stylish Hotel.

    The large public bath was excellent. There were brochures near the bath area, so is it part of the Emion group? I thought it was a very nice Hotel, and looking at the brochure confirmed it. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    Stayed for accommodation to watch sports.

    The accommodation was clean and provided a pleasant space. The cleaning staff were friendly, and although I chose a plan without cleaning until checkout, they promptly replaced my towels when I requested it. I slept soundly with the memory foam pillow available for rent. There was a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel, and a Seven-Eleven within walking distance, making it very convenient. The large public bath's changing room also had water available, which was helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    The Hotel and Room w...

    The Hotel and Room were very clean and excellent! The Room only had a shower room, which allowed for a separate large sink area that was very convenient to use. There was no step into the sink area, making it even more user-friendly. The shower room was spacious and clean as well. Amenities were plentiful and great. If the tea tasted a bit better, it would have been perfect... It’s conveniently located near the station with a supermarket in front of the station. Although there seemed to be a game at Yokohama Stadium at night with many people around, it wasn’t noisy at all, and I had a comfortable stay! The reception staff were all polite and kind. If I visit Yokohama again, I would definitely choose this Hotel!

    Completely satisfied with everything at the Hotel!

    The phrase "best value for money" perfectly describes this hotel. I made a room request via email during the reservation process. The quick and polite response raised my expectations. Conveniently located near Kannai Station, the stylish exterior immediately caught my eye. Upon entering, the spiral staircase leading to the second floor and the bright, high-ceilinged lobby left a strong impression. Although I arrived earlier than check-in time, I was allowed to check in early as my room was ready—this was incredibly helpful as I arrived completely exhausted! Each floor has an amenity booth behind the elevator with a wide selection of items, while basic skincare products are available at the front desk. The room itself was simple yet impeccably clean and even better than it looked in photos. On my first night, I had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor since I was too tired to go out anywhere else. The fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine using local ingredients—especially fresh vegetables—was delightful and made me look forward to breakfast! Breakfast was served buffet-style with both Japanese and Western options. As expected, the vegetables were delicious, leaving me fully satisfied. The public bath is compact but well-designed with a sauna included—no complaints here! It’s kept very clean for a comfortable bathing experience. Every staff member across all positions impressed me with their smiles, greetings, and prompt service—it was outstanding! This is truly one of the best value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed at! If given another opportunity, I would definitely stay here again!

    Close to the station and very convenient for exploring Yokohama. Both the Room and the building are very clean and satisfying. There is a small but nice public bath. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

    Very satisfied

    I reserved a Wide Twin Room, but when I entered the room, there were three beds. They looked almost identical! It made me wonder if one was an extra bed. The room was spacious, and the large public bath even had a sauna. I enjoyed a relaxing stay until just before check-out time. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

    I booked a hotel nea...

    I booked a hotel near the restaurant to relax after dinner. Since it was No Meals Included, I didn't have high expectations, but I had a comfortable stay. I reserved a twin Room; the beds were large, and while the Room wasn't spacious, it was well-designed and didn't feel cramped. The amenity booth had instant soup that tasted better than expected. I used the public bath both at night and in the morning; it was clean and very pleasant. Overall, I had a positive impression and would like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    It was an ideal hotel! I want to make it my regular accommodation!

    Stayed here on the day of a concert at Yokohama Arena! It was a new, clean, and ideal hotel for me with a large public bath! The entrance seating was stylish and clean, and it was conveniently located near two train lines. It’s also close to Hamasta and within walking distance to Chinatown, with convenience stores and cafes nearby! The large public bath had a sauna, plenty of washing areas, and hairdryers—very convenient! There were also two types of welcome drinks available, which felt luxurious. The hotel staff were all very kind as well. This will be my go-to accommodation when staying in the Yokohama area!! Thank you so much!

    New and comfortable

    This was my first time staying here. Conveniently located near the station and close to Chinatown, it was great for dining and getting around. The services within the Hotel were also excellent and left a strong impression.

    It was a clean and comfortable Hotel.

    Each room has individual air conditioning, and amenities are available on each floor. In addition to coffee and tea, Chinese soup and Japanese clear soup were also provided. Detox water service is available near the large public bath. Everything was new, clean, well-designed, and functional. The staff were kind and responded professionally. I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Relax in the bath.

    We used the facility on the day of our presentation. We requested early check-in, prepared in the room, and relaxed in the large public bath after it ended, which was very satisfying. The early bird discount was a great deal, so we recommend making an early reservation.

    I had a relaxing time!

    We stayed at the accommodation for one night before our cruise with four people. The room was surprisingly convenient and comfortable. We were lucky to have the large bath all to ourselves, and the breakfast was delicious. We would love to use this accommodation again in the future.

    You can walk to Chinatown at a leisurely pace.

    Stayed for the purpose of having dinner in Chinatown on the first day and enjoying street food there on the second day. The accommodation is about a 10-minute walk to Chinatown, making it a pleasant distance for a stroll. The hotel is very clean, offers great value for money, includes breakfast, and has a large public bath, making it an excellent choice for families. The kids were thrilled with the bunk bed room. Personally, I found the breakfast to be exceptional. The salad vegetables (including Miura radish from Kanagawa Prefecture) were fresh, and all the bread was delicious. While there wasn’t a live kitchen like in luxury hotels, I was very satisfied overall. With Kannai Station, Yokohama Stadium, BUNTAI (Cultural Gymnasium), and Chinatown within walking distance, this location is fantastic. Highly recommended! I would love to stay here again when visiting Chinatown. The meaning behind their concept seems to be as follows: - co (together): For guests and the hotel to spend good times together. - come (progress): To grow and develop together. - ent (entertainment/connection): To provide entertainment and foster good connections with guests. - to (to you): To cater personally to each guest and deliver an exceptional experience. I believe this is an excellent hotel that lives up to its admirable goals. Wishing you continued success!

    The new Hotel is cle...

    The new Hotel is clean and well-equipped with amenities! Since payment is made at check-in, you only need to return the room key to the box, making check-out smooth. The location is within walking distance of Yokohama Stadium and Chinatown. I would love to stay here again!

    The service and meals were excellent. Thank you very much. However, regarding the amenities, it was disappointing that there was no cleansing oil, toner, or lotion. It would have been appreciated if at least bottles of these were provided at the sink area.

    This was my first time using it, and I loved the stylish boutique hotel-like atmosphere. There are many details that women would appreciate. The large public bath was a great feature, and the cost performance is excellent. The room was nice, but unfortunately, it didn’t have blackout curtains, so I woke up early in the morning. However, the front desk staff provided excellent service, so I made another reservation for June.

    The bunk beds were spacious in both width and height, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The furniture had a cute and gentle atmosphere. The public bath was of a moderate size, perfect for soothing the fatigue from events and travel. Having lockers with keys provided added security. Breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western options, making it enjoyable.

    For attending a live event at Yokohama Stadium

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. I stayed for two nights as I attended a live event at Yokohama Stadium. The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful design. There were welcome drinks and amenities placed on each floor, making it very convenient to use. Microwave and ice services were also available. Although I couldn't use the large public bath due to returning late, the shower room in the room was warm enough and very satisfying. The bunk bed had outlets on both levels, which made it easy to secure personal space—a feature I truly appreciated. I would definitely like to stay here again if there is another event nearby!

    I stayed for the first time with No Meals Included. The room was very clean, and I could take only the amenities I needed. Tea and soup were also provided. However, the public bath was of average size. I would like to visit again!

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed here on the day of the Yokohama BANTAI LIVE. Reached the Hotel in just 1 minute after the LIVE, and within 10 minutes, I was relaxing in the large public bath and sauna. It was amazing! The Room was very clean and tidy. Conveniently located near Kannai Station, with a convenience store right next to the Hotel. Note: There are no women's skincare amenities provided, so it's better to bring your own.

    First-time Use

    Stayed for 2 nights to attend a live event. Conveniently located near stations, close to Hamasta, and just a short walk to Chinatown. The interior design was charming, and the room had everything needed. The public bath, though small, included a sauna which helped relieve fatigue. Even when it rained, the shoe dryer in the room was incredibly helpful. The hospitality was excellent, making this an accommodation I would confidently recommend to others. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    A Hotel You'd Want to Stay at Again

    I stayed for one night to use BUNTAI. The accommodation is conveniently located near Kannai Station and was very clean, as it had been open for about a year at the time of my stay. Check-in and check-out times were reasonable, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The room was sufficient for a solo stay, with a double-sized bed. Although the room only had a shower, there was a large public bath on the first floor (with six washing stations, a cold bath, and a sauna), which I found satisfying. However, I thought it would be nice to have partitions between the changing lockers and the mirrors used for drying hair. Additionally, while you can check the availability of the public bath on your room's TV, it would be helpful if more detailed information about how many people are considered "available" could be provided. When I went during what was displayed as "least crowded," there were nearly 10 people present. The in-room loungewear just barely fit me; having larger sizes available would be appreciated for better comfort when going to the public bath. On another note, amenities such as mouthwash and hand cream were plentifully provided, along with conveniences like microwaves and ice machines. While I mentioned some points regarding the public bath facilities above, if you plan to use just your room's shower instead of visiting it downstairs, this accommodation offers an entirely comfortable experience without any issues at all. Being adjacent to BUNTAI made choosing this hotel an excellent decision—I truly enjoyed my stay here! I look forward to staying again in the future!

    Multiple Night Stay
