    We had an absolutely amazing time!!

    I made a Reservation for the Arena Room. The Room was very cute and stylish. It was also spacious, with large windows, so I could relax and feel at ease. The Room’s hair dryer and shower head were REFA. The Room has only a shower, but there is a large public bath, so it wasn’t an issue. The public bath was great as well—I ended up going back to warm up several times. The amenity bar had plenty of options like soups and various teas, and everything I needed was well stocked. It was also helpful that I could get basic skincare items at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious too. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and the Hotel staff were all wonderful—very kind and pleasant. I’d love to visit again. It’s my favorite Hotel.

    The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was compact and clean, but it only had a shower without a bathtub, which felt quite cramped. The public bath was on the first floor, making it inconvenient to access, so I did not use it. Amenities were placed on each floor for guests to take as needed, but the location was hard to find; placing them near the elevator would have been more convenient. There was an ice machine and microwave available, but no water dispenser; having complimentary bottled water in the room would have been appreciated. The hotel restaurant had a nice atmosphere and served delicious food, though it seemed understaffed at times. It closed early in the evening (perhaps temporarily?), and since there are few dining options nearby, keeping the restaurant open longer would have been helpful. Overall, as a new and clean accommodation, it is comfortable for staying overnight.

    Next to BUNTAI

    Conveniently located next to BUNTAI, we used it for an event and found it very convenient. As the Hotel is still new, it was clean and had a great public bath. Overall satisfaction was high. However, I couldn't use the WiFi as I couldn't find the password or where it was written, so I'll make sure to check next time. Also, while the system of taking Room towels to the public bath is good, using a hand towel in the bath leaves none for washing your face in the morning. It would be appreciated if each person could receive two hand towels per day.

    The hotel's exterior and interior design with curves were stunning. Each floor is equipped with amenities, including a variety of tea leaves and even powdered soups, offering a luxurious experience. The bath area includes a sauna and cold bath, all impeccably clean. The lobby features two types of detox water, making it appealing to women. The front desk staff were very pleasant. I reserved a single room, but the bed was larger than expected and very comfortable to sleep on. Despite being compact, the room had everything necessary for a convenient stay.

    Stylish and Clean - Convenient Access Near Chinatown and Station

    The large public bath with a sauna was very convenient, as the TV allowed us to check the crowd status and use it without stress. Breakfast was also very satisfying, as we could enjoy it leisurely in a stylish restaurant without any rush. The menu included Japanese and Western dishes, fruits, and was very well-prepared with plenty of variety. With excellent access to Chinatown and the subway, I would love to stay here again.

    Courteous service

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel. When my companion fell ill, the staff were very kind and helpful. Although I did not use the dining service this time, the Room was spacious and very clean, offering comfort beyond what you would expect from a Business Hotel. The price was also reasonable, and I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!

    I stayed here because of a concert at Yokohama BUNTAI. The reception and restaurant staff were very accommodating, and the meals (dinner and breakfast) were delicious. The bath was clean and spacious. The Room had bunk beds, which felt unique. Overall, the place gave a neat and efficient impression.

    It was very clean.

    I stayed here for an event at the neighboring hall. The room was about the size of a standard Business Hotel, but it was sufficient for one person. What impressed me the most was the bathroom. It was very clean, with a user-friendly shower and a modern bidet toilet, all impeccably maintained. The only downside was that the unique scent of hotel linens felt slightly strong to me. I also liked the amenity corner with various options to choose from. Although I arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, my room was ready, and I was promptly guided to it—thank you for that! Since I live in Tokyo, I may not have many opportunities to stay overnight here again, but if a similar occasion arises, I would definitely love to return. Thank you for your hospitality! Next time, I'll make sure to enjoy your Onsen!

    It was excellent!

    It was our first time staying as a mother and daughter. The room with the bunk bed was functional, allowing us to rest comfortably without sensing each other's presence. The bath and sauna were excellent, and we were very satisfied with the detox water and amenity bar services. We have already made our next reservation.

    Perfect Comfort

    This was my first stay. I was curious about the bunk beds, but everything I needed was simply provided. The bath and sauna were very comfortable, allowing me to relax and clear my mind. The bed in the Room was extremely comfortable, providing a deep and restful sleep. The space is compact, functional, clean, and conveniently located near Kannai Station. I would definitely like to stay again!

    I stored my luggage ...

    I stored my luggage before and after check-in, and the hotel's convenient location near the station was very helpful. The reception area is compact, but the lobby on the first floor is stylish and so comfortable that I felt like staying there longer. I would even consider using this hotel just to work in that space. The corner room with a bunk bed was functional and easy to use for adults, while children were thrilled with excitement. The upper bunk had a large bed size, so we used it for Child Sharing Existing Bedding; however, I bumped my head on the ceiling several times when not paying attention. The mattress suited my body well, allowing me to sleep soundly even with Child Sharing Existing Bedding. I was impressed by additional amenities like floss at the amenity corner and fruit water near the public bath area. When events are held at nearby facilities, it seems to get quite busy, especially in the public bath (perhaps more so for women?). That said, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly appealing to women—I’m definitely coming back!

    Had a comfortable stay!

    I checked in late at night, but the public bath was open until late, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. The later check-out time was also much appreciated. The Room with bunk beds felt fresh and unique, and my daughter was envious! The Room's facilities and amenities were well-prepared and perfect. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I love Yokohama, so I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A wonderful Hotel you'll want to visit again!

    New, impeccably clean, stylish, and well-maintained—this accommodation is one I’d love to make my go-to for future stays in Yokohama. The room is functional, the restaurant offers a wide variety of menu options including happy hour, making it convenient and enjoyable with delicious food. If I were to point out some concerns: while having separate bath and toilet areas is great, the lack of a towel rack in the toilet made it inconvenient to dry hands despite having a sink; there was dust accumulated on the ventilation outlet in the bathroom ceiling; and since many rooms don’t have bathtubs, the public bath tends to get crowded. Overall though, this hotel is stylishly affordable with high satisfaction levels!

    The large public bath and sauna are incredibly relaxing! The facility is clean, and we offer a welcome drink!

    The room is clean and comfortable, with pillows and beds that ensure a good night's sleep, allowing for a relaxing stay. The amenities are excellent, and there is ice available on each floor, which is fantastic. It's also conveniently located near the station, providing a wonderful accommodation experience. I would love to visit again with my family next time.

    Second time

    I stayed here for the second time this February because I had a good experience during my first visit. However, upon arrival, I changed into the provided loungewear and noticed it was much more worn out compared to February. To my surprise, the pants were torn about 10 cm at the crotch area—something so noticeable that I wondered how Hotel staff could miss it. I went to the front desk to request a replacement, but there wasn’t much of an apology, and even the replacement loungewear felt very worn out. In the bath area, there were no amenities like cotton swabs, lotion, or combs available. Lotion had to be requested from the front desk while other items needed to be picked up from amenity stations on each floor—a bit inconvenient as I often forgot them when heading to bathe. It was also surprising that only hair dryers were provided in this Hotel's bath area. The room was similar to last time but felt smaller due to its reversed layout. The sink area also had an unpleasant smell for some reason. As for breakfast, the mackerel tasted fishy and overall wasn’t enjoyable—I thought eating outside without including meals would have been better. Overall, I feel bad leaving such negative feedback but don’t think there will be a third stay here for me.

    The atmosphere between the Isezakicho side and the seaside where the Hotel is located changes dramatically, which was surprising. Perhaps because of the nearby Facility, it felt more like a stylish ordinary Hotel rather than a typical Business Hotel, thanks to the cheerful vibe of people around.

    Very satisfied.

    A new Hotel with excellent Reviews, we had a birthday sleepover party with four girls. On the first day, we left our luggage at the Hotel and walked to Motomachi for about 30 minutes. To gather all four of us, we took a taxi to Chinatown for 800 yen and enjoyed Chinese cuisine at our favorite restaurant. For the second round, we had drinks in our Room. There was a convenience store nearby with ice available as well. We also enjoyed the large public bath and were all very satisfied. With check-out at 11:00 AM, we could rest leisurely before leaving. The cleaning was thorough, and it was convenient that you could go to the large public bath without passing through the front desk—everything was efficient and well-organized. We would love to come back again! Thank you very much!

    Stayed with my daughter. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept well even sharing one bed for two people. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi did not work; even when connected, we couldn't browse the internet. Also, it was disappointing that we couldn't watch YouTube or similar on the room's TV.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family of three with a preschool-aged child. Although I initially thought the location and atmosphere might not be family-friendly, the large public bath, ample children's amenities, and the availability of kids' cutlery and tableware at the breakfast venue made our stay very satisfying even with a small child. We would definitely choose to stay here again during our next visit to Yokohama.

    Clean and beautiful!

    I always enjoy staying here. Even though I live nearby, the sauna and large public bath are so great that I feel like coming for a relaxing stay. Sometimes the bath and sauna can be crowded, but depending on the time, there are moments with only one or two people, which is ideal. (You can check congestion information on TV, though it may occasionally differ from reality.) Both the Hotel and Room are clean and comfortable. It’s a satisfying experience that makes me glad I stayed here. I look forward to visiting again!

    We had a wonderful time as a family.

    The staff appeared to be mostly young and were very pleasant. I was able to refresh myself in the large public bath and sauna, and enjoyed chilled lemon water and apple vinegar provided after bathing (available only at night). The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Conveniently located nearby

    This was my first time staying here. I chose this Hotel because it is close to Yokohama Stadium, where I went to watch a baseball game. The Hotel lived up to its high ratings and provided a relaxing experience. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama Stadium next time.

    Best value for money

    The Room is minimal but the Hotel is very new and clean. The amenity bar on each floor is very convenient. It was my first time staying at the Emion chain, but I would love to stay again.
