    Recommended for sightseeing

    It was very convenient as it is close to the station and a great base for visiting sightseeing spots. The Room was not large, but it was clean and comfortable. Since check-out was at 11:00, I could enjoy the large public bath and breakfast in the morning and relax. The staff were also pleasant, so I would like to stay here again.

    Sounds good.

    It was my first time staying in a bunk bed. At first it was exciting, but climbing up and down gradually became tiring, so I realized a regular bed suits me better. I think children would enjoy it. Overall, it was a good Hotel.

    The Room is stylish.

    It’s a clean and spacious Room. It’s not just simple—it’s stylish. I stayed in a twin Room. They lent us a bed guard, which was very helpful. They also offer various rental items, so it’s recommended for families with children. The large public bath was clean and nice as well. There weren’t many disposable amenities, though—maybe I just didn’t look for them properly. Overall, I was satisfied, and I’d choose this place again if staying around Yokohama.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    I searched for a Hotel with a large public bath around Kannai and Sakuragicho, and chose your Hotel because it offered great value—Done. It’s a clean, well-kept Hotel. There was information about the amenities available on each floor, and when I took a look, I found not only the standard amenities but also tea bags and soups. Isezakicho is within walking distance, and using the map provided at your Hotel, I was able to stroll on foot to Sakuragicho as well. A friend who lives in Yokohama said they didn’t even know about it. It’s a new Hotel with pleasant staff, and for this price it’s excellent. The large public bath was also great—during the evening hours there were drinks available after bathing, which made it even better. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when the opportunity arises.

    It was a nice Hotel.

    The station is close by, the amenities are well stocked, and the front desk staff were kind. Only tap water is available, so if you prefer bottled water, it’s a good idea to buy a larger bottle at a convenience store. There was a wide variety of amenity soups and teas, so it would have been perfect if the Hotel had a water dispenser. Thank you for your hospitality during our stay.

    A Hotel lobby with an open, airy feel and beautiful interior design

    I live in Yokohama, and I love Comment Hotel—this is my third stay. Each time, we stay in a different Room and enjoy it as a family. We were able to relax at our own pace. The large public bath, sauna, and wide variety of amenities were great. The Room was also very clean, and we were completely satisfied. We also appreciate the friendly service from all the staff. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    A beautiful Hotel

    As the building is new, this Hotel is clean overall. There are no amenity sets in the Room, but they are grouped together near the elevators on each floor. There is a large public bath, so the Room has only a shower booth, but it is separate from the toilet, which was comfortable. It is conveniently located close to both Kannai Station and Isezakichoja-machi Station. The accommodation fee is neither expensive nor especially cheap, but I thought it was a recommended Hotel.

    It was very good!

    Just as the Reviews said, it was great value for money, clean, and had functional Facilities. A new Hotel is always nice. The open-air bath isn’t large, but it was more than satisfying.

    Conveniently located near the station, perfect for exploring the area.

    I stayed here to attend a live event. It was my first time staying here after looking for an Accommodation close to Kannai Station. I thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it was surprisingly close. The front desk staff explained everything clearly and politely. Security is solid—you can only access your assigned floor by elevator with your room key card. There was a bath in the Room, and there is also a large public bath on the first floor where I could stretch out and relax. Breakfast was buffet-style, with so many options that it was hard to choose. There were plenty of vegetable dishes as well, and I was very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to use this place as my base and take my time sightseeing around the area, including Yokohama.

    I would like to stay here again.

    As it’s a new Hotel, everything was very clean and well maintained. The lobby and restaurant both have high ceilings, which made the space feel open and pleasant. Security was solid, and it was quiet, so I was able to relax well. I stayed with my aunt, and one of the main reasons we chose this Hotel was that breakfast included Japanese options, and since I don’t like unit baths, having a large public bath was also a big plus. Because our dates were close, we couldn’t choose the Room type very much, but I did wish the Room had been a bit larger. Also, if you use the provided towels in the bath they naturally get wet, so it was inconvenient not to have a dry towel to use back in the Room. I would have liked at least two face towels per person. Other than that, we were very satisfied overall and would like to stay again.

    Hotels in central To...

    Hotels in central Tokyo were expensive, so we stayed in Yokohama instead. From check-in, we were greeted with such warm smiles that it made us genuinely happy and think, “This must be a good Hotel.” First impressions at the front desk really matter—after a long journey, being welcomed kindly leaves a positive feeling that stays with you throughout your stay. The property was very clean and bright, giving a pleasant casual atmosphere overall. The only inconvenience was that the Room had only a small round table. There is also a counter-like surface, so it can be used somewhat like a desk, but it was still a bit inconvenient. That said, we were very satisfied overall with the staff service, location, and price. Thank you very much.

    Perfectly convenient and exceptionally comfortable. Ideal for watching games at Yokohama Stadium or attending live concerts.

    Everything was spotless and felt great throughout the property. The single Room isn’t huge, but it had thoughtful touches that made it very comfortable—like a small sofa for luggage and a place to hang towels (I used the shower booth). Since it was fully booked on the day of my stay, there was a notice saying the large public bath was expected to be crowded. The Room only has a shower, so I wanted to relax in a bathtub and adjusted my plans to use the public bath right after check-in. Thanks to that timing, I had it all to myself. Drawn by the lights at Yokohama Stadium, I decided on an impromptu baseball game on the second night. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the stadium, and I enjoyed it with zero stress. Because I made an early Reservation, I got an excellent rate and was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    The location was excellent—close to the station and perfect for going out for drinks or sightseeing. Above all, the property is new, and the building, Room, and large public bath were all clean and very comfortable. I don’t like unit baths, so I also appreciated that the Room had a separate shower booth and toilet. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and I ate a hearty meal so I didn’t get hungry again until evening... Since I’m a smoker, even if it costs more, I’d happily stay here every time if there were a few smoking Rooms available.

    Second time.

    I stayed in the same single Room as last time. It has only a shower and the Room is quite compact, but there is a large public bath, and the Room was bright and clean, so I had another comfortable stay. There is an air purifier with a humidifier function, which I really appreciated since I have a sensitive throat.

    A clean Room...

    Conveniently located about a 5–6 minute walk from Kannai Station. The Room is compact and kept very clean. This is a Business Hotel you’ll want to stay at again if you have the chance.

    It was a pleasant stay.

    This was my first time staying here with friends. The Hotel was clean, close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in Yokohama.

    It was clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay!

    This is a new and very clean Hotel with a wide variety of Room types. It seems to be operated by the Starts Group. I stayed in a standard single Room, but my family previously stayed in a Room with bunk beds. It was small but functionally designed, and they found it very comfortable. I was, of course, comfortable as well. Above all, the Facility is new—great air conditioning and fluffy bedding—so you can truly relax. It’s directly connected to Yokohama Bunka Gymnasium, and while the surrounding area is relatively quiet, a short walk will take you to Isezakicho and Kannai, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding places to shop or eat. Breakfast is served in a spacious restaurant. There isn’t a huge selection, but it doesn’t feel crowded, so you can start your day feeling relaxed. The front desk staff were also very friendly!

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed here the night before a trip to Izu. For dinner, I enjoyed food and drinks at BASEGATE Yokohama within walking distance, and then relaxed in the large public bath on the first floor of the Hotel. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama Kannai.

    Check-in took a litt...

    Check-in took a little while due to a line, but the Room was quiet, and above all, the amenities bar was very helpful and enjoyable at night and in the morning. I also enjoyed the bath, including the sauna and cold plunge. I would like to stay again.

    It was a beautiful Hotel! There were convenience stores and izakayas nearby, and Chinatown was within walking distance, which was great! I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance!!

    It was a wonderful stay!

    I stayed here for a live show at K-Arena. It’s two stops from the venue, and if the weather is nice, biking there is also a good option. The Room itself is compact, but the design is cute, and it has bunk beds—something you don’t often see in a Hotel—which made it really fun. On the first floor there’s a large public bath and sauna, open at night and in the morning. The TV in the Room can stream YouTube and more. Overall, everything felt very clean, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

    Cheap and good never lasts.

    I stayed here once shortly after it opened and once again recently. This Hotel is truly excellent and very reasonably priced, but perhaps because it’s so affordable, some guests shout in the bath area, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to noise. On my most recent visit, I stayed for two nights and encountered this on both nights. The Room and the Hotel services were very satisfying overall, but it’s best to be aware of the type of guests you may encounter.

    It was my first time.

    This was my first time staying at a property with a large public bath and only a shower in the Room, but since I don’t usually fill the bathtub and the shower area was more spacious than I expected, it worked out very well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. Thank you very much.

    It was very comfortable.

    It was a very clean Hotel, likely because it is new. I went straight to the Hotel and had lunch with my daughter. After sightseeing in Yokohama, I returned to the Hotel and relaxed in the large public bath. I think it would have been even better if there had been a bit more variety at breakfast.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    With the “Room Assigned on Arrival” Plan, I had expected a twin room with bunk beds, so I was grateful to have two beds side by side instead. I was able to enter the Room earlier than the check-in time, and the front desk staff gave a fresh, pleasant impression. I love saunas and made a last-minute Reservation, but thanks to being told which times might be busy, it wasn’t crowded at all and the sauna was excellent. The only disappointment was that there is no parking. I had a hard time finding nearby parking.

    Excellent value for money

    I made a Reservation after reading the Reviews. It was truly new and much better than the photos. The Room was small, but very clean and comfortable. I’m not a fan of large public baths, so I used the in-room shower, and it was more than enough. Amenities were available for self-service on each floor, which was convenient. Everyone at the front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. I also used the restaurant for lunch, and it was a comfortable space. It’s close to the station, and there are convenience stores, fast food places, and family restaurants nearby, so I think it’s very convenient for solo travelers. A taxi to Pia Arena MM cost just under 2,000 yen.

    A Hotel with an excellent location and outstanding cleanliness!

    First of all, the location is excellent. It’s just a short walk from the station, and it’s also great to have convenience stores and family restaurants nearby. The Facility and amenities are all new and spotless, and both the Room and the front desk are stylish, so I was able to relax in a great atmosphere. I stayed in a Room with bunk beds, but it was very well designed—I didn’t feel cramped or inconvenienced at all. The bath area was quite crowded, but it was still nice to soak and recover from travel fatigue.

    We had an absolutely amazing time!!

    I made a Reservation for the Arena Room. The Room was very cute and stylish. It was also spacious, with large windows, so I could relax and feel at ease. The Room’s hair dryer and shower head were REFA. The Room has only a shower, but there is a large public bath, so it wasn’t an issue. The public bath was great as well—I ended up going back to warm up several times. The amenity bar had plenty of options like soups and various teas, and everything I needed was well stocked. It was also helpful that I could get basic skincare items at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious too. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and the Hotel staff were all wonderful—very kind and pleasant. I’d love to visit again. It’s my favorite Hotel.
