We were extremely satisfied.

It was a 9-night Multiple Night Stay with breakfast, and everything I ate was delicious. I wondered if I might get tired of it, but I enjoyed the Japanese, Western, and chicken rice options every day. The Deluxe Twin room was on the same floor as the large public bath, laundry room, ice machine, and microwave, which made everything very convenient—I highly recommend it. All the staff we met at the front desk, breakfast venue, and housekeeping always greeted us warmly and were very helpful, so we had a comfortable stay throughout. One request: there was facial cleanser at the sinks in the public bath area, but it would be even more convenient if it were also available inside the bathing area.
