    We were extremely satisfied.

    It was a 9-night Multiple Night Stay with breakfast, and everything I ate was delicious. I wondered if I might get tired of it, but I enjoyed the Japanese, Western, and chicken rice options every day. The Deluxe Twin room was on the same floor as the large public bath, laundry room, ice machine, and microwave, which made everything very convenient—I highly recommend it. All the staff we met at the front desk, breakfast venue, and housekeeping always greeted us warmly and were very helpful, so we had a comfortable stay throughout. One request: there was facial cleanser at the sinks in the public bath area, but it would be even more convenient if it were also available inside the bathing area.

    Thank you for upgrading us to a suite.

    They upgraded us to a suite Room—both nights! The Room was very spacious, spotless, and felt extremely clean, and the Facility was great. We also used the large public bath; it was an Onsen and felt wonderful, and it was clean as well. I was impressed that the in-room drinks included Takarabou Onsen water. Breakfast was delicious, especially the bread. The tables were spaced far apart, so we could relax and really enjoy our breakfast. Thanks to Sundays, our trip to Amami Oshima became a wonderful one. The staff were kind as well. We will definitely stay again next time! Thank you very much.

    My first time in Amami!

    This was my first trip to Amami, and I stayed at your Hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, it rained all three days, and when I arrived I was soaked! When I went into the sauna area, there was no water in the cold bath, so I lay down and soaked in what little water there was. They said they didn’t know the cause, which worried me, but when I went back the next morning it was completely full—what a relief! Later I heard it might have been because the drain plug wasn’t closed properly. All of the Hotel staff were very pleasant and kindly helped by recommending nearby izakayas in the evening. The Room was also clean and I slept well. Compared with other hotels, breakfast had slightly fewer items. I also think it would be even better if you offered a welcome drink in the lobby. I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit next time.

    Great location for street food hopping.

    It takes about 45 minutes from the airport, but the location is excellent as it is in an area lined with restaurants serving local cuisine—ideal for starting your trip. The large public bath on the top floor and the laundry were very convenient, and since they were close to my Room, I was able to use them many times, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it may not be suitable for those looking to relax in a resort-like “Amami Blue” atmosphere, but the views from the nearby port and from the large public bath are great, the Facility feels clean, and it offers excellent value at an affordable price.

    The Edge of Naze

    We visited as a couple in mid-April. The Room, large public bath, and the entire property felt clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet venue was spacious, and we enjoyed a delicious, relaxing meal. We could also enjoy views of Naze Port from the window, and we would like to stay here again if we visit Naze. The elevator was not very convenient to use.

    The upgraded Room wa...

    The upgraded Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bath also offered a great view of the harbor, and we were able to relax and unwind. Thank you very much.

    A pleasant Hotel.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights in a single Room. Although it faces the port, it was quiet, and the location overlooks an athletic park with trucks in front. It’s also very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from central Naze. The parking lot is flat, spacious, and easy to use. The first-floor lobby from the entrance to the front desk is large and uncluttered, with none of the cramped, dark feel common in a Business Hotel. It feels pleasant like a Resort Hotel lobby. A few more chairs would have been nice. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to prepayment, and the staff were excellent. It was a single Room, but the bed was double-sized—spacious and very comfortable. The Room isn’t large, but it didn’t feel cramped at all and was very pleasant—perhaps because of the wide window. The layout of the sink area, toilet, and shower booth worked well; it was an appropriate size and easy to use. The Facility felt new and clean. There is also a large public bath on the 10th floor, so I didn’t mind even if I only used the shower. I stayed on an eco Plan; everything was convenient except that there were no pajamas (which should have been replaceable daily), so I had to contact the front desk. The restaurant on the first floor is spacious and comfortable. I only used it for the breakfast buffet. Since my Room was on the third floor, when I opened the window I could smell exhaust from the restaurant ventilation fan on the first floor—that was my only disappointment. Considering value for money, I think this is an excellent Hotel. It seems there are higher-grade Rooms as well, so next time I’d like to stay in one of those.

    Free coin laundry is a welcome perk.

    This was my second stay. I really appreciate that the coin laundry (washing and drying) is free. The large public bath doesn’t have an open-air bath, but it does have a dry sauna, and I was happy to find SEKKISEI cleansing oil, toner, and emulsion provided as well!

    Highly rated in reviews, and it's well-deserved.

    Although I initially made separate reservations as the same room type was unavailable, on the check-in day, I was accommodated in the same room type without needing to move, allowing for a stress-free stay. The breakfast included local dishes and was enjoyable, delicious, and satisfying. For dinner, I also dined at the restaurant, which was equally impressive. The main dishes were excellent as expected, but even the miso soup was carefully prepared with attention to detail. The accompanying pickles seemed homemade as well. I could truly feel the chef's dedication to their craft. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

    Clean and tidy

    The Room, breakfast area, and front lobby are all clean and well-maintained. Although it is categorized as a Business Hotel based on the price range, the experience felt like staying at a higher-grade Hotel. Additionally, the chicken rice broth served at breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend trying it.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    I accidentally reserved a smoking room, but since the facility was new and the room windows could be slightly opened, it didn’t bother me much. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the "chicken rice" was so good that I found it even better than what I had at a specialty restaurant. Overall, I would love to stay here again next time.

    Within walking dista...

    Within walking distance to the downtown area. Being a new Hotel, the Room was clean. The amenities were basic but sufficient. I chose this Hotel because the breakfast at the 1st-floor restaurant included chicken rice. While there weren't many options, everything was delicious. Even during a Multiple Night Stay, I didn't get tired of it. However, there is only one coffee machine, and it takes quite some time, so it might be stressful when there are many people waiting.

    2 nights. Free parking available, conveniently located about an 8-minute walk to a supermarket and sandwich shop. Relax and unwind in the scenic bath. The free laundry service was perfect for freshening up clothes after a long day!

    Best Value for Money

    It feels like a Business Hotel in terms of price, but the Room is spacious with separate toilet and bath. It also includes internet and a large TV. There were complimentary water bottles and bath additives provided. The coin laundry facilities are well-equipped. The large public bath offers a great view of the port, is spacious, and has an access code for women’s safety, which suggests it caters to many business users. Everything is still new and sparkling clean, making it very pleasant to stay here. The services go beyond what you’d expect from a typical Business Hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant included many local dishes and was delicious; however, dinner options were limited to set meals or à la carte dishes, which was disappointing. Although there was mention of course meals available by prior Reservation, they weren’t actually offered during my stay. Since the hotel exudes some Resort Hotel vibes, I wished for more resort-like dining experiences as well. The downtown area of Naze is about a 10-minute walk away—not far enough to call for a taxi but still requires some walking effort. There are many izakayas (Japanese pubs), but they mostly serve standard fare rather than island cuisine or anything particularly unique. For those on Multiple Night Stays who might not want to eat out every night in similar izakayas, I hope more effort could be put into enhancing dinner options at the hotel itself—perhaps this hasn’t been prioritized because most guests seem to head out into town instead. Having two consecutive nights at izakayas felt slightly inconvenient for me personally!

    Great value for money.

    I stayed in this accommodation for the first two nights of my four-night trip to Amami Oshima. Since Amami Oshima is surprisingly large, I chose this business hotel in Naze City, located almost in the center of the island, instead of a resort hotel for its convenience for sightseeing and dining. It turned out to be a great decision. Although I could only book one night each in a Jr. Suite and a Deluxe Twin Room, on the day of check-in, an opening became available for the Jr. Suite on the second night as well. I was able to switch by paying the difference, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel itself is still new, offers free laundry facilities, and has very polite and attentive staff who provided excellent service. Overall, it was cost-effective and pleasant; I would definitely consider staying here again if given another opportunity!

    A new and clean Hotel

    Cozy but equipped with a large bath, cold bath, and sauna. The Room was clean, though there was a previous guest's drink trash under the bed. Comes with two bottles of water and bath salts. Parking can fill up late at night, but there is a gravel parking lot next door. Breakfast included chicken rice, local bread, and peanut tofu. A great stay at a reasonable price.

    Hotel above a Business Hotel

    We stayed here on the first night of our trip to Amami. The Hotel is new, very clean, and though it is a Business Hotel, it felt like a City Hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Our Room was upgraded to a Junior Suite on the top floor, which was very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying considering the price. Even locals mentioned that this is the best place in the area. The only concern was that cigarette smell leaked from the smoking room, but this is still a highly recommended Hotel for anyone. I would love to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Amami.

    The return path is dark.

    The interior of the Hotel is clean, and it is excellent as a Business Hotel. However, it is located slightly away from the bar district... though it's only a few minutes away, the path is dimly lit, so returning to the Hotel alone felt a bit intimidating. The Hotel itself is outstanding.

    Unfortunately

    The Hotel was beautiful with a great view from the large public bath, and I had a pleasant stay. However, there was one disappointing experience. I asked if it would be possible to freeze about seven bottles of beverages, and I was told, "The refrigerator in your Room does not have a freezer function, so we will store them for you." When I brought them in a cooler bag, unfortunately, it seems the entire bag was placed into the freezer as is. As a result, the beverages were not frozen. Perhaps it was my mistake to leave them in the cooler bag when asking for freezing service, but I never imagined they would put the whole bag into the freezer. It was disappointing.

    Great value for money!

    Repeat stay. Although other luxury hotels in Amami are tempting, this place is so comfortable that it's my only choice. Clean facilities Large public bath available Free laundry service Free foot massage machine (with disinfectant wipes thoughtfully provided—this Hotel really pays attention to details). The "No Cleaning Plan" offers even more savings. Towels are placed at your door daily, so no issues there. While the free laundry service is greatly appreciated, I do worry about how long this will continue due to some guests' poor manners and rising electricity costs. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for being able to use it for free even now. The front desk staff is highly professional. During a Multiple Night Stay, they remembered me and handed me the bath password before I even got on the elevator upon returning from outside—a level of service beyond what you'd expect from a Business Hotel!

    Recommended Hotel for Amami Travel

    About an hour from Amami Airport by Shima Bus (bus fare: 1,100 yen), this new hotel is a 5-minute walk from the West Court bus stop. The contrast between the beautifully maintained grassy park and the ocean view is stunning, and you can relax in the bath on the hotel's top floor (14th floor) while enjoying the scenery. The women's bath is moderately sized, but it was disappointing that there were no facial cleansers or makeup oils in the bathing area. However, amenities at the sink included Sekkisei products. The room was compact but featured simple and stylish interiors that made for a comfortable stay during both nights of my visit. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet, which included local specialties like chicken rice and brown sugar donuts from Amami. Overall, its proximity to a bus stop, modern and stylish facilities, beautiful views, and excellent cost performance made for a very satisfying stay in Amami. Additionally, having free access to washing machines and dryers helped reduce luggage for multiple night stays—a great convenience! It was such an excellent hotel that I recommended it to friends after returning from my trip. I would love to revisit if I have another chance to come to Amami again. Thank you!

    The lovely scent of ...

    The lovely scent of Casablanca greeted us. The Hotel is well-located, and its 10-story structure makes it a clear landmark, ensuring easy arrival. The fully equipped parking lot was full, so arriving late meant parking in the secondary lot. Nighttime safety was a concern, and carrying suitcases was challenging. It would be great if the area could be paved.

    Last year’s first st...

    Last year’s first stay was amazing, so this year we decided on a second visit with a multiple night stay. The building, entrance, and elevator are bright and very clean. All the staff are polite, leaving a great impression and providing a sense of security. I accidentally selected a smoking room online, but since there was availability, they kindly changed it to a non-smoking room. Moreover, the room was quite spacious, allowing for an enjoyable stay. In the room, the blue mugs were adorable. The kettle was by Tefal. The toilet by TOTO had an automatic lid-opening feature when you open the door—a thoughtful touch for guests. For us who enjoy drinking, its proximity to Yani River Street is an unbeatable location. Perfect for trips to Amami!

    The facility is well-equipped with a microwave and laundry equipment, making it perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. It was also convenient to go out for dinner as restaurants were within walking distance.

    Excellent

    A clean and functional Room at this price, with friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Comfortable beds and user-friendly bathroom facilities. Even the standard twin Room includes a bathtub, with the toilet and sink area separated, making it very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised—it's excellent! The breakfast selection is limited, but considering the price, it's more than appreciated.

    It was a clean Room with a great view.

    Stayed in a deluxe twin room on the top floor. The large public bath on the same floor was very convenient and comfortable. The room and the accommodation were clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, allowing us to choose from a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, which was great. For dinner, we went to a dining area within walking distance. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Naze City.

    It was comfortable!

    The entrance greeted us with the scent of lilies, creating a very elegant atmosphere. We wanted an early lunch and were recommended an okonomiyaki restaurant, which was excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Hotel's restaurant, and they were both absolutely delicious. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't visit the large public bath due to being tired from exploring during our one-night stay, but we look forward to it next time. The staff were all very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Thank you very much!
