    It was a clean Room with a great view.

    Stayed in a deluxe twin room on the top floor. The large public bath on the same floor was very convenient and comfortable. The room and the accommodation were clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, allowing us to choose from a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, which was great. For dinner, we went to a dining area within walking distance. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Naze City.

    It was comfortable!

    The entrance greeted us with the scent of lilies, creating a very elegant atmosphere. We wanted an early lunch and were recommended an okonomiyaki restaurant, which was excellent. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Hotel's restaurant, and they were both absolutely delicious. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't visit the large public bath due to being tired from exploring during our one-night stay, but we look forward to it next time. The staff were all very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay from start to finish. Thank you very much!

    Stayed on the 1st an...

    Stayed on the 1st and 3rd nights in Amami Oshima. The room was a deluxe twin on the top floor with an excellent location. The accommodation was clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and everything was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Amami.

    It was comfortable.

    Before staying in Amami Oshima, I had experienced staying at an "island-style accommodation" on another island, so the urban comfort of Hotel Sundays Amami was quite a relief. (On the other hand, it might lack some of the "Amami Oshima uniqueness.") For example, the bathroom and toilet facilities were well-designed, and power outlets were conveniently placed in the room. The hotel also offered good access to town and enjoyable views of the port. The breakfast buffet had a sufficient variety of dishes, including chicken rice (keihan), which was satisfying. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and left a very positive impression.

    It didn't feel like ...

    It didn't feel like a Business Hotel. Upon entering the building, there was a pleasant Casablanca scent, giving it a luxurious atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the Room was spacious and clean. The bath on the top floor, though not very large, was comfortable to use. The Room's bath also had a washing area, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a sufficient variety. You can reach anywhere in Amami Oshima in about an hour. I thought it might be a good idea to use this place as a base next time I visit.

    Saturday afternoon, ...

    Saturday afternoon, just past 2 PM. Considering the timing and the arrival times of flights, it must get crowded. I was made to wait for check-in without even being addressed with a "please wait." Why was the guest who came after me smoothly guided to an available check-in machine? Even while I was waiting, there was one check-in machine available... The attitude of the two front desk staff was quite disappointing... It would be better if they could improve their customer service skills. The Facility seems new, and the Room, large public bath, and other amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast featured many local dishes and was enjoyable. If you're just looking for a place to stay, it's convenient for getting around, whether on foot or by car, so I think it's a good choice.

    This Hotel is highly recommended.

    Both the Room and the entire property were very clean, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Amami Oshima. Thanks to the quick thinking and kindness of the female staff, I was able to spend a truly comfortable time. Thank you very much.

    I used a twin Room. The Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the large public bath. I would like to use it again.

    !!!!!!!!The floor where the room you stayed in had several rooms with doors (with duct tape on the shield below the doorknob?) that seemed to be hiding broken doors, which felt very eerie. I thought it would have been nice if the front desk had mentioned something when guiding us to the room (+_+)

    I have some reservations.

    Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, I was sleeping in late in the morning, but I couldn't relax due to the noise of work and voices outside. When I went out, I found the entire floor covered with protective sheets, and it seemed that everything except my Room was under renovation. I believe I am the only one staying on this floor. I don't know if the Property was fully booked, but I think it's extremely rude to accommodate guests on a floor in such a condition. I stayed here last year and thought it was very good, so I am very disappointed this time.

    Thank you very much.

    It was a new, clean, and comfortable hotel. I am very grateful for the upgrade on the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, simple but clean, allowing me to relax. The area was also convenient, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Amami!
