    It was great! I think I’ll use it again.

    It was very good. What I liked: ・Separate bath and toilet ・Card security for the elevator ・There is a coin laundry (I’d like to use it next time) ・In the shared space, there is not only ice but also sparkling water ・The Room has an air purifier and a coffee maker ・The access information from the station is easy to understand with photos, and it’s close! ・The staff are kind! (What would make it even better) Since luggage shipping was cash on delivery only, it would be nice if prepaid shipping were also available.

    It was comfortable.

    Because my stay was short, I chose this place mainly for its convenient location near the station and the price. So I wasn’t expecting much, but it was incredibly comfortable. The Room was cozy, and above all, the bathing area in the bathroom was spacious, so I could really relax. The amenities were plentiful, and having two outlets at the sink was a small but welcome touch. Overall, everything felt well thought out with no unnecessary extras or missing essentials—I was truly satisfied. The breakfast also looked delicious… Next time, I’d like to take my time and enjoy it.

    I stayed at Mont Blanc Hotel.

    The entire Hotel was comfortable and very relaxing. The Arimatsu shibori lamp in the lobby also had a calming feel and was soothing. The Room, including the amenities, was wonderful, and I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    This was my first time using it.

    The check-in service was excellent. However, I had high expectations for breakfast after reading the Reviews, but it was average. The pork miso soup had a lot of ingredients. The pork miso soup alone filled me up. Taste is a matter of personal preference. I slept well—thank you very much.

    Family Trip

    My family and I visited Nagoya and Ise Grand Shrine. We had a lot of luggage, so it was very helpful that the Hotel stored it for us. The lobby and the Room were both clean, and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again next time. We will bring our grandchildren as well. We had a wonderful trip and are very happy with our stay. Thank you very much.

    The perfect base for sightseeing around Nagoya Station.

    Both the location and the service were excellent. For a Business Hotel, the hospitality was outstanding, with thoughtful touches such as friendly greetings and having an elevator ready, which left a very positive impression. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    Recommended for stays in Nagoya

    I stayed here to attend a live concert. The Room was very clean, and since the bathroom and toilet were separate, I was able to relax and enjoy a long bath. I only meant to lie down on the bed for a bit, but it was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping soundly until morning.

    This is a recommended Hotel.

    I stayed here while attending a theater performance. Even though I checked in late at night, the female front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile that made me forget my travel fatigue. The Room was spotless and well maintained, and the check-in/check-out process was efficient and functional—it truly felt like a modern Hotel. I also appreciated the provided ReFa shower head and hair dryer. When I stay in Nagoya again, I will definitely choose this Accommodation.

    We had a very comfortable stay.

    Thank you very much to all the staff for your wonderful support during my stay. The Hotel was close to the station and easy to find, which was a great help. The Room was very comfortable, from the brightness of the lighting to the ReFa hair dryer and the ReFa shower head in the bathroom. Above all, I truly appreciate and admire the staff’s warm and prompt service. If I could ask for just one thing, I’d be happy if the toilet paper holder were a slightly easier-to-use type (haha). I expect I’ll have more opportunities to visit Nagoya going forward. I would be delighted to stay again. Wishing you all continued success… I look forward to this becoming an even more comfortable Hotel in the future.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    It was my first stay in a while. I entered through the back (maybe?) entrance, and staff immediately greeted me and showed me the way. The Room was clean and well prepared, making it very comfortable. I also enjoyed the coffee provided in the Room. As for the bathroom, it was convenient that the shower and bathtub had separate faucets. I also appreciated that a chair was provided. If I have a chance to visit Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again.

    Montblanc Hotel Raffine Nagoya Station Front

    This was my first stay, and the Hotel front desk had both a check-in counter and self check-in Facility, with a clean, easy-to-understand layout. The Room was bright and stylish, with no sense of crampedness—an elegant, refined space. I was also very satisfied with the high-quality hair dryer provided in the bathroom and the coffee maker in the Room. The Hotel staff in the front lobby were very pleasant as well, making it a Hotel I would want to return to. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Designed to maintain a quiet atmosphere even when fully booked, so you can sleep soundly. The complimentary soft drinks at the first-floor restaurant are available until 8:00 PM, which is a welcome treat on arrival. There is a Lawson convenience store just across the traffic light in front of the entrance. There are also many nearby places to eat and drink. For breakfast, you can enjoy Nagoya specialties such as kishimen noodles, hitsumabushi, miso katsu, and fried shrimp—making for a fun and satisfying start to the day.

    This was my first time staying here. When I made the Reservation, I thought the Room might be a bit small, but it was clean and I was very satisfied. If I visit Nagoya again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    It was clean.

    The road in front was under construction, but the location was convenient and close to the station. Having to check in and choose amenities in the lobby felt a bit like a Business Hotel, which was slightly disappointing, but overall it was clean and pleasant. The Room was small and had only a shower with no bathtub, so the value for money may not be great.

    Although the Room was small, it was comfortable, with the bathroom and toilet separated and all necessary amenities laid out in a functional, compact design. It also scored highly for featuring the latest popular models of showerhead and hair dryer. However, it was disappointing that the complimentary sparkling water tasted strange.

    Consistently satisfying

    The location is very convenient. I’m a repeat guest, and I think it’s easy to understand even for first-time visitors. The staff’s hospitality is very pleasant. They also kindly helped with garbage disposal. There are lockers for luggage storage as well, which I really appreciate. Breakfast was full around 7:40 a.m. on Sunday, but we were seated in a relatively short time. The rice was delicious, and there was a wide variety of side dishes, including local ingredients, which I enjoyed. I also appreciated the lighter options such as yuzu-flavored daikon salad. If possible, I would be happy to have a simple miso soup with basic ingredients in addition to tonjiru (Hatcho miso would also be fine). I’d also be glad if there were one more fresh fruit option even if it meant slightly fewer cakes. Going up to the second floor to fill water was a bit inconvenient, so having just one bottle of mineral water in the Room would help. I only found out on-site that sparkling water can also be dispensed from the server on the second floor; it feels like a missed opportunity not to inform guests in advance. I enjoyed both types of coffee machines as well, but personally the drip coffee tasted cleaner and more refreshing to me.

    One-night stay for a business trip

    I stayed here on a business trip. It was conveniently located close to Nagoya Station, and the Hotel was bright and clean overall. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and their warm service at check-in and check-out naturally made me smile as well. The Room isn’t large, but it was clean and functional, and I was able to spend a comfortable night. The bath and toilet were separate, and the bathroom in particular was spacious, so I could soak in the tub and relax properly. I also appreciated the bath amenities available at the front desk. I had breakfast, too, and was able to enjoy all of Nagoya’s local specialties—it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya.

    Stay on May 21

    We stayed here as a couple. The Room was clean and well maintained, and since the bathroom and toilet were separate, it didn’t feel cramped. We were also happy to use the complimentary bath salts available at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious at the first-floor restaurant. Since our limited express train departed at 8:00, we really appreciated being able to have breakfast from 6:30. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles. This is our go-to Accommodation for our Nagoya trips—Done!

    All the staff were friendly, kind, and courteous! It was very comfortable. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt fresh. The complimentary orange juice was very delicious. There was also a water dispenser on the second floor, which I used. It was also close to the station, which was great. I chose a Room with shower only.

    The property looks nice from the outside, but there are serious issues with cleanliness and customer service.

    I travel frequently for work and stay at many Hotels, but this was the first time I have ever had such an unpleasant experience. The exterior and interior design were beautiful, which made it all the more disappointing. After checking in, I entered the bathroom and noticed a foul odor like sewage backing up. There were hairs and small insects on the floor, and two insects in the ventilation fan as well. I was shocked by how unsanitary it was; although I rinsed away the insects myself, I couldn’t tolerate it and contacted the front desk to request a Room change. However, even in the new Room—which staff said they had checked in advance—there was a long hair left in the bathtub. This is not a luxury Hotel, and I am not expecting high-end quality, but it felt like it did not meet even basic hygiene standards. In addition, at checkout the next day, the staff member who assisted me did not offer a single apology. Despite how nice the facilities look, poor cleaning and cold staff service stood out throughout my stay.

    Exceeded Expectations

    I usually stay at a regular Accommodation in Nagoya, but this was my first time here. It was quiet, compact with everything I needed, easy to use, and very clean. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. As I was here for a live show, I couldn’t spend much time relaxing in the Room, but I still highly recommend it. If I have the chance again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Excellent value for money

    As it’s new, the hotel is simple yet stylish, and the entire property feels clean and well maintained. The local information display in the lobby is also enjoyable to browse. In addition, a male staff member at the breakfast restaurant was very attentive, which made our stay comfortable. While the selection isn’t extensive, the food is delicious.
