    Great location.

    The location is excellent. The staff greet guests cheerfully. The Room was also properly cleaned. However, the bed was worn out and sagged in the middle, making it hard to fall asleep. Overall, the bed is on the softer side. Overall, it was a good Hotel.

    Complimentary drinks are available.

    I stayed for two nights for the Nagoya tournament at IG Arena. It was very convenient, close to the station. On the second night, I couldn’t make it back before the free drinks ended, which was disappointing. I would appreciate it if it were open until around 9:00 p.m.\nFor breakfast, I’m not comfortable with animal-based foods, but there were also home-style vegetable dishes, and I enjoyed them.

    Close to the station.

    By using the underground passage, we had minimal exposure to the sun, so the heat was not an issue. Booking this Hotel was the right choice, as we were looking for a Hotel with a bathroom that includes a washing area. The bath additive amenities were also provided, which helped us relax. Thank you for letting us enjoy the complimentary drinks when we returned from dinner.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed in a Room with a shower booth. It was far more comfortable than a unit bath, and the shower booth was spacious enough. It was equipped with a ReFa shower head and bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Perhaps because it’s new, the Room was truly clean and very comfortable to stay in. It would be perfect if there were a large public bath as well, but that can’t be helped. I also appreciated the free drink service at the café. Just a few minutes’ walk from Meieki Station, the location is extremely convenient. Highly recommended, especially for solo business trips.

    A wonderful Hotel near Nagoya Station with excellent staff.

    This was my first time staying here for business. It’s close to Nagoya Station, and the Room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The complimentary drinks were also great. Breakfast was excellent—I enjoyed so many Nagoya specialties because they were so delicious. The eggs were especially tasty as well. Most impressive of all was the staff’s service. From check-in to check-out, everything was outstanding. I also left something behind and called about it; the person on the phone was cheerful and polite, which truly impressed me. They promptly and carefully sent my lost item back to me, which was a huge help. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I’m a returning guest.

    Whenever I stay in Nagoya, I always choose this Hotel. The first time I stayed here, I was truly impressed. Although it’s reasonably priced, everything is perfect down to the smallest details, and I was able to relax and unwind. Since then, I’ve been a fan. As many others have mentioned, having the toilet and bath separate is a real plus, and the amenities and in-Room items are very well stocked. The Room number is even displayed on the hallway carpet. Many Hotels have coin laundry facilities, but few also provide a change machine—usually you have to go to the front desk—so having one installed right next to the laundry area is incredibly convenient. Detergent is automatically dispensed as well. Because it’s a washer-dryer combo unit, there’s no need to transfer clothes between machines. In the meantime, you can relax in your Room and organize your luggage. Everything is thoughtfully arranged down to every detail, and the Facility setup is flawless. At check-in you can enjoy drinks at the café; while many Hotels only offer coffee, I can’t drink coffee, so I really appreciate that there are many kinds of tea as well as juice. Breakfast features plenty of Nagoya specialties with a wide variety of dishes—I’m always completely satisfied. Even if you take small portions of each item, you’ll end up full.

    It was comfortable.

    The entire Hotel was clean and stylish! The Room size was average, but the coffee machine, hair dryer, and ReFa shower head were great Facilities. There is no large public bath, but the bathroom was not a unit bath, so I could fill the tub and relax to relieve my fatigue. The amenities were plentiful, including bath salts, which was very helpful! It was also impressive to see the staff serving guests with smiles. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when I visit Nagoya.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a great bath and a great breakfast.

    I was happy with the pick-up style at the front desk, and there was a great variety of bath salts. There were seasonal options and ones recommended before bedtime—so many that I wanted to take a bath over and over for no reason. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which also made it nice to relax in the bath. The welcome drinks were available freely at the 1st-floor restaurant, and I enjoyed delicious coffee right after arriving. The Room and bath were great, but breakfast was outstanding too. It had been a long time since I’d had such a huge fried shrimp. Everything was delicious, so I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Nagoya. It was also conveniently close to the station.

    Comfortable overall, but with a few minor drawbacks.

    The Facility and Room were very clean and comfortable. The staff were polite during check-in and check-out, and I was very satisfied. However, early in the morning, the staff cleaning other rooms were talking loudly, which woke me up earlier than planned. I would like this to be improved.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    I stayed for two nights in a Shower Booth Single Room. There was a wide selection of bath salts at the front desk, and next time I’d like to choose a Room with a bathtub. I chose a no-meals Plan, but I was tempted by the Nagoya specialties on the breakfast menu and had breakfast for one day. The hitsumabushi, Nagoya Cochin egg over rice, and miso katsu were all delicious. The hotel is spacious, bright, and very clean. After coming back from the heat outside, I was able to cool down with complimentary drinks in the restaurant before returning to my Room. All of the staff were kind and pleasant—excellent service. It’s also conveniently located close to Nagoya Station.

    It was very good.

    I stayed here last year and found it very comfortable, so I chose it again this year. It was an excellent stay. Last time, I wrote a Review saying there was “a little dirt in the corner of the bath,” but this time everything was thoroughly cleaned down to every detail, which truly impressed me. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, and you can get close via the underground passageways. The service is attentive in just the right way—not overbearing. The Room is clean and comfortable. I have no complaints at all. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    Everything was perfect!

    We stayed here on a family trip with children. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, very clean, and comfortable in every way, with a separate bath and toilet. All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and their wonderful smiles made our stay even better. There are only four laundry machines, but they are set up in a way that makes them easy for everyone to use, which was helpful. There was also a wide variety of amenities, so we had no issues at all and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay again.

    Nearly perfect in both value and quality. If I had to point out one flaw, the breakfast sausages were unfortunately too tough to bite through (lol).

    Great Hotel!

    The location near the station, breakfast, and the Room were all great. In this heat, being so close to the station was a real help. Luggage storage was also available, and I truly appreciated the Hotel staff’s thoughtful hospitality.

    Three friends and I stayed here, and it was one pleasant surprise after another. The staff service, the quietness of the Room, and the quality of the breakfast venue were all outstanding—far beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. I usually stay at Hotels directly connected to the station, but I’ve found an amazing value Hotel here. I visit Nagoya about four times a year, so I look forward to staying with you again.     A kind and attentive Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    With construction going on nearby, the location was a little hard to find, but when you enter the Hotel from the Nagoya Station side, you’re welcomed by a calming aroma. All of the staff were kind, and since I made my Reservation thinking it was just a Business Hotel, I was genuinely surprised—in a great way. They kindly upgraded me to a top-floor Room, which made me really happy. I arrived before check-in, left my luggage, and headed to a meeting. When I checked in around 4:00 PM afterward, they greeted me with wonderful smiles. They also told me that as a complimentary service, the café drink bar is free to use until around 8:00 PM. I had dinner plans later so I didn’t use it, but it felt like such a nice perk. (And by the way—40°C was forecast that day!) Aside from toothbrushes, you can choose any amenities you like from near the counter. There were several types of bath salts, so I took one with a relaxing scent for deep sleep. Since my Room had separate bath and toilet areas, I could enjoy a long soak. I was also happy that both the shower and hair dryer were ReFa! Maybe it was the bath salts—I got so sleepy and slept soundly. I woke up at 6:30 AM, did my makeup, and had breakfast at 8:00 AM. Breakfast had lots of variety and plenty of “Nagoya-style” dishes too—it was fun! The raw egg being Nagoya Cochin felt especially luxurious. The Nagoya Cochin scrambled eggs were a bit salty for my taste, but there were so many enjoyable options—Ogura toast (red bean toast), doteni stew, kishimen noodles, eel rice bowls (unagi meshi), and more. I wished I had a bigger stomach! Haha For drinks there were mango and orange juices as well as coffee machines and even soda dispensers—really well stocked. After that، I stored my luggage in free lockers and went out for site visits in the morning. I returned to the Hotel at 3:00 PM، picked up my bags، then asked (just in case) whether I could use the café for an additional fee until my Shinkansen time. They said yes—600 yen for the first hour including access to the drink bar، power outlets، and Wi‑Fi!! After that，I think it was 250 yen per additional 30 minutes? It truly came with so many thoughtful services! Everyone—from front desk staff to housekeeping—was incredibly kind，always smiling，and speaking warmly to guests. Thanks to them，I had such a pleasant stay in Nagoya. I’d absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time، and I look forward to returning.

    Actually, it’s good after all.

    This was my second stay, and once again it was truly wonderful. The amenity bar is fun, and all the staff are cheerful and incredibly attentive. The bathroom with a washing area is great, and the Room is clean and easy to use. It really makes me want a ReFa, too. I understand it’s for eco-friendly reasons, but it was a bit disappointing that water is only available on the second floor. Other than that, I absolutely love this Hotel. I’m sure I’ll be back again. Thank you in advance.

    This was my second stay.

    My previous stay left a very good impression and I wanted to stay again, but this time there were a few disappointing points. First, because my Room was on a lower floor, the noise from outside was very loud—especially until after midnight—and it was hard to call it comfortable. Since all double Rooms were fully booked and only relatively inexpensive Rooms were available, I understand it may be unavoidable for the price, but in that case I felt another Hotel might have been fine as well. The sink stopper would not close properly, and the lever to raise the plug was stiff; even when lifted it just rattled. As someone who wears hard contact lenses, this was a major negative point. I tried to fix it myself, but having to touch various sink parts that many other people had likely used was simply unpleasant. I would like you to check the Facility condition as well. During my previous stay there was a rose hair mask with a wonderful scent, so I looked for it among the amenities this time too, but unfortunately there was only a jasmine one. I suppose I should be grateful that something is provided at all… It’s about a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station so the location is very convenient, and since it’s a new Hotel the facilities are clean, so I may consider staying again.

    Hotel near Nagoya Station

    The Room was compact but comfortable. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the amenities were great. However, it was a bit inconvenient to have to go and get water, so I plan to bring my own next time. There was also a refrigerator. The Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, and I would like to stay again.

    It was great! I think I’ll use it again.

    It was very good. What I liked: ・Separate bath and toilet ・Card security for the elevator ・There is a coin laundry (I’d like to use it next time) ・In the shared space, there is not only ice but also sparkling water ・The Room has an air purifier and a coffee maker ・The access information from the station is easy to understand with photos, and it’s close! ・The staff are kind! (What would make it even better) Since luggage shipping was cash on delivery only, it would be nice if prepaid shipping were also available.

    It was comfortable.

    Because my stay was short, I chose this place mainly for its convenient location near the station and the price. So I wasn’t expecting much, but it was incredibly comfortable. The Room was cozy, and above all, the bathing area in the bathroom was spacious, so I could really relax. The amenities were plentiful, and having two outlets at the sink was a small but welcome touch. Overall, everything felt well thought out with no unnecessary extras or missing essentials—I was truly satisfied. The breakfast also looked delicious… Next time, I’d like to take my time and enjoy it.

    I stayed at Mont Blanc Hotel.

    The entire Hotel was comfortable and very relaxing. The Arimatsu shibori lamp in the lobby also had a calming feel and was soothing. The Room, including the amenities, was wonderful, and I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.
