    We had our junior high school reunion in Kanazawa.

    Because it was close to the reunion venue, I was able to walk there. The Hotel itself was new and nice, but the room was very small. Since I only needed a place to sleep, it wasn’t too uncomfortable. At checkout, a staff member smiled and asked, “Did you enjoy the reunion?” I was impressed that they remembered each guest (we had only chatted briefly when I left for the reunion). If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast was included and served as a three-tier Japanese set; it looked great and tasted great. The Room was a bit small, which wasn’t ideal, but otherwise I had few complaints. There was no parking either.

    The Room was very clean, and the attentive service made our stay extremely comfortable. The surrounding area is also quiet, making it an ideal Accommodation for a relaxing getaway. When staying in Kanazawa, I would like to use it again.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The Hotel was in a great location, just behind the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, with Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle also within walking distance. It is a bit far from Kanazawa Station, but that is exactly why it had such a calm atmosphere and was a wonderful Hotel. Both the Room and bathroom were spotless, and the shower had strong water pressure with nothing to complain about. Since there was also a bathtub, we enjoyed the daily rotating bath salts as well. We booked breakfast only; because it wasn’t a buffet, my mother—who has difficulty walking—could eat comfortably at ease. All of the staff were very kind, and after checkout they kept our luggage while we went sightseeing; when we returned, they even handwrote the timetable for the nearest bus stop and gave it to my daughter. We truly felt their heartfelt hospitality. It was a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Business Use

    Stayed here during a business trip. Located near the city center, making it within walking distance. Please note that there is no convenience store nearby. The room I stayed in did not have space for desk work, but it was clean and tidy. (This was my oversight for not checking properly.) Breakfast included some Kanazawa cuisine, allowing me to enjoy a bit of the local flavor.

    Very convenient location, close to the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as Kenrokuen Garden and Korinbo. The Room was spacious enough and clean.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The staff provided excellent and courteous service when storing our luggage before check-in and during check-out. The room was very clean, and even with two children staying, the spacious bathroom allowed three people to bathe at the same time without feeling cramped, which was greatly appreciated. The gold leaf bath salts were a big hit! Located next to the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and close to Kenrokuen Garden and bus stops, this accommodation is ideal for sightseeing. There is a dining area on the first floor, so I look forward to trying it on my next visit.

    Conveniently located near tourist attractions

    Close to major tourist attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle Park, making it very convenient. Especially the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, which is next door, was easy to access for issuing morning reservation tickets. Although there is no affiliated parking lot, there are parking options within walking distance. The convenience store is a bit far. Perhaps because it was a last-minute reservation, I was able to stay in a high-grade room at a great value. The view from the window overlooking Kanazawa Castle and the Guest House was fantastic. I appreciated the bath area with a washing space and the gold leaf-infused bath salts provided. However, the service by one male front desk staff member could have been better; it was disappointing compared to the excellent service provided by another young male staff member.
