First Hotel Kanazawa

The Room was very clean, and the attentive service made our stay extremely comfortable.The surrounding area is also quiet, making it an ideal Accommodation for a relaxing getaway.When staying in Kanazawa, I would like to use it again.

The Hotel was in a great location, just behind the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, with Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle also within walking distance. It is a bit far from Kanazawa Station, but that is exactly why it had such a calm atmosphere and was a wonderful Hotel. Both the Room and bathroom were spotless, and the shower had strong water pressure with nothing to complain about. Since there was also a bathtub, we enjoyed the daily rotating bath salts as well. We booked breakfast only; because it wasn’t a buffet, my mother—who has difficulty walking—could eat comfortably at ease. All of the staff were very kind, and after checkout they kept our luggage while we went sightseeing; when we returned, they even handwrote the timetable for the nearest bus stop and gave it to my daughter. We truly felt their heartfelt hospitality. It was a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.
