    Excellent location

    I usually stay in Shin-Osaka, but this time I stayed in Sannomiya. Both locations have excellent access, and you can leave your luggage before check-in and head out right away. The room is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for 1-2 people.

    It is clean and pleasant.

    Directly connected to Sannomiya, which is convenient. The Hotel itself is decent with no major issues. However, the self-input check-in process is not ideal. Even though the address and phone number are already known, you have to input everything from scratch. This step simplifies the hotel's process but not for guests, making it less convenient. Improvement in this area would be appreciated.

    Convenient Location

    Conveniently located just steps from the station. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can use the underground walkway to avoid getting wet on rainy days, making it ideal for business travelers. Great value for a quick stay, and I was quite satisfied. The view from the breakfast area is highly recommended. The front desk staff were very polite and pleasant. The Room with a queen bed felt a bit small, but considering the price, it's understandable.

    Right next to the Hankyu ticket gate!

    As a "Remm" brand, only shower booths are available. The plastic cups provided in the room have been used for several years now; they were not plastic when the Remm brand first launched. This time, the room had a sink located outside the shower and toilet booth, which was slightly inconvenient. The lack of noticeable microcapsule fragrance smell is excellent, indicating high-quality cleaning and furnishings. The complimentary bottled water and chocolates were a delightful touch. The room becomes very bright when all lights are turned on, which is another positive point. The breakfast venue offers an amazing view, and the variety of dishes was just right. Service at both the front desk and restaurant was exceptional. Being right next to Hankyu station makes it extremely convenient to use.

    Although I was initially concerned about the Room without a bathtub, the new and clean Facility along with the surprisingly comfortable rain shower helped me relax. The breakfast featured a creative menu that reflected Kobe's charm and was very delicious. The staff at both the front desk and restaurant provided excellent service. While I chose this place mainly for its convenient access and didn't have high expectations, I am now considering staying here again.

    Conveniently located directly connected to the station, making it ideal for business use. The breakfast, featuring steak and other unique dishes, was delicious and left a lasting impression compared to other Business Hotels. While the wait times for both the elevator to guest rooms and from the entrance to the front desk were slightly noticeable, it might be expected in a high-rise Hotel. For business purposes, while the massage chair in the Room was nice, having a more PC-friendly table and chair setup would be helpful. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast venue were polite and attentive.

    Hotel that provides the best sleep

    A hotel designed with sleep as the top priority, from pillows to mattresses and room temperature. The discreet addition of a massage chair is a big plus. The shower water pressure is satisfying, and while the Room is compact, it’s well thought out! It’s also delightful to enjoy various herbal teas and honey tea in your Room.

    Excellent Location

    The direct connection to the station was an unbeatable advantage. The overall cleanliness and tidiness, along with the polite service, made for a comfortable stay. Staying in a Corner Twin Room allowed me to enjoy a relaxing bath. Having separate toilet and bathtub facilities was greatly appreciated. The massage chair was also very soothing. I will definitely return!

    Convenient location

    Very convenient for shopping around Sannomiya and Motomachi. As it was a corner Room, it had large windows with great views. Having a separate bath and toilet was a delightful point. The night chocolate service was also excellent. All the Hotel staff were friendly, making it a comfortable and safe stay. The system of taking only the necessary amount of amenities was very convenient. The honey tea was delicious and provided a cozy moment before bed. Thank you very much!

    Prime location above the station, with a wide variety of dining options available.

    Every summer in July, I enjoy staying in Kobe, and on my 6th visit, I found the best value-for-money city Hotel. The card key system is excellent; just a touch of the key stops the elevator at your floor. The breakfast venue is on the top 29th floor, offering both ocean and mountain views. The Room was clean with good soundproofing; it was a double room with a shower and even had a chair for comfortable use while showering. The large TV was easy to watch as well. At checkout, the staff kindly offered to store my luggage until evening—what incredible hospitality!

    The location is unbeatable. The Hotel is practically inside the station building, directly connected to all Sannomiya train lines. The Room is minimal yet functional, featuring amenities like a massage chair and chocolates for better sleep—perfect for business travelers. The bed is large and ensures a comfortable rest. While there’s no bathtub, the spacious glass-enclosed shower room offers a refreshing and relaxing experience compared to using a small tub with a shower curtain. As for the Facility, the desk setup involves using the table or sitting on the massage chair while working at it; however, using your laptop on the large bed or sitting on its built-in seating might be more convenient.

    I have used this place multiple times and love its convenience as it is directly connected to the station. Shopping is also very convenient. The Room is a bit compact, but it was cleaned thoroughly, making my stay comfortable. I will use this service again.

    Convenient and Comfortable Hotel

    It was great that the Hotel was easily accessible from the station. The view from the Room, facing the mountains, was open and spectacular. Having a massage chair in the Room was also a nice touch. The bath with a washing area allowed for a relaxing soak in the tub. The bed was spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast venue had beautiful interior design.

    Comparison with Previous Stay

    I enjoyed the breakfast. Compared to last time, it might have been due to the timing, but the variety and quantity were excellent. The massage machine in the room felt too rough and not very comfortable; removing it might create more space. The staff's assistance with using the reservation site during check-out was precise and very helpful. Thank you to all the staff members for their excellent service.

    Perfect location right by the station!

    The modern tablet check-in was convenient, and it was reassuring to have staff supervising. Amenities were self-serve, and I appreciated the decaffeinated coffee. The corner twin room came with a special feature—a view bath with bath salts, which was a nice touch. The massage chair was also very helpful. However, I was disappointed to find the Room in a sauna-like state upon arrival after sweating my way there. I had been looking forward to breakfast, but the limited variety and poor layout made it hard to enjoy. That said, the location is excellent, so I would consider staying again if the price is right.

    The usual Hotel

    This is my go-to hotel for a refreshing stay as it’s close to my workplace. This time, I decided to stay because rain was forecasted for the next morning, and I wanted to relax. The accommodation is designed for quality sleep, and I’ve always had restful nights here. However, this time after entering the room, I felt an itchy sensation on my calves. Upon checking, there were several red spots... My wrists also showed similar symptoms. Although I considered requesting a room change, I had already changed into comfortable clothes. After researching remedies online, I moved my belongings and clothes to the shower room and slept with the lights on. Since most guests seemed to be international travelers recently, it left me feeling slightly disappointed this time around. That said, the honey tea is delicious and the location is excellent—I believe this was just an isolated incident and plan to give it another try next time! At checkout, I informed the front desk before heading off to work.

    The sleep was excellent.

    This time, I stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay for work. The direct access from the station entrance was extremely convenient. Both restaurants and convenience stores were nearby, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the elevator's security system provided a strong sense of safety. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay in terms of sleep quality. Normally, I struggle to sleep well outside my home, but this time I enjoyed comfortable sleep all three nights. Both the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The shower booth was separate and thoughtfully designed as part of the Facility's functionality. However, there were two areas where I felt some improvement could be made: First is the lighting. For those who prioritize sleep quality, adjustable lighting with more dimming options would have been ideal; even at its lowest setting, it was still quite bright and ultimately had to be turned off completely for darkness. While that worked fine overall, in an unfamiliar place it would have been nice to leave just a little light on. Second is the food. The sirloin steak was absolutely delicious—tender with rich flavor—and I ended up eating about six slices! However, other dishes lacked novelty or local specialties; there weren’t many options available overall; and unfortunately, the bread wasn’t very good either. That said, all basic breakfast items were available without overwhelming choices or wastefulness—perfectly suited for someone like me on business trips with limited time. In summary: The Hotel left an excellent impression with its cleanliness and modern design while staff interactions were pleasant throughout my stay! If given another opportunity—I’d love returning again someday soon! Thank you so much!

    The Room was smaller compared to the last time. However, the amenities were abundant, and the service was excellent. The shower in the bathroom was good, but there was no bucket in the washing area. A bath you can soak in is always nice. The massage chair was good but outdated; it would be great to see an upgrade.

    The best in Sannomiya

    I travel to Kobe several times a year for business trips, and after staying at several hotels, this has become my regular accommodation. The excellent service from the staff, the convenience, and the comfortable facilities make it the best hotel in Kobe in my opinion.

    Moved efficiently.

    Located in a very convenient spot with direct access to Hankyu Line Sannomiya Station, making it easy to stay active on both arrival and departure days. The Room was well-organized with neatly arranged amenities, making it user-friendly. The compact massage chair was surprisingly comfortable. Although I didn’t have enough time this visit, I look forward to trying the restaurant on the top floor next time.

    Convenient and Comfortable Accommodation

    I stayed at Remm Plus for one night to refresh myself from the fatigue of work and caregiving, as I had always wanted to try this Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, directly connected to Sannomiya Station. From the elevator leading to the front desk, the monochrome design was stylish, and upon arrival at the front desk, a pleasant fragrance added excitement. The Room was compact yet clean. While there was no bathtub, the shower booth and toilet were separate. Though not spacious, a glass partition between the bed area and other spaces made it feel open enough. The unique layout included a sink right near the entrance. I chose a Plan with breakfast included; having breakfast in the top-floor lounge offered an excellent view. However, while enjoyable, I found that buffet options could be improved slightly. Given its location surrounded by many restaurants, having breakfast outside might also be a good option. With checkout at noon, I relaxed in my Room after breakfast and enjoyed unwinding with their massage chair. It was great to enjoy some quiet Hotel time alone—I’d love to stay here again for another refreshing experience!

    Enjoy a panoramic view of Kobe's nightscape!

    I stayed here for the first time to attend a JAZZ live performance. I reserved a twin room with a bathtub, and from the 28th-floor room, I could enjoy breathtaking views of Meriken Park, the sea, and Mount Rokko under clear skies. The hotel's concept of "ultimate sleep" was evident with thoughtful amenities like steam masks, body lotion, bath additives, honey tea bags, herbal teas, and drip coffee—each offering a delightful selection that my wife also enjoyed. The room's refrigerator included GABA mental balance chocolates; on the table were eye masks and earplugs; soothing BGM played in the background—all creating an incredibly relaxing atmosphere despite being right in the heart of Sannomiya Station. The front desk service was impeccable. The elevator system was innovative—it automatically stopped at our floor by simply scanning our card key. At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by a leader-like female staff member whose cheerful demeanor made for an uplifting start to our day. She attentively observed guests while seamlessly coordinating with other staff members—a testament to their excellent teamwork. The buffet-style breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Western and Japanese dishes—including steak—and left us thoroughly satisfied! The restaurant itself was stylish yet calming. As Kobe is known as the birthplace of JAZZ, I will definitely return not only for another live performance but also to stay at this wonderful hotel again! Thank you for such an amazing experience!!!

    The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, but its signage is not prominent and can be hard to find. The view from the Room and restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is delicious, but the buffet area feels unsafe as staff frequently pass through from the kitchen entrance, almost colliding with guests. The staff's manners could be improved as they sometimes rush past guests without consideration. Room numbers are overly stylish and difficult to read. Elderly guests seemed confused about needing to scan their room key in the elevator, and while self check-in/out is convenient, clearer guidance would be helpful. Overall, while stylish, the Hotel felt somewhat uncomfortable to stay in.
