    With unbeatable access right above the station, and a lovely Room!

    Kobe is one of my favorite places, and I have stayed at various Hotels so far. The access and the view from the Room were wonderful, and I would like to stay again.

    Thank you for the past four years.

    I stayed here every time I traveled to Kobe on business. The location, room, and service are among the best of any Hotel in this area. At my last check-in, a staff member kindly spoke to me, which truly moved me. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    It felt reassuring.

    I stayed here to attend a live concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. I made a Reservation because it is an easy-to-find Hotel located above the station, and I really liked the concept focused on relaxation—especially quality sleep. Sightseeing before and after the concert was also smooth, and it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    It would be helpful if you could provide shaving gel, etc. There were two boxes of bottled water stored in the small Room; how does that look from an aesthetic standpoint? Overall, the breakfast was disappointing in terms of quality. Since this was an experience we paid a high price for, please understand our feedback.

    This Hotel is a reliable choice for your stay.

    The Room was on the ocean side and the view was excellent. In a few years, once a station building is completed, I’m not sure how the ocean-side view will change, though. The floor with the front desk had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fresh greenery on Mt. Rokko felt so close and was incredibly beautiful for the season—nothing to complain about. The female front desk staff were very kind and gave clear explanations, and the morning housekeeping staff also greeted us, making this a truly great Hotel. Because it’s in such a convenient location above Hankyu Sannomiya Station, it’s often hard to get a Reservation, so I was very happy to be able to secure one this time and stay here. If I have another chance to make a Reservation, I would definitely like to stay again. The only downside was that it sometimes took quite a while for the elevator between the 1st floor and the 17th-floor front desk to arrive. Still, it really is an outstanding Hotel.

    Thank you for a comfortable stay!

    The front desk staff are kind and always greet guests with warm smiles. The younger restaurant staff and the kitchen team are also cheerful and pleasant to interact with. Breakfast with views of the sea and mountains is truly energizing. We will be happy to stay again.

    It was convenient.

    It was very convenient and close to the station. The Room was small but functional, however the bathroom door opens toward the Room, leaving little space between it and the bed, which made it awkward to use. Also, there was a massage chair in the small Room, so for the bed on that side you could only get onto it from the foot of the bed, which was inconvenient. I would also like you to change it so that the cups for drinks are not the same as the cups in the bathroom.

    The best.

    Directly connected to the station, with beautiful night views. The breakfast was delicious as well. Above all, the mattress and pillows were excellent. I slept soundly, and the massage chair was a welcome bonus.

    We stayed for 3 nigh...

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The location was excellent, right in front of Sannomiya Station. The Room was clean and the bed was neatly made, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again.

    Consideration for Shampoo and Toiletries in the Shower Room

    I stay here about twice a year and am satisfied with the front desk service, cleanliness, and convenient location. However, I would appreciate it if the labels for the shampoo and other amenities in the shower room were displayed with larger signs. Because of my presbyopia, I have trouble reading the current text, so I would be grateful if this could be improved. Thank you very much.

    Reliable peace of mind

    Thank you always for your kind support. It has been about four years since this became my regular Accommodation. My retirement is approaching, so I will only be staying twice more, in June and July. I will miss it, but I can’t beat age.

    The views are great, and the breakfast is delicious.

    The location is convenient with direct access to the station.\nThe Room is easy to use and clean.\nBreakfast was delicious with both Japanese and Western options, and we especially appreciated the wide variety of vegetable side dishes.

    A Trip to Oji Zoo

    I stayed here for the first time last year and it was so great that I chose this Accommodation again this year. The location is very convenient, and I was completely satisfied with the Room, the staff service, and the meals! If I have a chance to visit Kobe again next spring, I would love to stay here again.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, easy to get around, and the Room is clean and very comfortable to use. If I had to mention anything, I would be happy if the shower water pressure were stronger and the breakfast menu had more options.

    Overall, I was almost satisfied with this new Hotel. However, the toilet had a distinctive odor. You may want to provide an air freshener.

    The reviews were good, but

    Not ideal for sightseeing in Kobe. A Hotel best suited for business use with direct access to the station. For sightseeing, it is far from the harbor and also far from Chinatown. Sannomiya Station was very crowded and tiring.

    The bathroom is...

    Although it was directly connected to the station, Sannomiya Station is complex and hard to navigate. Overall I was satisfied, but the bathroom was simply large with no clear separation from the toilet area, so after bathing the entire unit bathroom ended up soaked. Also, the shower pressure was weak—so weak that I couldn’t even rinse hair off my body.

    My Regular Accommodation in Kobe

    Whenever I stay in Kobe, I choose this Hotel. The location is excellent and makes getting around very convenient. Dining, shopping, and the view from the room are all outstanding (you can enjoy a truly Kobe-like scenery). The room is more than sufficient for a solo stay, very clean, and the front desk staff are extremely pleasant. Of course—I will stay here again next time.

    This was my first time staying here. They kindly and courteously responded to my inquiries before my stay. The location was great and very convenient. The pillow and bed suited me well, so it was very comfortable. Since there was only a shower, I rated the bath 2 stars. I would like to stay again next year. Next time, I would like to make a Reservation for a higher floor.

    Massage Chair

    The massage chair in the Room I stayed in this time did not include a foot massage function. Since my legs get tired and feel heavy, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a Room with a massage chair that includes a foot massage function for my next stay.

    Absolutely wonderful! 100/100 hospitality!

    I was on a business trip and had been told I should try it at least once, so I stayed at the Remm Hotel in Osaka and Remm+ in Kobe. With a full view of Kobe, there’s no need to go out of your way to see the night scenery! Although this was a business trip, I told them that my daughter would be joining me partway through and that we were celebrating her birthday. They put us on the top floor with an amazing night view and even prepared a surprise—this doesn’t feel like a Business Hotel at all. I’m truly grateful. The bed was excellent! There’s no bathtub, but the shower is great, and the honey tea was delicious—I had two cups. I’ll definitely use it again. It really doesn’t feel like a Business Hotel. I’d love to have skincare amenities like lotion and makeup remover!

    Beautiful

    This is a clean and conveniently located Hotel. The slippers are not disposable, so if that concerns you, it’s best to bring your own. The bath water may come out hotter than the temperature setting, so please be careful. It was also disappointing that you can only choose one amenity.

    It’s comfortable.

    It’s very convenient, and I always stay here when visiting Kobe. However, I was disappointed that the slippers are not disposable and that the amenities have been reduced—items like lotion and drinks are no longer provided.

    Great location!

    The property was very clean, and the staff’s service was excellent. We had a Plan without breakfast, but added breakfast on the day for one morning. The selection isn’t huge, but perhaps because the food is cooked and served in small batches, everything was warm and delicious! The steak in particular is high quality, and that alone makes it worth it. The bread was a bit disappointing... The view is great too, so I recommend having breakfast. The location is excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. An airport limousine bus also departs from nearby. Even though it should be in a lively area, the Room was extremely quiet. I liked the body soap so much that I bought some to use at home.

    I stayed here for the first time because it was conveniently located for a live venue I planned to visit. The staff were very pleasant, and the Room and other areas were clean, so I had an enjoyable stay.
