  Corner Twin Room

  I was delighted to get a lovely room on a high floor with a great view. I had stayed in a corner twin room before, but this time I was on the opposite side with a different view, so after two stays, I felt like I had experienced both sides. The room was clean and well laid out. I hope to book a corner twin again next time.

  Conveniently connected directly to the station.

  The location is very convenient with direct access from the station, but the entrance is a bit hard to find. Although it’s a twin room and clean and nice, it feels small, and there isn’t much space between the foot of the beds and the wall, making it difficult to pass through. The shower in the bathroom has a limited range of angle adjustment, so I couldn’t set it at an ideal position, which was slightly inconvenient. I’ve mentioned some minor points, but overall it was a satisfying stay, and I would use it again if I have the opportunity.

  I was able to recover from two years’ worth of fatigue.

  For the past two years, I was so exhausted that I didn’t stay overnight anywhere.\n\nWith shoulder pain and lingering summer sunburn, and with no hotels available during last year’s Expo, I was worn out and couldn’t even soak in a bathtub. So this October, during a time when work overlaps heavily, I chose a day when I absolutely needed to stay overnight. Although my work was at night, I spent the daytime at the hotel and took several baths to recover and relieve my fatigue.\n\nThe massage chair was excellent. Also, checkout was at noon.\n\nI’d like to use this hotel again around year-end as well—prioritizing safety to avoid any accidents—during the hospital’s year-end closing period.

  Thank you very much.

  I had been wanting to stay here for a while because of its focus on sleep quality. With the massage chair and a pillow that suited me, I slept very well. The view from the mountains to the sea was wonderful, and at night I could clearly see the illuminated Nunobiki Ropeway cars passing by. I’d love to stay again when work wears me out.

  The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station.

  Since the Hotel is located above Hankyu Sannomiya Station, you can take the train without getting wet in the rain. It’s also a great location for traveling to Osaka Umeda and Kyoto. There seemed to be many international guests, but it wasn’t noisy. The Hotel staff’s hospitality was excellent as well. I would like to stay here again.

  We stayed in a Corne...

  We stayed in a Corner Twin room and enjoyed the view even from the bathroom. The massage chair and sofa also made it easy to relax. However, the air conditioner did not work, and even when set to 20°C with the fan on high, it did not cool at all. As a result, I had trouble falling asleep. The hallway was so cool it was almost cold. Please have the air conditioning checked. Because I couldn’t fall asleep easily, I overslept and missed breakfast, so I cannot rate the meals. The location is excellent, and we couldn’t hear outside noise or be bothered by train sounds. Having separate bath and toilet made this an ideal Hotel for me. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

  The bathroom and toi...

  The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the view of Kobe’s downtown from the bath made it feel like a semi-open-air bath—it was truly wonderful! There was no noise at all, so it was very quiet and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was on the top floor with an amazing view, and I felt great lounging on the stylish sofas! The Chinese rice porridge was delicious, and I was happy there were lots of side dishes to go with it. Having roast beef in the morning also felt luxurious—absolutely fantastic. With direct access from the station and an affordable supermarket right below the Hotel, everything was convenient and comfortable.

  It felt reassuring.

  I stayed here to attend a live concert at GLION ARENA KOBE. I made a Reservation because it is an easy-to-find Hotel located above the station, and I really liked the concept focused on relaxation—especially quality sleep.   It would be helpful if you could provide shaving gel, etc. There were two boxes of bottled water stored in the small Room; how does that look from an aesthetic standpoint?   This Hotel is a reliable choice for your stay.

  The Room was on the ocean side and the view was excellent. In a few years, once a station building is completed, I’m not sure how the ocean-side view will change, though. The floor with the front desk had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fresh greenery on Mt. Rokko felt so close and was incredibly beautiful for the season—nothing to complain about. The female front desk staff were very kind and gave clear explanations, and the morning housekeeping staff also greeted us, making this a truly great Hotel. Because it’s in such a convenient location above Hankyu Sannomiya Station, it’s often hard to get a Reservation, so I was very happy to be able to secure one this time and stay here. If I have another chance to make a Reservation, I would definitely like to stay again. The only downside was that it sometimes took quite a while for the elevator between the 1st floor and the 17th-floor front desk to arrive. Still, it really is an outstanding Hotel.

  It was convenient.

  It was very convenient and close to the station. The Room was small but functional, however the bathroom door opens toward the Room, leaving little space between it and the bed, which made it awkward to use. Also, there was a massage chair in the small Room, so for the bed on that side you could only get onto it from the foot of the bed, which was inconvenient. I would also like you to change it so that the cups for drinks are not the same as the cups in the bathroom.

  The best.

  Directly connected to the station, with beautiful night views. The breakfast was delicious as well. Above all, the mattress and pillows were excellent. I slept soundly, and the massage chair was a welcome bonus.

  We stayed for 3 nigh...

  We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The location was excellent, right in front of Sannomiya Station. The Room was clean and the bed was neatly made, so we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again.

  Consideration for Shampoo and Toiletries in the Shower Room

  I stay here about twice a year and am satisfied with the front desk service, cleanliness, and convenient location. However, I would appreciate it if the labels for the shampoo and other amenities in the shower room were displayed with larger signs. Because of my presbyopia, I have trouble reading the current text, so I would be grateful if this could be improved. Thank you very much.

  Reliable peace of mind

  Thank you always for your kind support. It has been about four years since this became my regular Accommodation. My retirement is approaching, so I will only be staying twice more, in June and July. I will miss it, but I can’t beat age.

  The views are great, and the breakfast is delicious.

  A Trip to Oji Zoo

  I stayed here for the first time last year and it was so great that I chose this Accommodation again this year. The location is very convenient, and I was completely satisfied with the Room, the staff service, and the meals! If I have a chance to visit Kobe again next spring, I would love to stay here again.

  Conveniently located...

  Conveniently located near the station, easy to get around, and the Room is clean and very comfortable to use. If I had to mention anything, I would be happy if the shower water pressure were stronger and the breakfast menu had more options.

  Mostly satisfied

  Overall, I was almost satisfied with this new Hotel. However, the toilet had a distinctive odor. You may want to provide an air freshener.

  The reviews were good, but

  Not ideal for sightseeing in Kobe. A Hotel best suited for business use with direct access to the station. For sightseeing, it is far from the harbor and also far from Chinatown. Sannomiya Station was very crowded and tiring.

  The bathroom is...

  Although it was directly connected to the station, Sannomiya Station is complex and hard to navigate. Overall I was satisfied, but the bathroom was simply large with no clear separation from the toilet area, so after bathing the entire unit bathroom ended up soaked. Also, the shower pressure was weak—so weak that I couldn’t even rinse hair off my body.

  My Regular Accommodation in Kobe

  Whenever I stay in Kobe, I choose this Hotel. The location is excellent and makes getting around very convenient. Dining, shopping, and the view from the room are all outstanding (you can enjoy a truly Kobe-like scenery). The room is more than sufficient for a solo stay, very clean, and the front desk staff are extremely pleasant. Of course—I will stay here again next time.
