    Great location!

    The property was very clean, and the staff’s service was excellent. We had a Plan without breakfast, but added breakfast on the day for one morning. The selection isn’t huge, but perhaps because the food is cooked and served in small batches, everything was warm and delicious! The steak in particular is high quality, and that alone makes it worth it. The bread was a bit disappointing... The view is great too, so I recommend having breakfast. The location is excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. An airport limousine bus also departs from nearby. Even though it should be in a lively area, the Room was extremely quiet. I liked the body soap so much that I bought some to use at home.

    Perfect your sleep comfort!

    The Room was a bit small, but it was very comfortable as a minimal private space. However, the nightwear wasn’t stretchy and didn’t fit well, so I ended up sleeping without it. Please consider switching to a different option to ensure truly comfortable sleep.

    The view and the comfort of the bed were both outstanding!

    After some stressful days, I chose this Accommodation for my first trip to Kobe to refresh myself. As soon as I entered the Room and opened the electric curtains, I was captivated by the breathtaking view right in front of me. During the day, warm sunlight pours in; at night, the city lights sparkle brilliantly and instantly lifted my mood. The Hotel promotes itself as being focused on sleep, so I wondered if it would really live up to that—but the bed and pillows fit my body perfectly. I slept soundly until morning, woke up feeling refreshed with no aches anywhere, and was even a little surprised at how light my body felt. I love solo travel and have stayed at many Hotels around Japan, but this was hands down the best sleep comfort ever. It made me want this bed! (It seems they sell it, but it’s far beyond my budget—so I’ll just come back and stay again.) With the chocolates in the Room, eye mask, bath salts, massage chair, and the wide variety of tea bags at the front desk, I was able to refresh both body and mind and felt re-energized for what’s ahead. There was an unexpected issue when the toilet got clogged, but you responded immediately—and when I returned from going out, you had even left a thoughtful note for me. I was truly touched. Thank you very much. One request: I’d be happy if there were a microwave on each floor. I hesitated to go all the way down to the lobby level just for that. Due to various circumstances overlapping, it looks like my solo-travel hobby will be on hold for a while—but when I’m finally able to start again someday, I’ll definitely come back in search of another great night’s sleep here. Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay.

    The Best Business Hotel

    I stayed here for my first solo trip as a woman. First of all, the location is excellent. It's perfect for getting around from Sannomiya Station. Since it's right above the Hankyu station, you can quickly return to your room if you forget something. There are plenty of dining options to choose from. The room is compact but well-equipped with facilities like a massage chair and a view bath. Amenities can be selected individually next to the front desk, and the selection of coffee and tea is very tasteful. The staff were kind and attentive—thank you so much for everything. To avoid sounding overly positive, I’ll mention that breakfast could have had more variety. No Meals Included might be the better option (personally). There are many great bakeries nearby anyway. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kobe!

    The location is excellent.

    This is my second stay at this accommodation, and the location is simply unbeatable. Being directly connected to the station makes it incredibly convenient for both trains and buses, making sightseeing a breeze every time I visit. However, the breakfast is disappointing. The menu hardly changes, with no fruit options available. For those planning a multiple night stay, it might be better to skip adding breakfast due to its repetitive nature, which is quite unfortunate. That said, the breakfast venue being on the top floor offers stunning views, so it could still be enjoyable for those who appreciate great scenery while dining. Overall, with such an excellent location, I would definitely choose this accommodation again if I have another chance to visit Kobe.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I have stayed at various Remm hotels before, but this was my first time staying at Remm Kobe. The view was wonderful, the room was clean, and the bathroom and sink were spacious, making my stay very satisfying. Thank you so much for this experience. I made wonderful memories. I look forward to making a reservation again soon.

    This is an excellent Hotel.

    This was my second trip to Kobe. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it convenient for getting anywhere. The view from the Hotel was also amazing. We stayed in a Corner Twin this time, and the Room was spacious and even had a massage chair, so we were able to relax in great comfort. If I have another chance to stay in Kobe, I would definitely choose remm plus Kobe Sannomiya again without hesitation. All of the staff were truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station

    Conveniently located near the station, I had a comfortable stay. While the train noise might be an issue for some, the separate bathroom and toilet allowed me to sleep without any problems.

    I used this Hotel for visiting the Van Gogh exhibition and Himeji Castle. The website provided detailed directions from Sannomiya Station, making it easy to find without getting lost. The next day, it was very convenient to take the JR train to Himeji Castle as the Hotel entrance was just a short walk away. The Room had a great view, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. I could relax while enjoying the night view from the window. The bed was comfortable, and the Room lighting was bright. I would definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Kobe.

    Directly connected to the station for convenience

    This was my second stay. The hotel is directly connected to Hankyu Sannomiya Station, making it extremely convenient. I added breakfast during check-in, and the buffet offered an impressive variety of options. Personally, I would have liked more fruit. The Facility is modern and clean, with TVs that support features like ChromeCast, allowing you to mirror your smartphone screen. You can watch YouTube and even access personalized content if you log in. The bed felt slightly small for a king size, but considering the location, it seems reasonable.

    A Luxurious Experience

    This is my usual accommodation, but this time I was given a room on the top 28th floor for the first time. The mountain view with stunning autumn leaves was absolutely satisfying.

    The massage chair is excellent.

    When visiting Tokyo, I always choose Remm Roppongi for its comfort and reliability. Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya also lived up to expectations with very kind staff. (When I accidentally soaked my room wear in the bathroom's rain shower, the front desk promptly delivered a new set to my room without hesitation despite being busy.) I truly appreciate their excellent service. The room was clean, had a great view, and the direct connection to the station made transportation incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kobe!

    Very convenient

    I was lucky to find a vacancy during the holiday when I decided to stay for the live event. I was also happy that the bathroom, toilet, and sink were separate. Being directly connected to the station made it very convenient, especially for meals. I think having a reservation system for breakfast time could have reduced waiting. Thank you very much!

    The best bedroom ever!

    It was a great decision to choose this accommodation directly connected to the station for my visit to Sannomiya after a long time! Just one subway stop from Shin-Kobe, it is located right in front of the ticket gate at Sannomiya Station. The room, though compact, had features like a windowed bath and a massage chair, offering great views both in the morning and evening. The thoughtful design included many delightful points. Amenities were provided buffet-style for efficiency, but there was evident care and attention to ensure comfort throughout. The staff were bright and friendly, making me genuinely glad I stayed here! One small suggestion: if the breakfast buffet could offer more variety (enough side dishes to fill a 9-section plate for both Japanese and Western options, along with fresh fruit juice), it would be perfect as my go-to accommodation. I hope this can be considered!

    A very convenient Hotel directly connected to the station

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip, using this Hotel for the first time. The Hotel is located on the 17th floor and above of a station building. It took me some effort to find the entrance initially. The front desk service was generally average. Items like toothbrushes and coffee are self-service from the front desk, which is common these days. However, there were no skincare items like lotion or cleansing products available in the Room; I later noticed a sign in the elevator stating that such items could be requested at the front desk. On my second day, I received two sets for morning and evening use upon request. This might fall under the category of a Business Hotel, though some places describe it as a four-star Hotel—I personally don't think it qualifies as four-star quality. That said, since it's new, the Room was very clean and equipped with only a shower but included seating, which was convenient. The bed had just the right firmness for my preference. It rained on my second day, but I could get around near the station without getting wet; umbrellas were also available to borrow from the front desk if needed. For breakfast, I enjoyed a buffet on the 29th floor—it cost ¥2,200 and felt reasonably priced given current market conditions. The spacious layout and great view made it worth trying at least once during your stay here. With its excellent convenience factor, this will likely be my top choice again when visiting Kobe next time!

    The location is No. 1.

    This was our third time using this accommodation. This time, my wife stayed with her friend. She mentioned that the toilet had a sound system, which made her feel more comfortable using it. I used the restroom in the front lobby while waiting for someone, but there were no urinals in the men's restroom, and unfortunately, there seemed to be some mess left by a previous user on the toilet seat. If there are two staff members at the front desk and they have free time, occasional checks or providing mats for such situations could help address this issue. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, given its great location, we will likely use this accommodation again next time.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here about a year ago and was very satisfied with the location, Room, and meals, so I decided to stay again this time. Last time, I stayed in a corner twin Room where I could enjoy the night view from two directions. Unfortunately, that Room was not available this time, so I opted for a twin Room instead. However, my request for a high floor on the ocean side was accommodated. The Room did not feel particularly small and was clean and very pleasant overall. One suggestion: while I appreciate the tea and coffee service as well as the amenities provided, it would be great if there were mini sets of skincare items like lotion, emulsion, or makeup remover available.

    Newly built with an excellent location.

    I stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Despite my Multiple Night Stay, chocolates and bath amenities were replenished daily, which I greatly appreciated. One small note: although it can't be helped, train noise can be heard even on higher floors. It becomes quiet after the last train, but light sleepers might need earplugs. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kobe.

    Excellent location

    I usually stay in Shin-Osaka, but this time I stayed in Sannomiya. Both locations have excellent access, and you can leave your luggage before check-in and head out right away. The room is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for 1-2 people.
