    First-time Use

    Thank you for lending me the Hotel's umbrella when I left my luggage. It was a great help as it rained heavily until check-in time. The Room was also very clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, which made my stay extremely satisfying. I would love to stay here again when I visit Tokyo next time.

    It is beautiful.

    Stayed in the accommodation due to work in Koto City. Requested a late check-in, and it was handled without any unpleasant attitude. I will visit again.

    An Elegant Otherworldly Space

    This was my first stay. I was impressed by the very reasonable price, and the entrance had a luxurious atmosphere like that of a high-end apartment, making it a very clean and comfortable Hotel. Although I had little interaction with the staff and didn't feel much hospitality, the Room was clean, spacious enough, and relaxing. There was a coffee machine in the lobby; if I may say so, it would have been even more convenient to have one on each floor.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The new Facility is overall good for a Business Hotel. Since it was my first time, I chose the Standard Twin Room for two people, but it felt small for two adults and matched the price. For long stays or those who want to relax, I recommend using a larger Room as single occupancy.

    I stayed at the acco...

    I stayed at the accommodation for a seminar. It was clean and easy to use. The meals were average but there were no particular issues. It would have been nice to have hair ties among the amenities.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay. I liked it because of the newness and cleanliness of the facility, as well as the low price, so I repeated my stay. However, I struggled a lot this time with the inability to adjust the room temperature, which was a concern last time. The air conditioning is centrally controlled in the building, and individual room air conditioners cannot be used. I tend to feel hot, so I thought it might be impossible in summer, but this time the heating was working well, and especially after getting out of the bath, I couldn't stop sweating. Even when I tried to calm down and sleep, it was uncomfortable, and around 2 a.m., I ended up going to the front desk to borrow something like a bar to open the window. I knew from a notice in the elevator that it could be borrowed, but once I was ready to sleep, I didn't feel like going outside... but since it seemed like I wouldn't be able to sleep at all, I reluctantly did so. If the air conditioner can't be used, it would be nice if the window could be opened without restrictions... After that, I slept for only 2-3 hours with the window open. There is also a rental of Refa hair irons, and the room is easy to use, and the front desk service is reliable, so I would like to make it my regular stay... If I stay next time, I will borrow the bar at check-in regardless of whether I open the window or not. Also, I found it troublesome to realize that a password is required to enter the laundry room only when standing in front of the door and then having to go down to the front desk. If I use it many times, I will remember it, and I think I can handle both at check-in... Also, when I tried to brush my teeth before going to bed, I was shocked that the toothbrush I got from the amenity bar didn't have toothpaste in it. It was separate... I didn't check enough. Since it was in a paper package, I didn't notice that there was no toothpaste. I thought it might be impossible in the scorching heat if the window couldn't be opened and depending on the effectiveness of the air conditioning, so I was considering staying only outside of summer, but this time I faced many troubles, which is a concern. Other than that, considering the cost performance, walking a bit from the station is not a problem, and I really have no complaints... but the lack of freedom in room temperature control is quite a drawback.

    It is a quiet Hotel.

    The worst part was the woman at the front desk. She was unfriendly, curt, and had no smile, leaving the worst impression among all the front desk staff I've encountered so far. I left my luggage and went outside once, but during check-in, I moved to another woman's counter. If it weren't for that, it would be a very convenient Hotel, being close to Otemachi.

    Use for training at surrounding Facilities

    The exterior was nice, and the staff provided kind and courteous service, leaving a good impression. The Room was spacious, with a LAN cable on the desk, making it an ideal Hotel for business use.

    It is a very beautiful Hotel.

    It was a one-night stay in Tokyo, and I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. Check-in, check-out, and amenities are self-service, but it was convenient without any hassle. The route from the station was confusing at first, but once you go through it, it's close. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    After staying at Disney

    The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and not fully informed, and the system was confusing for older guests without explanation. However, the hotel, guest rooms, and dining areas were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, and the staff checked the food supply, so we could go for seconds with peace of mind. The parking fee was cheap, and it was within walking distance from the station. The email and phone responses to the hotel were kind. Thank you for your hospitality. I was concerned about choosing a room with a double bed and Child Sharing Existing Bedding with an older child, and I considered other hotels, but the bed was comfortable even with Child Sharing Existing Bedding, so I am glad I chose this hotel. The bath salts were excellent! They relieved the fatigue from walking all day.

    A newly established property focused on accommodation training, with affordable rates that had caught my attention for some time. Firstly, Minami-Sunamachi Station is undergoing major renovations, making the area around the station inconvenient. All exits on the hotel side are closed, and you can only exit from the opposite side, which was a detour and made me anxious when I went to drop off my luggage in the morning. This is unavoidable. Being in a residential area, it is quiet. There are no convenience stores on the way to the hotel, so you need to shop at the Seven-Eleven or Ministop around the station. The facility itself is new and clean, and the room was spacious and very nice. I was surprised to find a ReFa hair iron available for loan. If your schedule allows you to stay, you can reduce your luggage by one item. However, due to centralized management, the room air conditioning cannot be used. This time, it was moderately comfortable without being too hot or cold, but it might be inconvenient for those sensitive to temperature... I tend to feel hot, so it might be a bit troublesome in summer. There is a currency exchange machine next to the front desk, so you can get change there when using the coin laundry. Breakfast had the minimum necessary number of items but was sufficient. The floor is spacious with plenty of seating. The person who assisted me at checkout had no smile, possibly because they were in training...? Their demeanor suggested so. It was particularly cheap on Sunday, but with accommodation fees in Tokyo soaring everywhere, I would like to use it again if available.

    It has a sense of cleanliness, the Room is spacious, and I am a repeat customer. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, but it's convenient as there are convenience stores and an Aeon nearby.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I went to a place called Minamisunacho for the first time. It was unfortunate that I couldn't figure out the directions from the station. I was surprised to find such a Hotel in a residential area. The Hotel was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat much. This time, I happened to make a Reservation because there were no available Hotels in the city center, but if I have the chance next time, I would like to stay again. It was also good that they paid attention to the materials of items like ballpoint pens.

    When attending a live event in Odaiba,

    I used the Property when attending a live event held in Odaiba. I only checked the location on the map before making the Reservation, so it was a bit far, about an hour by train, but it was a very satisfying Hotel with a quiet environment, a calm atmosphere, and a clean room. The location seems suitable for event stays around Makuhari Messe, so I will definitely repeat! Looking forward to staying again.

    The bath faucet is...

    I always enjoy using your services. Overall, I am satisfied, but there was one disappointing point. As usual, I took a shower, but when I turned the faucet, water overflowed from the base, causing splashes around. The shower was usable, but since it is a unit, water overflowed into the bathroom, and I had to wipe the floor. I believe this would be noticed during the Room cleaning, so I hope you can check it. I should have informed you at checkout, but since it was an automatic checkout and the front desk seemed busy, I left without mentioning it.

    New, beautiful, and very clean. The exterior is also wonderful. Having an Aeon nearby is very convenient. Above all, the security and amenities are well-equipped, which is satisfying. Since my daughter's house is also nearby, I would like to use it again.

    Since it is a corporate training facility, the environment is quiet. There were elements of the facility's atmosphere everywhere. The content is sufficient. I relied on the official website and smartphone maps to find my way from Minami-Sunamachi, getting lost several times before finally arriving. It was getting dark, so I couldn't recognize the scenery. The subway construction added to the confusion. I think I can get there without getting lost next time. It's located in a residential area with no convenience stores, so it's better to stock up at the station's convenience store before heading there. Overall, I was able to rest well.

    It was a new and clean hotel, but as the reviews said, it's easy to get lost. I was exhausted from walking around endlessly while looking at Google Maps. If they could put up a sign at the corner, I might use it again.

However, there was no explanation of the facility, so I had to understand it through a self-guided tour. Was the coffee in an inconspicuous place and the time-limited drink service for trainees? I felt it would be nice to have a guide sheet.
