    I think the Facility...

    I think the Facility is a newer building, so the Room was very clean. Having plenty of free power outlets was extremely helpful. What was disappointing was that since it was a bit warm on the day of my stay, I wanted to adjust the Room temperature, but I couldn’t because of the building-wide air conditioning system. Also, the in-room phone only connects to the front desk. My smartphone broke and I needed to make a call, but I couldn’t do so from the Room, so I had to go to a nearby shopping mall to use a public phone. However, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful—for example, they looked up where the public phones were and explained it carefully. The local area map they gave me was very useful and helped in many ways. Given the size of the Room, I would have been happy if the TV were a bit larger. Still, it’s an Accommodation I would like to use again.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. When I asked on the morning of my stay (before check-in) whether they could store my luggage, they kindly did so. The check-in process was very courteous, which made me feel at ease. I also informed them at check-in that I would use the free shuttle bus to Maihama the next morning and received a numbered ticket. Later, when I requested a change of time, they accommodated me without showing any displeasure. The Hotel room was clean, and I didn’t notice any noise from other rooms at all. The hair dryer was a ReFa product, and it actually made me wonder whether the sound might carry outside. I had a truly comfortable stay until check-out. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Few distractions

    The area around Minami-Sunamachi Station is currently undergoing major construction, so it is not very lively, and the surroundings of the Hotel are very quiet—making it easy to focus on work or studying. The Room and bathroom are also more spacious than typical APA hotels in Tokyo, which is a nice plus. With automated check-in and check-out, there is almost no need to interact with staff.

    I chose this Accommodation because I had been interested in its stylish atmosphere and price range on the website, and I stayed here while attending an event in Tokyo. From around the entrance, it felt very refined. The interior also had the ambiance of a luxury Hotel—am I the only one who thought so? The Room was clean and left a great impression. Although my stay was No Meals Included, breakfast at a long-established soba restaurant just a few minutes’ walk away was an excellent value. If you don’t mind getting around on foot, I highly recommend it. Next time, I’d like to book a Plan with meals included for multiple nights.

    I found a very nice Hotel.

    After a day at Disney, I was looking for a hotel about 30 minutes away and found this place—I'm glad I stayed here. The Room was spacious, great value for money, and even had a coffee machine like the one only found in the Miracosta suites. I’d love to stay again.

    I have used it several times.

    I have stayed here several times as it is reasonably priced, possibly because it is used as a training Facility. This time, I arrived 5 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, but the self-check-in machine was not operational. Although there was a woman at the front desk, she did not approach me. When I asked, "Can I check in?" she replied, "It's from 3:00 PM, but I'll make an exception for you," and enabled the self-check-in machine for me. However, is being 5 minutes early really considered "special"? By the time I completed the process on the self-check-in machine, it was exactly 3:00 PM anyway. Even at more affordable Business Hotels, I've never been told something like this for being just 5 minutes early—it honestly surprised me. While I've used this Hotel several times before, I feel that their concierge knowledge and hospitality are lacking. That said, there are many good points such as amenities and breakfast offerings as well as free coffee service; so I think I'll stay here again in the future.

    Stylish City Hotel

    A stylish Hotel with a calm atmosphere blending seamlessly with the nearby apartment complexes. The dining space on the first floor was spacious enough, and perhaps due to the absence of international guests, I enjoyed a quiet time. The meal variety was sufficient and satisfactory.

    Thank you for the comfortable accommodation.

    This was my first stay. I had wanted to stay here for a long time, but my schedule and reservations didn’t align until now. The area is surrounded by many apartments, so the view isn’t great, but the comfort of the accommodation was guaranteed, and I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious, and I had plenty to eat. I especially enjoyed the seasoned grated yam and minestrone soup. It was a bit disappointing that lunch and dinner were only available for those attending training programs. It would be great if dinner could be offered with a reservation. The staff were kind, and the cleaning was thorough. Thank you for your hospitality! I look forward to staying again!

    Although it is close...

    Although it is close to the station, it was quite difficult to find. I had to call the Hotel for directions, but even after following their instructions, I ended up in the wrong place. I found myself going back and forth multiple times and felt completely lost. Eventually, I gave up and decided to take a taxi. Even the taxi driver mentioned that it was "a bit hard to find." With road construction in the area, traveling at night, and pulling my suitcase along, finding my way on my own was impossible.

    Satisfied.

    This is my second stay. The space is efficiently designed, making it perfect for No Meals Included stays. Since it was the year-end, there were event spaces such as areas for drawing fortunes and writing on ema (wooden plaques), which added a nice seasonal touch. Great value for money, and I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Beautiful Training Facility

    A bit far from Minami-Sunamachi Station. Passing through a residential area, I was concerned that rolling luggage at night might disturb the neighbors. Since it's new, the Room was clean. The amenity style of picking up what you need at the front desk was convenient. Having water dispensers on each floor was also a nice touch. It would have been even better with a large public bath! However, the bathroom (unit bath) was small and disappointing.

    Clean, comfortable, and great value for money.

    Located near Minami-Sunamachi Station, which is undergoing major urban redevelopment due to the station's renovation on the Tozai Line, this Hotel stands out amidst the somewhat cluttered cityscape. While accessing it on foot might be a bit confusing as others have noted, there is a video guide available on the website that should alleviate any concerns if viewed in advance. Originally built as a seminar house for corporate use, its exterior is simple yet exudes a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior has no unnecessary decorations and may appear plain at first glance, but this simplicity makes it more comfortable for business use. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with sufficient space to relax comfortably. Unlike some of today's Business Hotels that cram numerous functions into extremely small spaces, these rooms offer practical and reasonable space for everyday use. One of its standout features is its surprisingly low price amidst the soaring hotel rates in Tokyo today. Although room temperatures are centrally controlled throughout the building—making individual adjustments impossible—it shouldn't be an issue unless during extreme summer heat. Meals are available within the Hotel; however, there are multiple family restaurants at a nearby shopping mall that should suffice unless you're seeking gourmet options. I stayed here due to personal reasons requiring accommodation near Minami-Sunamachi Station and found it to be far more comfortable than expected.

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed in a twin room. The room was spacious and well-maintained, including the bathroom, with a clean and fresh atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, but the highlight was the large table that could easily accommodate four people. Additionally, there were two large sofas on either side of the table, each seating two people comfortably. Perfect for meals or enjoying a drink after dinner. The bathroom featured a generously sized bathtub for relaxing baths. It was surprising to find two types of shampoo and conditioner provided (a rarity even in luxury accommodations). The sink area had a ReFa hairdryer that dried hair quickly with its powerful airflow. The humidifier/air purifier filter was clean (unlike some accommodations where pink mold can be an issue), ensuring safe use; however, the front panel of the purifier had come off and was taped back on—just a minor detail. The breakfast venue was spacious and pleasant as well. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. The only downside is that finding your way from Keikyu Minami-Sunamachi Station to the hotel can be slightly confusing, especially due to ongoing construction work in the area. It would be helpful if updates or guidance regarding this were provided regularly. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay—thank you!

    Please check in during daylight hours.

    Difficult to reach from the main road, wandering around near Minamisuna 2-chome Park. The Hotel is surrounded by apartments but is stylish and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, making it enjoyable.

    Access from the station was checked in advance, so it was smooth. Being able to adjust the lighting while sleeping made it almost perfect. I would consider using it again.

    It is not possible to select air conditioning options.

    This is my second stay. I am satisfied with the price, but regarding the air conditioning in the Room, even though it has become quite cool outside, it can still feel humid after a bath or inside the Room. Since the cooling and heating functions are unified into one system, and due to the low temperature this time, I was unable to switch to cooling mode. Additionally, as it was raining, I couldn't open the Room windows. This created an uncomfortable situation both when applying makeup and after taking a bath. Even if it's cool outside, sometimes it gets humid inside the Room. It would be great if guests could choose between cooling and heating modes in their Rooms. Although there is a full-length mirror available, having a small mirror on the desk would also be convenient.

    Best value for money in Tokyo!

    In Tokyo, where it's rare to find a hotel for under 10,000 yen, this accommodation offers exceptional value for money. The amenities were well-equipped, and it was very convenient for a work-related stay. Although the location was a bit hard to find and the pillow didn't suit me (it would be nice if there were options), considering the price of under 10,000 yen, it might be asking too much. If you're traveling on Tokyo Metro after checkout during the morning rush hour, it could get quite crowded; however, with proper scheduling and planning based on your purpose of stay, this is a highly practical hotel. Next time, I’d like to try staying with breakfast included.

    Located in a quiet residential area, the spacious entrance hall provides a relaxing atmosphere. A water server is also available. It’s a wonderful Hotel where you can get a good night's sleep. It would be great if the coffee quality could be improved slightly!

    The cleaning staff's greetings are excellent.

    The accommodation is relatively new, and the facilities are modern yet more affordable compared to other accommodations, so I always choose to stay here. It is clean, and the amenities provided are sufficient without any excess or shortage. I particularly like that the room wear is separate pieces. This time, during check-out, a staff member cleaning another room greeted me warmly, which made me very happy. I will definitely use this accommodation again!

    I found it to be a great value.

    The accommodation features an exterior resembling a luxury apartment in a residential area. While it requires a short walk from Minami-Sunamachi, the distance is manageable unless it's pouring rain. The facility also includes conference rooms, and on the same day, many attendees of a meeting held within the hotel were present. The room was new and clean, and in Tokyo where hotel prices are soaring, finding rates below 10,000 yen on certain days was surprising. A shuttle service to Disneyland is also available. This could be an excellent option for those seeking affordable accommodation.

    This was my first time using this service.

    I stayed at the accommodation for an anime exhibition and sightseeing at Makuhari Messe. Although it was midsummer and I quickly became sweaty even at a hotel close to the station, there was a taxi center directly across from Exit 5 of Minami-Sunamachi Station, which made transportation comfortable. Inside the hotel, various amenities were available. There was also a coffee server next to the vending machine, eliminating the hassle of filling water into a pot after entering the room. When I accidentally left my card issued during check-in in my room and went out, they kindly reissued it upon providing my room number. The staff provided high-quality service by greeting me whenever we passed each other. Vending machines are installed on each floor, but there is also a water server available, so I never felt thirsty. The washing machine and dryer only accept 100-yen coins; however, currency exchange was conveniently available on the first floor without needing to break bills at vending machines. Meals can be enjoyed even if you do not book with breakfast included. Lunch and dinner are also available. However, during my stay, dinner service was unavailable due to group usage. Since I stayed over the weekend, I could use the free shuttle bus to Maihama Station. Even if you don’t use it on your way in, you can easily access it by showing your accommodation card when returning. The bathroom had an attached bathtub with slight difficulty in temperature adjustment but could be used without any issues overall. I had a very satisfying stay overall. Thank you very much! If given another opportunity, I would love to stay again!

    Tokyo Trip

    A very beautiful hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. It would have been nice if there was an option to set a small light when turning off the lights. The welcome drink and ice bar were great. I wish the Chikuzen-ni at breakfast had been a non-instant simmered dish. I was happy with the wide variety of salads and drinks available. The staff's response was very polite and excellent. Thank you so much. I would love to stay again if I have the chance!

    Conveniently located near the nearest station with easy access. The building is new, making it overall clean and luxurious. The single room was spacious and more than sufficient. I especially appreciated being able to use streaming services on the TV!

    Step outside the Room early in the morning. Realize outside that you accidentally left your key card in the Room. Use the intercom at the entrance to get assistance when re-entering the Hotel. Additionally, have your key card reissued at reception. You can expect reliable and proper service.

    I had a relaxing time.

    After undergoing surgery and being restricted from traveling far, I chose this highly-rated Hotel in Tokyo. I spent 5 nights and 6 days here for recovery. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it was a great Hotel. The property is new, well-cleaned, and offers free coffee. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of seating available, so there was no need to worry about finding a spot. The chair in the room was comfortable to sit on, and the desk area was spacious enough to work efficiently on tasks. Having an AEON nearby was convenient, and I enjoyed walking along the Arakawa Riverbank or exploring lively local Chinese restaurants for a change of pace during my stay. I will definitely use this Hotel again in the future. Thank you very much!

    Thank you for lending me the Hotel's umbrella when I left my luggage. It was a great help as it rained heavily until check-in time. The Room was also very clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, which made my stay extremely satisfying. I would love to stay here again when I visit Tokyo next time.
