    New and fully suitable as a Business Hotel.

    A Hotel where even women can feel comfortable. Maybe because it’s new. Free coffee, and it was incredibly delicious. I chose a short stay; it’s affordable and perfect for busy people who won’t spend much time at the Hotel. I’d like to stay again.

    Best value for money, a comfortable stay

    Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

    Staff training is disappointing.

    If you’re not staying for Disney and are here for training or another purpose, this is an average Hotel—for better or worse. At check-in, they won’t explain the Disney Shuttle Service unless you ask. They also don’t tell you that only in August the timetable differs from what’s posted online, so you may miss it. Even if you call to ask, they only say “sorry.” Since it’s free, there’s not much to be done, but overall the staff training is disappointing.

    Accommodation with a Multi-Purpose Conference Hall

    This is a clean, relatively new Accommodation as of the time of stay. It is within about a 10-minute walk from Minami-Sunamachi Station, next to an area lined with apartment buildings. The approach from the street to the entrance is thoughtfully designed, not only blocking views from the residential road but also creating an atmosphere that feels like a special time set apart from everyday life. At night in particular, the lighting reflected on the water creates a very calming space. The 2nd floor is a convention center, and accordingly the 1st-floor lobby is spacious. Looking out through the large windows at ripples on the courtyard water surface makes it easy to lose track of time. The staircase leading to the 2nd floor is naturally visible in the layout, making this an easy-to-navigate and user-friendly property. This time we stayed in a Compact Twin because standard twin rooms were fully booked. The photos on Reservation sites make it feel larger than it actually is; for two people getting ready, you may need to stagger your timing. The bathroom/vanity area has ample hot water volume and temperature control, making it very comfortable. If this is your first visit, especially at night or in rainy weather, directions from the nearest station may be a little hard to follow. By subway, it’s within about 15 minutes to Nihonbashi and about 20 minutes to Ginza—an extremely convenient location. As this Facility has been gaining popularity, booking early for weekends seems advisable.

    A clean and quiet accommodation

    The Accommodation was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Perhaps because it was Saturday, we were also able to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace.

    Koto City, Tokyo (Tokyo Metro Tozai Line)

    This is a stylish, wonderful Hotel just as shown in the photos. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful, and it seems the Hotel is also used for training. The restaurant is fully open and operating as well. Access to nearby areas such as Taito and Sumida—adjacent to Koto Ward—like Ueno and Ryogoku is convenient, and even after dinner in Nihonbashi, Marunouchi, or Ginza, getting back by subway is easy without feeling worn out. There’s an AEON supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and the neighborhood still has a traditional downtown atmosphere. Next time, I’d like to explore around Sunamachi and Ojima too. The Room was clean and comfortable.

    It was very clean, the Room was a comfortable size, and the amenities were well stocked—above all, it offered outstanding value for money. They said they would recommend it to friends and definitely stay here from now on. It was also very convenient, with direct access to Tokyo on a single line.

    I’d love to stay here again!

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a couple. The Room was very spacious, with plenty of space even when we both opened our suitcases at the same time. There were also two sofas, so we could relax comfortably. When we asked the front desk staff how to get to the theme park, they kindly explained everything and we were able to arrive without any trouble. Thank you very much despite how busy you were. Housekeeping was thorough, and every day when we returned to the Hotel, the Room was spotless and clean, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

    It was clean and well-maintained.

    Check-in and check-out were quick, probably because I used Online Credit Card Payment. I was able to stay at a great rate. It was comfortable. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I visit Tokyo.

    The Room was clean, and it was conveniently located near an AEON mall and convenience stores. While sleeping, the ticking sound of the clock was a little noticeable.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I always stay here. The exterior is lovely, and the Room is simple and clean. The staff are courteous, and this Hotel is recommended even for solo stays.

    No Meals Included plan.

    Stayed overnight after Masaharu Fukuyama’s concert. The next day, I went to the Stationery Girls Expo. Check-in was after 8:00 PM, but luckily I was able to use the on-site parking. It was a quiet environment and I was satisfied. I would like to stay again.

    Perhaps because it’s a bit away from the city center, I was able to stay at a good value. That said, you can reach Minami-Sunamachi Station in about 20 minutes from central Tokyo. It’s about a 10-minute walk from there, though… There was construction around the station and Google Maps suggested quite a long detour. Since it was late at night, it felt a little unsettling, but if you exit Minami-Sunamachi Station via Exit 3 and cut across the nearby park, I think you can take a slightly shorter route. The area around the Hotel is mainly apartments and residential houses, so there are no convenience stores nearby. If you need any food or drinks, I recommend buying them at a convenience store near the station right after getting off the train. The Room was 16 m², so it’s spacious enough if you’re just sleeping alone.

    It was a very comfortable place to stay.

    The Hotel is close to the station (the route goes through a residential area, so it’s not the easiest to follow, but the directions are clear and easy to understand). It was clean and comfortable. You can take only the amenities you need, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath. There are no convenience stores nearby, but there is a large AEON within walking distance with a well-equipped food court, so you can get by comfortably even without meals included. I stayed with my teenage daughter and never felt unsafe.

    Affordable and highly satisfying

    This was my second stay since I first found it last March. You can keep costs down, yet it’s not too far from the station, and you can reach Tokyo in just 20 minutes—great access. Above all, what matters most to me—the cleanliness of the rooms and the thorough housekeeping—was outstanding. To say it again, with its great location and spotless rooms, I think it’s an excellent Hotel. I honestly can’t find anything to complain about—it’s a top-notch Hotel. It’s so good I almost want to keep it a secret.

    You can stay comfortably here with easy access to the city center.

    I usually stay at Hotels in the city center, but this time it overlapped with events for popular groups like BTS, so I stayed here for the first time. It wasn’t too far from the station, and since it was quiet and new, I was able to stay comfortably. However, because I arrived early at check-in, I asked if I could enter my Room yet, and they told me 3:00 PM. I went out to kill time and asked again 30 minutes before that, but they still said 3:00 PM… At other Hotels I’ve stayed at, they let me in about 30 minutes early as soon as the Room was ready… so I waited thinking, “So there are Hotels like this,” but they really wouldn’t even guide me until it was exactly 3:00 PM (laugh). As expected, the check-in machines got crowded. If that’s the case, it would be smarter to start letting guests in a little earlier. This point alone left a bad impression. Since not all Rooms finish cleaning at once—and there are many Rooms—I wish they would allow guests into Rooms as soon as cleaning is completed. It’s a shame; without that issue, my impression would have been good.

    Comfort and Peace of Mind

    This was my second stay. Since I already knew how comfortable it was from my previous visit, I could stay with peace of mind. I checked out early in the morning (more like before dawn), so the automated checkout using the key card was convenient and hassle-free. It was also very easy to use. Even so, the quality is high for this price, which feels like a great deal. Other Hotels I’ve used before in Kameido were average at best in terms of comfort, yet cost nearly twice as much as this one.

    Great value Hotel

    Stayed on Friday night before sightseeing in Tokyo. Compared with Hotels in tourist areas, both the surroundings and the Hotel itself are quiet. The Room was clean and more spacious than expected, so I could relax. The breakfast buffet isn’t flashy, but it’s more than satisfying. Considering the value for money, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Almost too perfect.

    The staff have a great attitude. The Room is clean and has no unpleasant odors. I didn’t notice any noise coming through the walls. The amenities are very well stocked. There are plenty of power outlets. I don’t often find a Hotel that is this satisfying.

    A Hotel with Everything You Want

    This has become my favorite Hotel. It had everything I wished for. - The pajamas are a separate top-and-bottom set, which was great. - The Plan with ReFa amenities is stylish and well chosen. - Late check-out at 12:00 allowed me to relax. - You can watch YouTube on the TV. - There’s an AEON nearby and the SUNAMO shopping mall, so finding food is easy. - It’s not right by the station, but it’s in a quiet residential area (the neighborhood feels very safe). - There are plenty of amenities on the first floor, which was reassuring. - There’s an ice machine and a water dispenser on the floor—I wish I had brought a reusable bottle. (Large paper cups are provided.) - I didn’t use the coin laundry, but when I checked it out there was a women-only laundry area with a lock, which felt secure. - There’s a coffee machine on the first floor, and the coffee was delicious. - A welcome drink was set out in front of reception at check-in time. I definitely want to stay here again!

    Satisfied.

    It was a new Hotel and very clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but considering the Accommodation rate, I can’t complain. Breakfast was also satisfying for the price.

    It’s hard to find the way from the nearest station.

    Although it looks close on the map in a straight line, it was hard to find the way from the nearest station, Minami-Sunamachi, at night. Google Maps navigation took me on a big detour. I later realized there is a shortcut through small streets, but I would have appreciated directions. The price was reasonable and the Room was clean and comfortable, so I would stay again once I understand how to get there.

    - For first-time guests using public transportation, the location is extremely hard to find. Rather than relying solely on online map guidance, I wish the Accommodation would provide a clearer hand-drawn map or similar directions. - If this is your first stay, I strongly recommend checking in while it is still daylight. - After getting lost for a long time while carrying luggage, the curt attitude at the front desk during check-in made me feel irritated and (perhaps impulsively) think I would never stay here again. - Because heating and cooling are centrally controlled, it is difficult to adjust the temperature in each Room; it can end up being too hot or too cold. Depending on whether your assigned Room faces south or north, temperature control may be even more difficult. - On the day I stayed when building-wide heating was on, it was hot even after turning off the air conditioning; during my late-February stay when temperatures rose unexpectedly, I even slept with the window open all night. - There is a notice posted inside the elevator showing that day’s central HVAC settings, but I personally question whether guests actually understand it and whether it is an appropriate way to communicate such information. - With accommodation prices rising these days, if you prioritize cost and don’t nitpick too much, it feels like a sufficient environment—think of it as staying at a clean, upscale dormitory-style lodging.

    I was able to rest well in a quiet setting that didn’t feel like being in central Tokyo.

    I stayed here during a trip to Tokyo, and what impressed me most was how quiet the area was—hard to believe for a Hotel in central Tokyo. I arrived quite tired from traveling, but I was able to rest properly and felt that my sleep quality improved significantly. The room was spacious and very clean, with no sense of being cramped, so it was truly comfortable. The bed was also generously sized, and my body felt much better even after being out for long hours. The air conditioning worked well with no unpleasant odors, and I appreciated that it could be adjusted in detail. The bathroom was clean with a roomy bathtub; for a Business Hotel, it felt a step above. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but that helps keep the surroundings quiet—and I see that as a major plus. This is an excellent choice for anyone who doesn’t like the noise of busy nightlife areas and wants to get proper rest while in Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

    I think the Facility...

    I think the Facility is a newer building, so the Room was very clean. Having plenty of free power outlets was extremely helpful. What was disappointing was that since it was a bit warm on the day of my stay, I wanted to adjust the Room temperature, but I couldn’t because of the building-wide air conditioning system. Also, the in-room phone only connects to the front desk. My smartphone broke and I needed to make a call, but I couldn’t do so from the Room, so I had to go to a nearby shopping mall to use a public phone. However, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful—for example, they looked up where the public phones were and explained it carefully. The local area map they gave me was very useful and helped in many ways. Given the size of the Room, I would have been happy if the TV were a bit larger. Still, it’s an Accommodation I would like to use again.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. When I asked on the morning of my stay (before check-in) whether they could store my luggage, they kindly did so. The check-in process was very courteous, which made me feel at ease. I also informed them at check-in that I would use the free shuttle bus to Maihama the next morning and received a numbered ticket. Later, when I requested a change of time, they accommodated me without showing any displeasure. The Hotel room was clean, and I didn’t notice any noise from other rooms at all. The hair dryer was a ReFa product, and it actually made me wonder whether the sound might carry outside. I had a truly comfortable stay until check-out. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Few distractions

    The area around Minami-Sunamachi Station is currently undergoing major construction, so it is not very lively, and the surroundings of the Hotel are very quiet—making it easy to focus on work or studying. The Room and bathroom are also more spacious than typical APA hotels in Tokyo, which is a nice plus. With automated check-in and check-out, there is almost no need to interact with staff.
