    Delicious breakfast

    I chose this Hotel after reading a Review about the delicious breakfast, and it truly exceeded expectations with its quality, going beyond the typical Business Hotel standard. The woman guiding us at the restaurant was very pleasant, making for a wonderful start to the day.

    Delicious breakfast

    The Room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious, especially the local specialties such as Kuzumaki Highland yogurt & milk, Morioka's three famous noodles, and Hittsumi soup.

    As expected

    Conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The Room on the 8th floor with a station view was an excellent choice. The highly-rated breakfast was also delicious.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Located in front of the station with an underground passage leading right to the entrance, making it convenient even on rainy days without needing an umbrella. The convenience store on the first floor is also handy. It was a women-only Refa Room. There is an exclusive lounge for guests where you can enjoy tea while watching the Shinkansen trains pass by. Cups are provided so you can take tea or coffee back to your room.

    See you next time!

    The Hotel is visible from the Shinkansen window and easy to find from Morioka Station. The front desk staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. The pajamas were soft to the touch, and amenities were sufficient. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of dining options nearby. It was my first time in Morioka, but I had a pleasant and worry-free stay.

    New and clean Business Hotel

    A Business Hotel in front of Morioka Station. Thoughtful amenities include face packs. The staff is very accommodating, and the Room is clean and beautifully maintained. With a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, shopping is very convenient. Surprising value for this price! I would love to stay again.

    Satisfied.

    I was looking for a hotel with separate bath and toilet as I was staying with a small child. After staying, I found it very clean and felt safe using it. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I noticed quite a few families with children. It would be nice if there were larger trash bins for diapers.

    Comfortable and convenient

    The first floor of the hotel is a 24-hour convenience store, making it incredibly convenient to grab water, snacks, alcohol, or treats in your room wear. The rooms are equipped with new facilities, thoroughly cleaned and spotless. The TV supports mirroring, so you can enjoy YouTube as much as you like. Located just a 1-minute walk from Morioka Station, it's convenient both upon arrival by Shinkansen and when departing. Although it may seem far from the city center at first glance, the compact town allows you to reach anywhere within less than a 10-minute walk without any stress. The front desk service is excellent and attentive to every detail, reflecting their high level of training. Despite being reasonably priced, the comfort here is exceptional—this might be the best choice in Morioka!

    The staff's manners are excellent, making it a great Hotel.

    The Room was very clean, the staff were all very accommodating, and they kindly fulfilled our request for a high floor. It is a very good Hotel. I will definitely use it again. The free lounge on the second floor was also very helpful.

    Convenient

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the first floor. The customer service was pleasant and welcoming. As for breakfast, while some dishes like overly salty items or reheated beef stew were disappointing, the live kitchen where fish was grilled on-site was excellent. Would consider staying again if given the opportunity.

    Prime location in front of the station

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The location is excellent, with Morioka Station, the bus terminal, and car rental companies all within a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to explore the city using the Hotel as a base. The staff were calm and provided courteous service. I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast featuring local cuisine at a single-person seating area. The room was clean with modern decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. I would love to stay here again.

    Kuzumaki Highland Milk is the best!

    Conveniently located near the station, directly connected to a convenience store, and surrounded by restaurants. The welcome drink corner offers not only coffee but also apple juice, which is a nice touch. The Room was spacious and clean, with a corner layout featuring two windows for an open and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom includes a large bathtub with a washing area and is completely separate from the toilet, ensuring no stress even for twin use. While the breakfast buffet features excellent Kuzumaki Highland Milk, the variety of dishes was limited and did not quite match its price point.

    It was comfortable!

    The Hotel and Room were both very clean and pleasant! The bed was spacious, made by Simmons, and everything from the bedding to the pillows and room wear was comfortable, making for a very enjoyable stay. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. I also think it offers great value for money!

    Clean and comfortable

    Close to the station, the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The window facing the station is quite small, but it does not affect the comfort of your stay. The bathroom was large, and the toilet was located away from the bed, ensuring privacy for companions.

    There was quite a bit of noise, either from the upper floor or the next room, until almost midnight. I couldn't sleep well because of the sound of drainage at night. It's a shame because the Facility was comfortable.

    A very satisfying stay and breakfast

    I used the property for my first trip to Tohoku on the first day. It is conveniently located right in front of Morioka Station, and there is a Lawson inside. Although it is right in front of the station, you need to go underground once as there are no crossings at ground level from the station. It has an automatic check-in system, but the staff are kind and provide support. The room had enough space to open a large suitcase, and both the bath and toilet were separate, allowing for a stress-free stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with freshly squeezed milk that was very delicious. Egg dishes, grilled fish, and three types of noodles were prepared right in front of you. It was a very satisfying breakfast. If I have another opportunity to visit Morioka (Morioka), I would definitely like to make a reservation here without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay.

    The front desk staff were very pleasant.

    I was concerned about the unit bath, but there was a well-secured place to put a porch, making it comfortable. The front desk had a wide range of amenities, allowing me to relax in the bath and enjoy a face pack. Since it's new, I was able to use the laundry comfortably. It was also very helpful to be able to go to the convenience store without wearing a coat! The only downside for me, who is sensitive to cold, was that the Room didn't warm up easily, possibly because the windows are large down to the bottom, but the Room was spacious and very comfortable, so I would definitely like to stay again when visiting Morioka. I'm also considering choosing Richmond in other cities.

    The Room was clean, the front desk service was courteous, and the meals were good. They accommodated a late check-out, allowing us to relax. I will stay again when I visit Morioka. Thank you very much.

    The Room and the facility were very clean with a calm atmosphere, allowing for a relaxing stay! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the seating was comfortable. I would love to use this place again next time!

    The breakfast, where you can enjoy Iwate's specialties all at once, was wonderful.

    I was delighted to enjoy breakfast featuring Iwate specialties, including cold noodles and Jajangmyeon that I wanted to try in the authentic style, seafood rice bowl in a jar, and Hittsumi soup. It was nice that the lounge offered free drinks. After checking out, I was grateful that they could store my large luggage. Although it is conveniently located in front of the station, the Hotel name was not very prominent compared to the surrounding hotels, so I had to search for it initially.

    Near Morioka Station

    It was as convenient as ever, being close to Morioka Station and having a convenience store attached. It's also great that it's near the main street with the downtown area. I would like to use it again if I have business in Morioka. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast menu, especially salads and sweets.

    A new Hotel opened 4 years ago, breakfast is full of local features.

    Since the Hotel opened in December 2020, the Facility is generally new. The location is convenient, right in front of the station and directly connected to a convenience store. Breakfast features unique offerings using local ingredients, and the taste of "Kuzumaki Kogen Bokujo" milk is particularly impressive. When you open the bottle cap, pure fresh cream is attached to the top of the bottle, which, according to the company's website, is "evidence of milk that does not break the natural fat globules of raw milk." The guest room Facility is also adequate, with a wide, long desk, a TV positioned opposite the bed (allowing you to watch TV while lying on the bed), and a remote control for lighting. The pajamas are of the separate type. Additionally, the TV has a mirroring function. From the window, you can overlook the station front and the bus rotary. The hanger space is of an open type, which does not require opening and closing doors, which I personally prefer. If I were to point out a drawback of this Hotel, it would be that while it is close to the station, it feels somewhat distant from tourist attractions and downtown areas (although it is not impossible to walk there).

    I want a water dispenser.

    Compared to when I stayed right after it opened, various aspects have improved, and I had a very comfortable stay. When it first opened, I was shown to a Room that was being cleaned, given non-functional cards multiple times, and the operations were quite frustrating, but there were no such unstable operations this time. However, some points that concerned me were a few strands of hair in the bathtub (they were right in the middle, so I don't understand how they were missed), and although I wanted to sleep in until checkout time, the cleaning noise was quite loud and startled me several times, making it hard to relax. I wish it could be done a bit more quietly. Also, there was a man at the front desk with long, messy hair, and honestly, it felt very unhygienic, not as a matter of personal style. On a positive note, the Room lighting was bright, and the interior had a cheerful atmosphere, which lifted my spirits. The futon was very fluffy, and the bed was comfortable, as if a futon dryer was frequently used. I appreciated being able to take drinks from the lounge to the Room, but I felt it would be more convenient if there was a water server where I could fill a water bottle.

    Very cost-effective

    The breakfast is delicious, the Room is clean, and although the bath is a bit small, it is easy to use. The staff at the front desk kindly took care of our luggage and were very helpful. I think it is a Hotel with excellent cost performance.

    It was very good.

    We used it for a couple's trip. The Room was clean, and having the toilet and bath separate was very nice and allowed us to relax. It was also close to the station, making it easy to plan our trip.

    Excellent as a Business Hotel

    I used this Hotel for a business trip to Morioka. It was my first time in Morioka, so I chose it simply for its location in front of Morioka Station. Upon arrival, I found the Facility to be new, and the staff were friendly and kind, making my stay truly wonderful. I am grateful for their hospitality. Although there was no large public bath, which is popular these days, there was a lounge available for use by anyone during the day, and there was also a Wifi environment, making it particularly suitable for business use. Additionally, the direct connection to the convenience store on the first floor was very convenient! The breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. In conclusion, as a Business Hotel, I believe it is extremely excellent. I have another business trip planned to Morioka next year, and I would definitely like to visit again at that time. Thank you for your continued hospitality.
