  It was simple and good.

  I used it for sightseeing in Tokyo. It was easy to get to various places. The building is simple, but I had no complaints and was able to relax, especially with the large public bath. Being close to COREDO Muromachi, I had no trouble finding shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.

  The service at the restaurant "Toki no Kane" was disappointing.

  I stayed for one night from October 4th to 5th. The plan included dinner on October 4th and breakfast on October 5th. I was very satisfied with the polite service and delicious food, including fried horse mackerel, at dinner on October 4th. The next day, on October 5th, at breakfast, a man around 60 years old (let's call him Mr. A) checked my name at the restaurant entrance and guided me to my seat. Shortly after I sat down, a Western-style breakfast was brought to me. When I said that I hadn't ordered a Western-style breakfast, the woman who brought it looked puzzled and took it back. Mr. A came immediately and said in a strong tone, "You ordered a Western-style breakfast, right?" When I said, "I didn't order it," he then checked the list (wouldn't you normally check whether it's Western or Japanese before asking?) and found out it was supposed to be Japanese. He apologized briefly and left. Then, he started making excuses to the staff nearby. I could hear everything from outside. I hope they provide training on customer service manners. I wasn't the only one; other diners might have been uncomfortable too. It was disappointing, especially since the previous day was so good. The room was well-cleaned ◯ The temperature of the hot spring and the showerhead ◯ The food ◯ It's a hotel I want to stay at again. I hope to have a pleasant stay next time.
