    Very close and conve...

    Very close and convenient from Shin-Nihombashi Station. A Hotel with a Japanese taste, and I was looking forward to the Japanese breakfast. The portion was just right, the miso soup with plenty of ingredients and rich dashi flavor was very delicious, and the Yamamotoyama seaweed was exciting. Despite being in the city center, the Room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and above all, it was quiet and peaceful as no noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. Just one thing: the shower head holder didn’t move well. Being petite, I could barely reach it, and since it couldn’t move up, down, left, or right, the water aimed at the door, making it hard to shower without adjusting my body position. That part was a bit disappointing. I could hold it with one hand, but I wanted to use both hands freely. Maybe I was using it wrong. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay here again.

    Bath Etiquette and Cleaning

    I always choose a Hotel with a large public bath when staying in Tokyo. However, it seems increasingly difficult to relax and unwind in the bath as I used to. I believe this is due to a lack of awareness about bathing etiquette in Japan, but perhaps Hotels are also not providing sufficient guidance or reminders on this matter. This time, I encountered guests bringing bath towels into the bathroom and talking loudly throughout their bath. Another guest who used the hairdryer before me left an excessive amount of hair behind, making it impossible to place my feet properly; I had no choice but to clean up myself. Nowadays, with baths becoming more globalized, it seems that around 80% of users are international guests. To ensure they can truly enjoy Japanese baths, spreading awareness about proper etiquette is essential. Incidentally, at the Hotel where I stayed the night before in Tokyo, I noticed that cleaning staff seemed overwhelmed or disheartened by their inability to keep up with cleaning tasks. It feels like this issue is common everywhere. It would be beneficial for everyone involved to discuss and implement measures promptly. I sincerely request your attention on this matter. I will also send similar feedback to the Hotel where I stayed previously.

    I would like to use it again.

    Convenient access, quiet and relaxing atmosphere within the Hotel. The large public bath was very soothing. Breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed lunch and dinner here. I would definitely like to stay again!

    Front Desk Service

    The front desk service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast, but it would be better if there were more guidance for refills and such with a bit more ease. Regarding the Room, it might make cleaning more challenging, but having a dustbin and tissues in the washroom would be appreciated.

    Delighted with the dinner and customer service.

    Choosing the 5th Anniversary Plan with a Japanese-Western fusion meal was an excellent decision. I was amazed that such delicious meals were offered for solo travelers at such an affordable price. The hotel features a restaurant called "Toki no Kane," where you can truly feel the pride and care of the chef in every dish. For solo travelers, dinner arrangements can often be challenging, but here, after refreshing in the large public bath on a hot summer day, enjoying dinner felt as luxurious as staying at a traditional Ryokan in Japan. My luggage was even delivered to my room—a rare and thoughtful service these days—and the staff's hospitality was impeccable. I would absolutely choose this hotel again for solo travel. Its location near Nihonbashi is convenient, with Mitsukoshi Main Store within walking distance, which is delightful. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered a hotel that satisfied me in every way. Thank you for your wonderful service!

    Beyond expectations

    This was my first time staying at this accommodation for a business trip, and it truly lived up to the high reviews. The highlight was the dinner course, with its delicate seasoning and delicious dishes. Although I didn’t drink alcohol during the meal, I heard they adjust the flavors for non-drinkers, which I found impressive. For breakfast, I chose a simple Japanese-style meal without unnecessary elements—it was so tasty that I felt like I could eat it every day. The large public bath had clean changing rooms and perfectly tempered water that helped me relax after a long day. The guest room was spotless and allowed me to stay comfortably with peace of mind. The front desk staff were kind and made check-in smooth despite it being my first visit. This is definitely an accommodation I'd love to stay at again!

    The changing room in...

    The changing room in the large public bath is a bit small, which is unfortunate. However, the bath itself is reasonably spacious and comfortable—suitable for up to 5 people. The nearest station, Shin-Nihombashi Station, has platforms located quite deep underground. It can be inconvenient if you have large luggage as the stairs are challenging. Using another station might be a better option.

    A Rare Gem: A Classic and Charming Hotel!

    I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo and was impressed by the excellent service. While many accommodations hire foreign staff, this hotel employed Japanese staff at the front desk and restaurant, which gave a sense of traditional hospitality. The food at the adjacent restaurant was also delicious! It had a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy for solo guests to enjoy their time, and I’d love to visit again. The bathroom featured amenities like a Refa hair dryer and high-quality showerheads, making the stay even more enjoyable.

    It doesn't feel like Tokyo.

    This was my second stay, and once again, I was able to enjoy a quiet time away from the outside noise. The front desk provided courteous service, and the Room was well-maintained and clean. Breakfast included a flavorful miso soup with plenty of ingredients and perfectly seasoned grilled fish, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

    Accommodation costs in Tokyo have become quite high, making it difficult to stay easily. However, I had some errands and chose this place because of its good reviews, and it was excellent!     This is my second stay at this accommodation. The atmosphere of the newly renovated space feels fresh and clean, yet it still retains the charm of its original ryokan days, which is quite intriguing. The calm demeanor of the front desk staff and others may enhance this unique feeling even more. While there are many inbound guests staying here, most seem to be well-mannered and refined, which might also contribute to this impression. At checkout, while sitting in the front lobby holding a "Usagiya" paper bag, I had a conversation with a woman seated next to me about Usagiya and developments in Nihonbashi. It truly felt like an unforgettable encounter unique to a ryokan experience.

    The best property No.1 that I really don't want to tell you about

    With dinner and breakfast included, a triple room for less than 10,000 yen per person is an incredible deal at this Property. It's close to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and you can also visit the Seven Lucky Gods shrines, making it a great location. The staff at the Hotel are exceptionally kind. All employees provide first-class service. Even though I usually don't drink miso soup, it was so delicious that I finished it all and secretly asked how they made it; they kindly shared the recipe with me. The Mirable mist shower in the bath feels wonderful. Entering between 4 PM and 5 PM means there aren't many people around—this is information I'd actually like to keep secret! Haha. This Property is always excellent no matter when you visit. Thank you very much. I'll definitely stop by again when I visit Nihonbashi (Nihonbashi).

    Excellent!

    The stay was incredibly comfortable. Since it was a two-day stay, I had Japanese breakfast on the first day and Western breakfast on the second day, both of which were delicious. It was quiet, the space was warm, and it was very cozy. When I asked the cleaning staff for new towels, they prepared them with a smile. In every situation and with everyone I encountered, the atmosphere was pleasant, and as I left the property at the end of my stay, I naturally said, "I'll come again." Yes, "I'll go again," haha.

    It was good, but...

    Overall, it was good, but there was hair in the refrigerator, which was unpleasant and made it unusable. I think the rest of the cleaning was thorough, but I wish more attention had been paid to the details and consideration. The refrigerator was the only disappointment.

    The best hospitality Stays

    It was so good that this is my second time. When I visited for my mother's birthday, I was first greeted with a cake-shaped towel in the room, and there was a message written, which moved me. I was also impressed by the rose tomato and the congratulatory message written for dinner. There's no other hospitality like this Property. The large public bath is Mirable, and the room was 1009, so I wonder if they made it the "thank you" room for us? My mother was also very pleased, and both dinner and breakfast were so delicious that I highly recommend the plan with dinner and breakfast, but honestly, this is the number one Property I don't want to tell anyone about. I'll be visiting again in February. Thank you in advance.

    I was satisfied.

    The cleaning was thorough, including the Room, making for a very comfortable stay. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand. Even on days when we opted out of Room cleaning, towels were sufficiently replenished, which was appreciated. The staff we passed in the hallway and the receptionists were all polite and pleasant. This is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    I stayed at the property to attend a concert, so the room was a bit small, but it was sufficient just for sleeping. The front desk staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious, so it was all good! Having a large public bath is appreciated.

    I used this service ...

    I used this service for the first time. I stayed the night before to participate in an event that gathered at Tokyo Station early in the morning. It was No Meals Included, but I had a very pleasant stay. The bath and the Room were clean and I was able to relax, and the staff all responded with smiles and courtesy. I felt healed. One regret is that I couldn't have the popular breakfast. Next time, I would like to use it with breakfast included. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The service was good, but...

    The service was very polite. I left my luggage before check-in, and they kindly delivered it to the Room in advance, which was helpful. However, there were two disappointing points. One was that there was red mold in the corners of the Room's shower room, and it was not thoroughly cleaned. The other was that the bath towel had a dark stain and hair that was not mine. Since I took a shower late at night, I didn't request a replacement and used a small towel instead. The Facility is new, and the good service made the disappointment even more pronounced.

    I used it for the first time because it has a large public bath and is conveniently located. I had lunch and dinner, and they were very delicious. It would have been better if the large public bath was a bit more spacious. The temperature of the bath was just right for me, but my husband preferred it a bit hotter. You can walk to the city center, and transportation access is convenient.

    The building is new, and the facilities are generally clean at this hotel. Despite its location in Nihonbashi, it has a large public bath, which was comfortable. The room is also spacious. The best part about this hotel was that the tap water was very delicious. It seems that they have partnered with a company to purify the water in all rooms. Thanks to this, I didn't have to buy bottled water. I definitely want to use it when going towards Tokyo Station.

    In a word, "It's a good hotel." The large public bath is clean, and it solves the common issues of slipper handling and locker security in the changing room. It was really clean. In terms of cost, I feel the pricing is reasonable without jumping on the recent price hike trend. Is it the spirit of an Edokko? The breakfast was delicious for the price, so next time I would definitely like to try the dinner (evening drink). The traditional taste of "Ninben"? If I had to say, the pillow didn't quite suit me. It's the usual neither good nor bad, but since many hotels have been focusing on pillows recently, if they had something differentiated, an old man like me would definitely be pleased. The hotel I used to stay at regularly in Yaesu raised its prices by about 150%, making the quality and price unbalanced, so this time I moved one station to Kanda for the first time, but from next time I will stay at "Hotel Kazusaya"! The staff were also natural and made my stay comfortable.

    It is calming.

    I stayed at Hotel Kazusaya for the first time this time. I walked from Yurakucho, passing through Tokyo Station and enjoying the hustle and bustle of Nihonbashi before arriving. First, I was surprised by the Mirable head shower in the large public bath. For breakfast, I chose the popular Japanese set meal this time, and enjoyed the healthy vegetable-filled miso soup and fluffy grilled fish, with the option to have seconds of rice and miso soup. Nearby, there was COREDO Muromachi, where I enjoyed various activities. Then, in the changing room, I happened to have a conversation with another guest (perhaps a bonus of the trip), and it felt like I learned a lot about life, making it a heartwarming journey. Kazusaya is not cluttered and provides a sense of satisfaction, and I would like to repeat my stay.
