    The location was great.

    It’s close to Omiya Station, and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat isn’t a problem. The parking lot is also adjacent, which is convenient. The female staff member who guided us at check-in was very kind. Both the Room and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. I think it offers good value for money. In the morning, you can’t take coffee to go. It seems available at night, but if I could make a request, I’d like it in the morning as well.

    Miscellaneous Thoughts

    The distance from the station, the Hotel Facility, and the Room—everything was satisfying. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was excellent. I was truly impressed for the first time in a while.

    The air conditioner seemed moldy and smelled bad, so I couldn’t sleep. Other than that, the place was clean and very comfortable.

    Perfect for family trips with kids!

    We stayed in a twin Room as a family of three. We have an 18-month-old child, and since the Room is one where you take off your shoes, it was very comfortable for us. They also lend toys, and provide children’s toothbrushes and pajamas. There are also adult amenities such as toner and lotion, so you can stay with minimal luggage. We called in advance and they moved the beds against the wall and pushed the twin beds together, so we could sleep without worrying about our child falling off—very reassuring. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and they also had paper bibs for kids, high chairs, and tableware, which was great. However, because the chair height is a bit low compared to the table, it seems difficult for small children to eat by themselves using cutlery. In the large public bath, the women’s bath had ReFa shower heads installed; it was stylish and we could bathe comfortably. We didn’t use them, but we appreciated that children’s shampoo and other items were also available. We would like to stay here again when visiting Omiya! Thank you very much.

    The bed is too short.

    It’s a bit of a walk from the station. The Hotel is clean and well maintained with no issues, but unbelievably the bed is short. I’m not particularly tall (173 cm), but my feet hang off. Maybe the positioning of the headboard and mattress is off, but I couldn’t sleep well. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. There are many Chinese tourists here and it’s noisy. They leave their Room doors open while watching TV at high volume, and large groups talk loudly in the hallway. I don’t think this place is suitable for those who want a quiet stay.

    The property was cle...

    The property was clean throughout, and since the guest rooms are designed for guests to remove their shoes, we felt comfortable staying with a small child. The bathroom in particular was meticulously cleaned down to the smallest details, making it very pleasant to use. Check-in via the machine was smooth, which helped us settle in without any stress after arrival. We also really appreciated that diapers were available as amenities—this was especially helpful when traveling with a child. Breakfast featured local ingredients, and even the desserts were delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with thoughtful attention to detail.

    Recommended for stays in Omiya.

    This was my fourth stay. Above all, the breakfast is very delicious. The condiments and side dishes also feel fresh, and I think this is a very well-run Hotel. The younger staff are also polite and kind. The Room is clean as well. This is a Hotel I can recommend.

    Child-friendly

    We stayed with a toddler and had no inconveniences during our stay. The large public bath was relaxing, and the luggage storage locker room was very convenient. We look forward to staying again if we have the chance.

    The most impressive ...

    The most impressive aspect was the brightness and cleanliness, with every area being impeccably maintained. I am extremely satisfied. The reception staff's hospitality, the cheerful and refreshing attitude of other staff members, the delicious meals, and the abundance of amenities were all outstanding. I truly believe this is a wonderful Hotel. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    Excellent!

    3-minute walk from Omiya Station. Takashimaya, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart are nearby. All necessary sanitary items are provided. Disposable slippers are available upon request. The bedding, including the mattress and pillows, is comfortable—Simmons brand as confirmed by staff. While the building and interior are not new, everything is well-organized and clean. When I mentioned being bothered by the scent of deodorizing spray, the front desk promptly responded and showed me several other rooms before kindly allowing a room change. The location and facilities are excellent, but what stands out most is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was cheerful, kind, courteous, and attentive to details in a way that left a lasting impression. I never expected to feel so warmly welcomed during my stay at a hotel—it was truly an excellent experience!

    Close to the station

    Just a few minutes' walk from Omiya Station, the location is easy to find and very accessible. There is a convenience store right in front, which is very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the double bed. However, the air conditioning was not very effective, and the room tended to get dry, though I suppose that's unavoidable. It's a clean Hotel near the station, so I would like to stay here again when visiting Omiya. Thank you!

    Room satisfaction, large public bath...

    The hallway had a stylish atmosphere that didn’t feel like a Business Hotel. The Room was clean and tidy, and despite being close to the station, it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was spacious and clean; however, for some reason, the shower temperature was extremely low—almost cold water rather than lukewarm—and adjusting the temperature didn’t help. It was so cold that it made using the shower difficult. Others around me also mentioned this issue during use. Is it a malfunction? If that is the normal temperature setting, it seems highly unusual.

    That's unfortunate.

    At check-in, I was not informed about how to use the women's public bath (which caused inconvenience for my family), and at check-out, when I handed the card key to the woman with glasses, she simply said "That's all" with a straight face (her voice was so quiet that I almost didn't catch it). I think it would be better to place a card key collection box somewhere for guests to use during check-out. It would be more convenient for both parties. In a Business Hotel, the only opportunities for communication between guests and staff are usually during check-in and check-out. If even those interactions are not handled properly, I feel there is something wrong with this hotel. Thank you for your service.

    Confirmation of the number of meal vouchers that could not be improved

    This Hotel is highly favored by my parents, and we are staying here with a reservation for 2 people, 3 nights with meals included. We should receive 6 meal tickets, but every time we only get 2. When I called the front desk later, they told me to come and pick them up in the morning. However, since it was their mistake, I would prefer they bring them to us and improve this recurring issue. It seems like they assume all guests are staying for one night without checking properly and hand out only 2 tickets. Even though I once filed a complaint through customer service, the same mistake happened again during our next stay. Perhaps it's because part-time staff handle this?

    A great option when visiting the city center.

    I became a fan of Vessel Hotel in Nagoya, and this was my second stay at the Omiya location. I traveled by train. While I had some errands in Omiya, my main purpose was visiting Tokyo, so I stayed for two nights. Initially, I made a reservation through a certain international site but decided to rebook after hearing news about potential issues with reservations not being confirmed. Since it’s summer and involves sweating and lots of walking, I wanted a hotel with a large public bath where I could relax. Whether heading to Tokyo or Shinjuku, it takes about 30 minutes one way (an hour round trip). Considering these conditions and comparing hotels with public baths in central Tokyo, this hotel seemed less crowded due to its room count and bath size—and it turned out to be true! Even during busy times, there were only about six people at most in the bath area. Thanks to that, I could unwind comfortably. Plus, towels were provided right in the bathing area—a level of service above what I've experienced before. I debated whether or not to include breakfast this time. During my previous stay here, I did have breakfast and remembered how delicious it was. However, since there were other foods outside that caught my interest this time around—and knowing I'd likely overeat if breakfast was included—I decided against it. The welcome drinks, ice cream (and shaved ice which I didn’t try), were very helpful! The umbrella rental service also came in handy. And having an 11:00 AM checkout time was much appreciated. If you’re considering staying within Tokyo itself—this is absolutely worth considering as an alternative! While you might hesitate due to transportation costs from here into central Tokyo—if you use the Tokunai Pass for travel within Tokyo—it’s essentially no different cost-wise than staying directly inside the city center itself; just add ¥230 one way for your commute here instead! There are plenty of dinner options nearby too—many reasonably priced restaurants available! I’ll definitely be back again someday—thank you very much!

    Wired LAN available with a stable connection! Perfect for Zoom.

    In the era of online meetings, many accommodations have weak internet connections, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, most places in town lack proper soundproofing for discussing confidential matters. In such circumstances, your accommodation has been incredibly helpful! Thank you so much as always! One point of feedback: the breakfast tends to be overly salty and features almost the same menu every day, which can feel a bit disappointing during long stays. However, I was initially impressed by the Saiboku brand offerings. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could introduce an 8:00-19:00 online meeting plan. Thank you for your consideration!

    Welcome back!

    This place is beautiful and very relaxing, making it extremely comfortable. This time, I chose No Meals Included, but if I can take my time in the morning, I'll opt for breakfast next time. Last time with breakfast included, there were so many options that I couldn't decide what to eat—I wanted to try everything! When I told my friend about the breakfast, they said they'd like to come just for that. I didn't notice the free ice cream until I was leaving. Although I didn't take any this time, I'll make sure to enjoy it next time!

    A Hotel with Friendly Staff

    About a 5-minute walk from JR Omiya Station. I chose an affordable Plan for solo travelers, and the Room was spacious enough and clean. However, the Room was generally dim, and adjusting the air conditioning was challenging as the airflow hit directly. Despite these minor drawbacks, the staff were incredibly kind, making it a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. At check-in, becoming a member allowed me to choose between a complimentary drink like beer or late check-out. Amenities such as toothbrushes were available on shelves near the front desk for guests to take freely. Cleansing oil was also provided, but women’s baths had lotion, milk lotion, and cleansing products available too—so no worries if you forget. There wasn’t bottled water in the Room; however, there was a water dispenser in the large public bath area where I could enjoy some after bathing. Some of the women’s shower areas featured ReFa showerheads that felt great to use. There was also an aromatic mist sauna with a pleasant scent. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and tasted excellent. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Omiya!

    Family-Friendly Travel

    We visited the Railway Museum on a trip with my child. The hotel is very close to Omiya Station, making it easy to reach even with kids. There’s a convenience store next door, which made it convenient to buy snacks and other items. The hotel was very clean and stylish. What stood out the most was the abundance of kid-friendly amenities! Toys could be brought into the room for play, and there were amenities like step stools that made me question if this was really a Business Hotel! There was also a large public bath, which we used in the evening on a weekday. It was empty, so we had it all to ourselves. However, the bathwater temperature was 41°C, which felt too hot for my child to enter—unfortunately disappointing in that regard. As mentioned in reviews, breakfast was excellent and very fulfilling; even my child who usually doesn’t eat much went back for seconds! The local specialties like miso tonkatsu were especially delicious! Since I live in Tokyo, I don’t often stay in Omiya, but this is definitely a hotel I’d love to stay at again if given another opportunity. Lastly, my child loved playing with the origami given by the front desk staff until bedtime—thank you so much!

    A Hotel Enjoyment Plan with a 2:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM check-out, featuring a ReFa hair dryer in the room. The room is clean and conveniently located right next to Takashimaya at Omiya Station East Exit! Surrounded by many restaurants, with a large public bath, it’s the perfect spot for a girls' night out. The drink bar is available from 2:00 PM, offering drinks and even ice cream. With a well-stocked amenity buffet, all you need to bring are your makeup tools. Face towels are provided in the public bath as well, which was very convenient. Personally, I found the water temperature slightly hot. Breakfast includes delicious croissants and pain au chocolat; the taiyaki was so tasty that I wished I could buy some to take home! With late check-out, it’s ideal for relaxing and chatting endlessly with friends. This Hotel Enjoyment Plan offers incredible value for money—I’d love to stay again!

    Public bath hours, Wi-Fi

    We stayed for two nights. The staff's hospitality was excellent. The large public bath (with sauna) was well-equipped, but the morning opening time of 6:00 felt late (why does the bath open at 6:00 when breakfast also starts at 6:00? It would be helpful to open earlier for guests departing early in the morning). Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection had issues (it kept disconnecting frequently).

    The interior is modern and casual with great taste, and the facilities and restaurant all exude high quality. This is a hotel I would love to stay at again. The staff's service was warm and welcoming. Depending on the room, there may not be a business hotel-style desk and chair (a café table and chair are available), so it is recommended to confirm in advance if needed.

    It was a comfortable and cute Room.

    I stayed at the accommodation during a live event at Saitama Super Arena. It is conveniently located near the station. The room was charming yet calming, with an interior design that made me wish my own home had such great taste. Breakfast included many local specialties, which was exciting, and everything tasted delicious. I would love to stay at other hotels in the REF series as well. Thanks to this accommodation, I had a comfortable trip.

    What was meant to save effort turned out otherwise.

    The room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom area is small, with a traditional layout combining the toilet, bathtub, and sink. The bathtub is quite narrow. Disposable slippers, mineral water, and drip coffee are not provided. The Japanese tea bags are powdered and of poor quality, making them unusable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options but consists of pre-prepared dishes with no live cooking stations. Guests are required to clear their own tables, giving it the feel of a cafeteria or workplace dining hall. It is clearly stated that there will be no cleaning during the stay, raising concerns about cleanliness and making Multiple Night Stays unsuitable. When attempting to store luggage, guests are instructed to secure it themselves with wire-like material and input a code on its end; however, responsibility in case of theft due to cut wires remains unclear and does not contribute effectively to efficiency improvements.
