    About the air purifier

    Thank you for your continued support. I often visit Hakata for theater performances, so I use your Room whenever it is available. I always have a pleasant stay, but I had a disappointing experience this time, so I would like to report it here. The Room is very dry, so I really appreciate having an air purifier. However, the lid of the water tank for humidification was black and dirty... I was hesitant to even touch it. I believe many people use it during this season, so I would appreciate it if you could check it daily. Thank you for your consideration.

    Good location

    It was conveniently located near Nakasu-Kawabata Station. It seemed to be frequently used by tourists from Korea and China. The Hotel was still new and the building itself was clean, but there were some concerns such as red mold on the handwashing bowl attached to the toilet and a piece of cloth hanging down under the sofa. In the large public bath, the floor of the changing room was not very clean, and the shower hose in the booth I used had black mold. The location and the fact that it is a new Hotel are great, but I felt it was unfortunate that the cleaning was not thorough.

    It is a good Hotel.

    I used this Hotel for a business trip. The hospitality and customer service were excellent, and the location is very close to Nakasu Kawabata Shopping Street, making it a very good Hotel. If I may ask for more, it would be perfect if a sauna could be added to the spacious public bath.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    Overall, I was able to spend a pleasant time at the new Hotel. However, although there was a kettle, coffee cup, and glass, it was very disappointing that there was no plate when I tried to eat the sweets I bought in the Room.

    The location is good.

    I made a reservation because IKYU had a high rating. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Even if the room's small size is unavoidable, the room, bedding, and in-room wear all had a strong odor, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The breakfast might be considered appropriate for the price, but it was disappointing. If I were to summarize simply, I would have preferred not just sweet Danish pastries but at least basic options like regular bread or baguettes. It was shocking that there was no butter or jam. Is that why they limited it to sweet bread only? The side dishes were mostly fried or greasy, leaving me with only vegetables and yogurt to eat. Perhaps due to the odor issue, the public bath also lacked a sense of cleanliness, so I went once and then used the in-room bath in the morning. The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind, and the location was convenient for going anywhere. The common areas were new and nice, but there were too many negative aspects, making it a very disappointing stay.

    Great satisfaction

    The Room was clean, and everyone at the front desk was pleasant. It was also close to the station, and there were photos of the directions online, which was helpful. There was also a coffee and water server on the first floor. I wanted to have tea in the morning, but there were no tea bags, so that is my only request.

    Very satisfied with the variety of breakfast options.

    We stayed in a Comfort Twin Room with separate bath and toilet (including breakfast) as a couple. Since it was new, it had a very clean feel, and the room layout was well thought out and easy to use. The breakfast also exceeded the level of a Business Hotel and was very satisfying. If you use this Property, I recommend staying with breakfast included.

    Convenient and quiet

    I stayed here to watch a play at Hakataza. It was very convenient as it was close to the theater and the nearest subway was right below. The surrounding environment was a business district, and the atmosphere of the guests was elegant and pleasant. I didn't use the large bath, so I definitely want to try it next time. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. The ramen and simmered chicken with burdock were delicious.

    Comfortable and stylish Business Hotel

    Good access, and the Room is simple yet comfortable, highly recommended. The coffee in the lobby is also delicious.

    The moment you enter...

    The moment you enter the Hotel, you are greeted by a pleasant fragrance. The location is excellent, and the complimentary coffee service in the first-floor elevator hall was a delightful touch. The staff at both the front desk and the breakfast venue were very pleasant in their interactions. It was a Hotel that I would like to use again.

    It was close to the ...

    It was close to the nearest station and bus stop, making it easy to move around with luggage. Also, there were many restaurants and bars nearby, so I didn't find it a problem at all that I couldn't have dinner at the Hotel. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, so I thought it would be nice if I could have dinner there as well. However, I would be even happier if there were at least some tea bags in the Room.

    The review was highly rated, so I stayed for two nights, but my impression was that it was quite ordinary. The lingering summer heat was still intense, and the room's refrigerator was not cooling at all, which was quite tough. It's good that the bath and toilet are separate, but the washbasin area is quite cramped. I think it's convenient that it's close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station.

    Very good!!!

    I stayed here upon recommendation. Since it's in Nakasu, I thought it might be noisy, but it was very quiet as it was located a bit away from the main street. There was a large public bath where I could stretch out and relax. I was told the breakfast was a must-try, so I went with high expectations (?), but it exceeded them and I was very satisfied. There was a wide variety of dishes, and above all, it was very delicious! The room was also spacious enough. I plan to stay here again if I come to Fukuoka next time!

    Convenient in Nakasu, yet quiet.

    I thought there would be a lot of foot traffic in front of Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the subway, especially with "Hakataza" right there, but since it was the weekend, it was in a quiet environment as it's located a bit off the main street. The check-in was handled by someone with a beginner's mark, but they seemed well-trained, providing clear and easy-to-understand explanations, which was great since it was my first time staying at this hotel. The elevator to the room requires a card touch and doesn't go to floors other than the guest floors, so security is tight. You also have to pass through the front desk. The room itself was spacious even for a single. I couldn't use the large public bath this time, but I definitely want to try it next time. Since it's Fukuoka, the breakfast included local specialties like "okyuto," mentaiko, and even ramen, making it a luxurious and difficult choice. The rice was also local and delicious. Many places start at 7 AM due to staff shortages, but starting at 6:30 AM is a big help for those who need to leave early. For check-out, you just need to insert the card, but I was helped by the front desk staff, which was appreciated. Being sent off with a "Have a nice day" made me leave the hotel in a bright mood. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
