    The breakfast select...

The breakfast selection was good, but it was disappointing that I couldn’t take coffee back to the Room. Even though there was an electric kettle in the Room, there were only glass cups and no tea or coffee packets. Most Hotels these days provide them. There was no guest survey form either. The foreign staff member at the front desk may not have had a choice, but their polite Japanese was not very good. The Room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious, so I had a comfortable stay. However, I noticed an odor on the towels. It would be even better if there were drink service in the lobby—most Hotels these days offer at least welcome coffee.

    A very comfortable Hotel

This is a very comfortable Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    A convenient, great-value Business Hotel

The location makes it easy to get anywhere, and while the Room isn’t large, it doesn’t feel cramped and is very comfortable. There is also a large public bath, and although I didn’t use it, the in-room bath was spacious as well. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I’d recommend it to my colleagues as well.

This was my second stay for a business trip. I arrived in intermittent heavy rain due to a typhoon. I thought it was far too early for check-in and planned to leave my luggage, but the staff kindly accommodated me, saying, “Your Room is ready, so you may go in. Some areas are still being cleaned, so the hallway may be a bit busy.” I really appreciated being able to relax before work. The Room has a tile area and a carpeted area, with a layout that naturally encourages you to take off your shoes at the entrance. There was no step up into the washroom, making it very comfortable to use. The large public bath was also very clean, including the changing area. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to my colleagues as well.

Convenient base for sightseeing in Hakata and Tenjin — a Hotel with excellent access

About a 3-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station on the Subway Kuko Line, and just four stops by subway from Fukuoka Airport Station, this Hotel is conveniently located for both sightseeing and business. There are also plenty of bus routes around the Hotel, making it easy to get to Hakata Station and the Tenjin Bus Terminal area. If you plan to explore Fukuoka mainly by bus, this location is especially convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and shopping streets and yatai (food stall) areas are within walking distance. The yatai area is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a convenience store about a 2-minute walk away, so it never felt inconvenient. The room I stayed in had a separate bath and toilet. The closet was spacious enough to store about two days’ worth of luggage. There was also enough space to open a suitcase comfortably, making it an easy place to relax. Soundproofing was excellent—I barely noticed traffic or city noise outside. The bed was comfortable, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were stable. The large public bath has a simple layout with a spacious indoor bath and washing area. I used it around midnight, and there were only a few other guests. The water temperature wasn’t too hot and was comfortable. Breakfast is buffet-style with a good selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. Local options such as takana pickles, mentaiko (spicy cod roe), mizutaki chicken hot pot, and mentaiko baguette were available, adding a nice touch of Fukuoka flavor. There was also a corner where you can make your own seafood rice bowl, which made breakfast especially satisfying. When I went around 6:30 AM it wasn’t very crowded, so I could eat in peace. Guests included both leisure travelers and business visitors, with some international guests as well. There were several international staff members at the front desk as well, giving the Hotel an international feel. Check-in is via self-service machines but staff are nearby to assist if needed, so everything went smoothly. They were also flexible with luggage storage; being able to leave my bags until that evening after checkout was extremely helpful. Rather than staying in the Hotel for long periods to relax on-site, it’s an excellent base for sightseeing in Fukuoka or business trips. It’s particularly recommended for those who want efficient access around the Hakata and Tenjin areas.

The services felt minimal and limited to the essentials.

I stayed for two nights. Many of the front desk staff were foreigners, but they were friendly and helpful, which made me feel comfortable. The property and the Room had a slightly Japanese-style touch and were clean and stylish. However, the service was kept to the bare minimum, and honestly I didn’t feel it was good enough to make me want to return. Amenities included only a razor, toothbrush, body towel, cotton set, and comb—there was no lotion or makeup remover. There is an electric kettle, bottled water, and a water dispenser, but no tea bags or drip coffee. Towels were limited to just two: one bath towel and one face towel. There wasn’t an extra towel for after washing your hair or face. From other Reviews it seems the meals are well regarded, but since my stay was No Meals Included I can’t comment on that—sorry. If you simply need a clean Room to sleep in, I think this place would suit you.

Convenient for attending performances at Hakataza Theatre

I always stay here when attending a performance at Hakataza. The subway station and Hakataza are about a 3-minute walk away even at a relaxed pace, so it’s extremely convenient! When the Hotel first opened, there was a wide selection of amenities, but now you receive only the essentials at the front desk. Since both the variety and quality feel somewhat mediocre, I wondered if it might be better to offer no amenities by default and make them available for purchase if needed. The Room is clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom is more than adequate. The staff service is sufficient for a Business Hotel. Overall, I think it’s an Accommodation with great value for money.

    It was comfortable.

The Room was clean and had a great view (Cold Spring Park view—I was happy to see the cherry blossoms). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept well without any shoulder or neck stiffness. Nakasu-Kawabata Station, the shopping arcade, Kushida Shrine, Canal City, and Riverain Hakata were all very close by, and there was also a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, which was very convenient. Thank you!

    It was clean and comfortable.

I used the breakfast-included Plan to see a show at Hakataza. The Room was clean, the bed was spacious, and since it was on the 11th floor, the view was great and very comfortable. It was also convenient to be able to check how crowded the large public bath was on the in-room TV. I was a little disappointed that there were udon rather than ramen at the breakfast buffet, and that the hair dryers in both the bath area and the Room had only moderate airflow, but otherwise I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

I always choose this Accommodation when staying in Hakata.

Whenever I travel to Fukuoka for business, I choose this Hotel. I have stayed at several Hotels around Nakasu-Kawabata Station, and overall this one offers the highest level of satisfaction. The rooms are especially clean and comfortable. There is also a large public bath, and the breakfast is generally satisfying. It is conveniently within walking distance of Nakasu.

Overall, it was a Hotel with no major issues.

Overall, the Hotel was fine, but the Room wear smelled, so I requested a change; however, the replacement was not much better. I was also concerned about mold in the humidifier’s water tank.

    I used to frequently...

I used to frequently recommend this place as an option when visiting Fukuoka, but this time I felt the overall satisfaction had significantly dropped, especially with amenities and staff atmosphere. The coffee machine next to the front desk was gone, leaving only water. There were no tea options in the Room either (not that I needed it, but it was surprising to see it removed). This made me feel like even the quality of shampoo and toothbrushes had declined—I regretted not bringing my own. During my Multiple Night Stay, I didn’t require cleaning services, but there was no explanation about how to exchange towels. The Room also didn’t display what number to call for the front desk, so out of convenience, I just reused everything for two days. While I’m generally satisfied with the location and Room itself, it’s disappointing to see such a decline in service quality.

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. The room had a separate bath and toilet, with a spacious and relaxing bathtub, though the toilet felt slightly cramped. It would be better if the toilet paper holder was placed a bit farther away. The sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom area provided a nice sense of privacy. For breakfast, I enjoyed seafood in the morning, with squid being particularly delicious that day. Although I don't usually eat desserts, the cream puff was delightful. If you inform the staff, they will prepare a cup for coffee takeout. I would like to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka for business trips.

    The front desk.

The young foreign male staff at the front desk was polite and provided excellent service. However, the other staff around him were unwelcoming and did not even greet guests, which was disappointing. An older male staff member in a white uniform was sighing while doing office work right next to me during check-in. I will not be returning.

    A standard hotel, ne...

A standard hotel, neither particularly good nor bad. Suitable for business use or as a place to stay, but not recommended if you want to enjoy the accommodation itself. The building is new and very clean; however, cleaning is not thorough, and hair was noticeable in the room. When the card key is removed, all electricity in the room shuts off, including the air conditioning, so be cautious when staying during summer or winter. Information about the facilities relies on their website rather than staff assistance, which made it difficult to realize that you need to scan your card key in the elevator. Breakfast includes dishes made with local specialties, offering a nice regional touch. While not ideal for those looking for an enriching hotel experience during their trip, it’s recommended if you're seeking an affordable place to stay.

    Conveniently located...

Conveniently located near the station and with easy access to Nakasu. The triple Room was relatively spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. However, the sofa bed had a hard mattress, which was disappointing. The large public bath was great, and the meals were very delicious. I'm glad I chose this Hotel. I would like to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

A mechanical sound can be heard.

The room had frosted glass windows that could not be opened, likely because the view outside was just the wall of a neighboring building. There was a constant humming noise, like machinery, coming from somewhere, which was quite distracting. It wasn’t due to being near the elevator shaft, and I couldn’t identify the source of the sound. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided warm hospitality—without the noise, it would have been perfect. Unrelated to the accommodation itself, I was pleasantly surprised to find Kenji Yanobe’s "Ship’s Cat" installed across the street from the hotel. Upon researching it later, I learned it’s his first work in this series—oh wait, is that also an accommodation?

    Don't expect too much.

I thought it was a new and clean Hotel, but there were numerous black marks about 50cm above the floor on the walls in various places in the Room, making me wonder, "What happened?!" The air purifier was also dirty, which made me uneasy. While the water facilities in the Room were clean, the public bath was a bit... and seemed old. The smell in the Room and of the loungewear was quite noticeable as well. However, there were no issues with linens. The staff responded politely to various requests, so perhaps I just had too high expectations for the Room.

Offering tea or coffee would be ideal.

The Hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, there were two disappointing points: although there was an electric kettle in the Room, no tea or coffee was provided. Additionally, while towels were replaced, there was no indication about whether Room wear would be exchanged. When I left the Room wear together with the towels as a test, it was not collected (exchanged) and remained on the bed. It would have been helpful if "Room wear is not exchanged" had been mentioned in the information provided.

    The Room was suppose...

The Room was supposed to be a shower single, but it had a regular bath (the public bath was satisfying). When I picked up a brush that fell behind the toilet, it was covered in dust, so I hope the cleaning can be more thorough. During breakfast, when asked if they could clear my table and I agreed, even untouched water was taken away. It felt rushed despite having enough time left, which was disappointing. The reception service was excellent.

    Room Cleaning

The location is excellent, the hotel is quiet, and the room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. However, the bed pad was set with the sheets positioned down to shoulder level. I adjusted it myself, but making the bed after returning tired was quite troublesome. Additionally, there were leftover crumbs (possibly from snacks like "Jagarico?") on the shelf under the sink, which was very unpleasant. It made me concerned about whether cleaning had been done properly. I think this is a very good hotel overall, so I hope improvements can be made regarding cleanliness.

I wish consideration had been given.

On the final night of my Multiple Night Stay, around 10 PM, I went to the front desk to request a delivery slip and cardboard box. The two male staff members, whom I had interacted with several times before, greeted me warmly. However, a senior-looking female staff member asked for my Room number and name. While I understand the need for security checks, the male staff next to her should have been aware of my details. Asking me to state my Room number and name in front of other guests felt slightly inconsiderate.

The location, customer service, and meals are satisfactory, but...

It seems that costs have not been allocated to maintaining the Facility. For example, in the men's large public bath, there were only three people bathing, but there were more than seven lockers without keys. At first, it felt confusing, but I assumed they might not have replaced lost keys.

    Comfortable

This was my first time using this place. Convenient access, clean Room, and a comfortable large public bath. However, it was a bit disappointing that the noise from next door could be heard, but everything else was comfortable. I will use it again when I come for work next year.

Overall, the satisfaction level is high.

The view from the Room overlooking Reisen Park was beautiful. The distance to Marine Messe Fukuoka was manageable on foot, which is why I chose this place. There are convenience stores nearby as well. The twin Room was relatively spacious and comfortable to use. The public bath was larger than expected and helped relieve fatigue, but it was a bit disappointing that most of the hairdryers either didn’t produce warm air or had weak airflow. However, the bathroom amenities were satisfactory. The lobby has a pleasant fragrance, though it might be better if it were slightly more subtle for a more relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast restaurant had an open and stylish ambiance. The staff’s service, including those in training, was polite and commendable.

    It was beautiful.

I arrived around 1:30, but I was grateful to be able to check in immediately as the Room was ready. The Room was spacious, new, and clean. There was also a large public bath, which was satisfying.
