    This is now my go-to place to stay in Sapporo!

    When I was looking for a hotel for my first business trip in about 10 years, I chose this one for its location and clean appearance. My instincts were spot on. It’s close to Sapporo Station, with easy access to JR trains and the subway. A colleague from our Sapporo branch drove me there, and despite being near the station, the hotel was easy to reach by car. The room was spotless, and although compact, it had a fully separate bathroom and toilet—a big plus. Space-saving touches, such as the recessed TV, made the room feel more spacious. Breakfast was also excellent, with local Hokkaido specialties including seafood, zangi fried chicken, and soup curry. I’m not sure when my next visit will be, but my new job gives me more opportunities to visit Sapporo, so I’d love to stay here again.

    This could be my go-to place to stay!

    I stayed here on a solo trip to Sapporo as a woman and had a very comfortable first visit. The deciding factor was the bathroom, with a separate toilet and a bathtub with its own washing area. A communal bath might be nice, but I prefer being able to take a bath whenever I like. There was a wide selection of amenities beside the front desk, especially bath additives. When I returned to the hotel for a break, I enjoyed a foot soak with some bath additives, and soaking in the tub both at night and in the morning kept me feeling refreshed. You can use the TV to request housekeeping for the following days. Since I was traveling alone and wanted to return to my room freely throughout the day, I opted out of cleaning for my three-night stay. Even though I was alone, I was given towels, pajamas, and bottled water for two, which was very helpful. I have long hair and usually have to make do with the towels provided at other hotels when drying it, so having plenty of clean, fluffy towels made my stay especially comfortable. I hope the hotel continues this practice. This will be my first choice for my next trip to Sapporo in early summer. Thank you very much.

    The perfect hotel for sightseeing.

    A compact yet spotless hotel. The amenities are SEKKISEI, and they also provide Babu bath tablets. Even though the slippers are disposable, they’re wonderfully plush. Dyson hair dryer and a ReFa shower head. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

    I’ll stay here again next time.

    After hearing from my family how great Mets in Yokohama was, I chose this property in Sapporo—and it was absolutely the right decision. It’s just steps from the North Exit of Sapporo Station, so the location is perfect. Everything is new and spotless, and the bathroom in particular is spacious and relaxing. Personally, I prefer a larger in-room bath over a public bath. The bed was wide and extremely comfortable. The amenities were excellent—SEKKISEI! Many hotels don’t provide makeup remover or facial cleanser, so that was another big plus for me. The only downside was that breakfast felt a bit lacking for my taste… Next time I won’t add breakfast.

    A Cozy Hotel

    I booked this hotel because I had a great stay at the Akihabara location, and this one was just as excellent. There was a Dyson humidifier, and the fridge was stocked with drinks and chocolates said to help with sleep and relaxation. The placement of the outlets and lights was clearly well thought out and very convenient, and the bathroom was spacious—I could add a bath salt and soak in peace. One small thing: one of the male staff members at breakfast worked very efficiently, but he seemed focused on closing duties—walking past guests in a way that pushed through them, and wiping down counters while making guests wait—which was a bit disappointing.

    The relaxing bath was wonderful.

    The bath was incredibly comfortable! The bathtub and washing area were separate and both spacious, and with the bath salts you can choose at the front desk plus the ReFa shower head, I was able to relax and take my time. The room was also very clean, and it was great that there were hardly any noticeable odors, including in the bedding. There were plenty of power outlets, and the bright-toned interior made for a very pleasant stay. When they stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, the staff were extremely courteous as well. With Starbucks and 7-Eleven nearby, it was a very convenient location. I stay in Sapporo about once a year and always struggle to choose a hotel each time, but this time picking a new hotel for the first time in a while turned out to be absolutely the right choice. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

    This is a great-value Hotel.

    I stayed here on a trip with my daughter. They prepared a twin room for her birthday trip, and we had a comfortable stay. It was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate, so we could stretch our legs and relax in the bath after walking all day, and we also liked being able to choose our favorite bath salts. The Hotel was clean overall and easy to spend time in, but I was concerned that there was hair left in the bathtub on both days, and that the covering on the washbasin area was peeling quite a bit. It’s close to the station, and having Secoma very nearby is convenient. The staff were all very kind, so overall we were satisfied. I would like to stay here again when traveling to Sapporo.

    It was conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for two nights in a Superior Single. It was a clean Room, and although it was 17 m², it felt spacious. The bathroom with a washing area was great—the tub was large and very comfortable. I was able to relax with the Onsen bath salts provided at the front desk.

    Close to the station.

    We stayed for two nights. The front desk is automated, but staff are on hand, so it’s easy to use. They helped us carry our luggage from the rental car, which was a big help. You choose and take your own amenities, and the selection is very well stocked. The Room was clean, and the bath was not a unit bath, so we could relax and enjoy it. Even at departure, the staff were thoughtful—letting us use the restroom and more—so we were able to leave the Hotel with a great impression until the very end. However, the breakfast buffet doesn’t have a wide variety, so it may feel lacking for those expecting more options. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

    It was a clean and well-maintained Hotel.

    Although not very spacious, I was satisfied with the clean and well-maintained Room. The location is excellent. It would have been perfect if the breakfast had offered something more distinctive.

    It was comfortable.

    The entire Facility was new, clean, functional, and tastefully designed. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. The amenities were well stocked and very convenient. There were several types of Onsen bath salts, and they really helped me relax in the bath! Having a spacious bathroom with a separate washing area was especially appreciated. The Room lighting was thoughtfully designed in terms of placement, color tone, and switches. The air conditioner worked well too. There was a coffee machine in the lobby where we could enjoy freshly ground coffee, and the cocoa was delicious as well. It was also convenient to have Seicomart just 30 seconds away on foot. The Room was small and felt a bit cramped for two people, but considering the location and price, it’s understandable.

    As expected from the...

    As expected from the JR Group, JR-East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo was very clean and spotless. I was able to relax and rest well. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Spacious bathroom, convenient for a Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for 5 nights after the Obon holidays in August. The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of room both in the bathtub and the washing area, which was especially helpful for a Multiple Night Stay and made it easy to relax and recover from fatigue. It was also nice that I could check the coin laundry availability in real time from the in-room panel. It’s very close to Sapporo Station’s North Exit and also near the group bus stop, making it convenient for getting around.

    The bath, meals, and bed were great.

    1) Breakfast: There were options like seafood ochazuke and soup curry, and everything was very delicious. 2) Bed: Very comfortable—I slept soundly. 3) Bath: It had a washing area, plus a chair and wash basin—perfect. 4) If I had to mention one drawback, the fixed sink faucet sticks out, which makes washing my face inconvenient. 5) Overall, it was a very good Hotel.

    Compact and very nice!

    This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got bored. The amenities are plentiful, and even on a business trip I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again.

    First stay in five years

    This was my first stay in five years, and the shower head had been upgraded to ReFa, with the hair dryer and air purifier changed to Dyson. There were also bath salts and face masks available at the front desk, so many aspects had been improved. The bath towels in the Room were thick and felt very luxurious. You can definitely hear some noise from nearby construction, but it was quiet at night. However, the refrigerator near the bedside in the Room was fairly loud, so it would be even better if there were a switch to turn it off. I will be staying again in September as well—thank you in advance.

    As always, the staff...

    As always, the staff were wonderful, and the Hotel was very clean, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient—so I’ve decided that when staying in Sapporo, this is my Hotel of choice. I look forward to staying again.

    We hope for improvements in your pre-arrival support.

    There was one disappointing issue with the pre-stay handling. At the time of my Reservation, I noted my stay dates in the remarks section, but because the Hotel did not sufficiently Check Reservation details, a package I had sent to the Hotel in advance was not accepted and was returned. Later, I was contacted after the Hotel seemed to have confirmed my Reservation, but by then it was already the day of my stay and I was on my way to the airport for departure. The return process had already started, so nothing could be done to improve the situation, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, when I actually checked in, the staff were very polite and kind. The amenities were varied and high quality, making for a comfortable stay. The location is also extremely convenient and ideal for sightseeing. The room was somewhat compact, but overall it was comfortable. If pre-stay Reservation confirmation is improved, I think this would be an even more reassuring Hotel to stay at.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel.

    The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple, and the Facility was easy to use and thoughtfully prepared, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The spacious, user-friendly bathroom was a plus, and I was happy with the excellent breakfast selection, including jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken).

    It was a clean Hotel.

    This was my first stay here. Until now, when I came to Sapporo I stayed at JR Tower Hotel Nikko, which is directly connected to the station, and I initially made a Reservation there this time as well. However, since I was traveling alone and wanted to try another Hotel, I chose this one. Perhaps because it’s a relatively new Hotel, it was clean. It wasn’t spacious, but the Room was a comfortable size. I went out for drinks after the concert and got back late so I didn’t use it, but it seemed like you could also watch WOWOW and enjoy your time even when staying alone. The bathroom in the Room also had a separate washing area, which was great (I’m not really a fan of unit baths). The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Because of construction around Sapporo Station and the surrounding area, it was a little hard to get there at first, but it ended up being closer than expected and very convenient. I wonder how it would have been if it had been raining... Maybe I just couldn’t find them, but I couldn’t locate a toothbrush set. Was there one? It’s not somewhere that’s easy for me to visit often, but this is a Hotel I’d want to choose again when I come back to Sapporo.

    It’s almost perfect, but…

    The Facilities are new and kept clean, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it was disappointing that the elevator did not arrive quickly and that breakfast was almost the same for two days. Considering the price, I can recommend it as the best Hotel in Sapporo.

    Suitable for business trips

    I stayed here on a business trip. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and there are convenience stores nearby, making it perfect for both business and sightseeing. The amenities were well stocked, and there was also a free coffee machine, so I was able to relax during my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with plenty of dishes, which made for a great start to the day.

    Accommodation due to schedule changes caused by a typhoon

    Due to a typhoon, my outbound flight was canceled, so I had to arrive a day earlier and stayed here at short notice. The Room was clean, the bathroom had a separate washing area, the shower head was ReFa, the hair dryer was Dyson, and there was even a Dyson fan—absolutely satisfied. Because of the schedule change, I couldn’t print my materials in time, but they kindly printed them for me as well, which I really appreciated. The price was reasonable and the value for money is excellent! I’d definitely like to stay again on my next trip to Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    As a Good Design Award-winning Hotel, it met my expectations. The air conditioning was easy to adjust to my preference, and the amenities were great. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed here again because I had a good experience last time. The walls seem thin, so I could hear noises and conversations, which was a bit bothersome, but overall I was satisfied because the bathroom has a bathtub and everything I needed was provided. It’s also close to the station, and the place was kept very clean. One thing that concerned me was that there is a smoking room behind the front desk, and cigarette smoke leaked out, making the area around reception smell of smoke. I think it would be even better if deodorizing measures were strengthened.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near Sapporo Station.

    Just a few minutes on foot from the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station, with a subway entrance nearby as well—an unbeatable location. Yet the area is quiet, so you can relax and unwind. The Room was clean and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated the separate bath and toilet, plus a proper washing area. I was especially happy that the pajamas were a two-piece set. I had a comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    Conveniently located near the station, it was clean and even provided Sekkisei amenities, which was great. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again in Sapporo.
