    Convenient location.

    I stayed here on a solo trip to Sapporo. Since I planned to visit Jozankei Onsen and other Facility locations around the city, I chose a Hotel close to the station that made it easy to come and go. When I entered the Room, I found that the bath and toilet were separate—something I hadn’t paid attention to when making my Reservation—so I was pleasantly surprised. Being able to bathe at my leisure was very satisfying. The indirect lighting felt stylish, and the humidifier was a Dyson. Although I didn’t use it, everything was compact, clean, and very comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I have another chance to visit Sapporo. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The service was excellent, and the quality was consistently reliable.

    Close to the station and with a separate bath and toilet, I stay here from time to time. This visit also met my expectations in terms of consistent quality. However, as the property has aged, I felt the carpet is starting to show signs of wear. That said, they offer services you don’t often see these days: there was a carbonated drink and chocolate in the fridge, two bottles of water, and four drip coffee packs, which was very helpful. Overall, I have a good impression of their service. There are many great hotels in Sapporo, but this is always one of my options. I would like to stay again.

    This was my second A...

    This was my second Accommodation Reservation, and both the facility and the Room were impeccably clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided smart service, responding promptly to necessary matters, which left a positive impression. It is about a 3-minute walk from the north exit in an easy-to-find location, making it a great spot unless there is extremely bad weather.

    The room is excellent.

    Stayed near Odori Park and close to the station for one night each, using it on the second day. Opted for the "Omakase Plan" and was provided with a twin room. Loved the separate bath and toilet, as well as being able to choose bath additives, which allowed for a relaxing bath and a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. The breakfast left no particular impression, and it was unfortunate that the staff lacked morning cheerfulness.

    Excellent

    I chose the "Leave it to Us" Plan this time and was delighted to be provided with a Twin Room. The room had a clean Nordic design, and with the bath and toilet being separate, I could truly relax! It was such a great experience that I would love to stay here again on my next business trip.

    Clean space and attentive service

    It was my first time staying, but it was a Hotel where I could feel at ease. The front desk staff always welcomed me with a smile and kindly assisted with small requests like calling a taxi, which I greatly appreciated. The Room was clean and calm, and having a work stand was very helpful. The air conditioning was designed so that the airflow didn’t hit directly, making it comfortable to relax. The separate bath and toilet layout were convenient, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. I would love to stay here again!

    The 2nd-floor front desk area smells like cigarette smoke.

    Conveniently located near Sapporo Station. Highly recommended. However, the smoking rate in Sapporo is extremely high; the smoking room is on the same floor as the front desk, so the lobby smells of cigarettes. The restroom also smelled of cigarettes. The bath salts and lotion provided at the front desk were nice. However, because of the cigarette smell, I personally have doubts about staying again next time. It felt like it may take years before local awareness shifts regarding this (the cigarette odor). As a business hotel, it is sufficient. Recommended.

    Good Hotel

    For a trip with my mother, I booked 2 Rooms for single use. Having used Tokyo Mets before and after the pandemic, it gave me a sense of security. The separate bath and toilet made the stay very comfortable! Dyson products were provided, but I couldn't figure out how to use them... that was the only disappointing part.

    Would love to stay again.

    It was a very lovely Hotel. I chose this place because the bath and toilet are separate, the breakfast is delicious, and the Room is not too small. The shower was ReFa, and the hairdryer was Dyson. My friend also enjoyed it very much. All the staff were very accommodating, and it’s a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    I made a same-day reservation for one night. The hotel was close to the station and affordable, so I chose it without much thought, but it turned out to be a great choice! Check-in was smooth with the machine. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the hairdryer was Dyson, making this Business Hotel highly recommended for women. There was also a washing machine, so I managed to finish all my laundry during my trip before heading home. New hotels are so comfortable! I will definitely stay here again.

    Simple and just right, I like it.

    Solo trip to Sapporo. Stayed with No Meals Included. Conveniently located near Sapporo Station, perfect for exploring the city. The Room is small but equipped with all essentials. The bathtub is spacious, allowing for a relaxing soak. Even while filling the tub, the shower water pressure remains strong. The staff are kind and provide helpful information when needed. I checked in early and they kindly stored my luggage, including refrigerated items. Everything was perfect with no stress at all. I would love to stay here again!

    The bathroom in the Room is excellent.

    When visiting Chitose, Hokkaido, Mets is my top choice. It offers excellent access from the station, a convenience store next door, and most importantly, a spacious bath with a separate washing area. While there is no large public bath, the variety of famous Onsen bath salts available near the front desk makes bath time enjoyable and relaxing. This was my second visit after July, and I deeply appreciate the thoughtful gesture of upgrading my Room again this time. Hokkaido will be getting colder soon—please take care to avoid catching a cold. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Convenient location near the station with a wide variety of amenities.

    The front desk offers a wide variety of amenities. For travelers who bring face masks and bath additives, you'll be delighted to find not only morning and evening face masks but also multiple types of bath additives to choose from. The separate bathtub and washing area are a great feature. The cleanliness is impeccable. I would love to stay here again!

    Noboribetsu Karurusu

    The amenities included Bathclin bath salts inspired by Noboribetsu Karurusu, Nyuto Onsen, Dogo Onsen, and Beppu Onsen. Since the Room had a bathtub, I was able to soak and warm up at a relaxed pace. After walking around Hokkaido University’s campus as it started to feel like autumn in September and getting chilled, I enjoyed an onsen-like bath both at night and in the morning.

    Very satisfied.

    I chose this accommodation because of the good reviews. I stayed in a single room, which had a separate bath and toilet, and it was sufficient if you're just looking for a place to sleep. You can take the amenities you need, and the complimentary coffee and cocoa at the front desk were delicious—I enjoyed them multiple times during my stay. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, but since the menu was almost the same every day, it might get repetitive if you have a multiple night stay. The walls seemed thin as I could hear noises and conversations from the hallway, which was slightly bothersome. There was no safety box in the room; having one would be convenient. The location is close to Sapporo Station, with places like Daimaru nearby—I'd consider staying here again if I have another opportunity.

    When I contacted the Hotel due to heavy rain at check-in time, they kindly came to the nearest station with an umbrella to pick me up. The room environment was great, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional.

    The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there is also a small massage machine. Both the Room and the bath were clean, making our stay very comfortable. My daughter, who came with me, was also delighted with this Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Cleaning

    On the first day, when I tried to use the Room's bath and moved the bucket on the bath chair, I found hair. The cleaning options were Eco Cleaning, Regular Cleaning, or No Cleaning. It seems that Eco Cleaning is designed with a home setting in mind, but for environmental purposes: Is not making the bed really necessary? If it's for eco-friendliness, perhaps other services shouldn't be reduced. If guests are expected to cooperate for environmental reasons, there should be some return benefits as well. Choosing Eco Cleaning seems to benefit only the Hotel side. That said, there were many thoughtful touches: the fabric spray was of high quality (Shimizu Kaoru), disposable slippers were sturdy, you could check breakfast crowd levels on your Room TV and even check out from your Room directly. These details made me feel well cared for overall but also left me slightly disappointed in some areas. As for breakfast menus—differentiating them more from other Hotels would be appreciated!

    I had a comfortable stay for 3 days.

    I used this accommodation during a conference. The room amenities were all Dyson, there was a massage cushion, and the fridge had relaxation drinks, making it easy to unwind even after walking around the vast Sapporo area. The separate bathtub and washing area in the bathroom are particularly convenient for women. The location is also great, with Lawson and 7-Eleven between the station and the hotel, which is handy for any forgotten travel items. The glass entrance on the first floor allows you to wait for a taxi without getting wet in rain or stepping out of an air-conditioned space—very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of Hokkaido specialties (the milk was especially delicious). It’s buffet-style with frequent replenishments; thoughtful touches like serving roasted vegetables separately from soup curry stood out. For those who want to enjoy a hearty breakfast, I recommend choosing a plan that includes breakfast. Suit cleaning service was impressive—if you drop it off in the morning, it’s returned by afternoon on hangers. Although I didn’t use it this time, there seemed to be coin laundry facilities as well. Unfortunately, housekeeping in my room wasn’t thorough; dust on items like lamp shades and shelves holding the fridge or kettle caught my attention. Additionally, at this price range of hotel accommodations, I expected several 500ml bottles of water provided freely in-room for guests’ convenience instead of having only two 350ml bottles over two days—which meant extra trips to convenience stores were necessary—a slight downside. Despite these minor issues, I would consider staying here again when visiting Hokkaido!

    Relax and unwind in the bath.

    The bath is separate from the washing area, and the front desk provides bath salts from various onsen locations, making it very comfortable and relaxing. The washing area is spacious, but it would have been even better if there were chairs available, which was a bit disappointing. The access from the station is excellent, and there’s a convenience store next door, making the location fantastic. I had made a reservation with a room assigned upon arrival, but they kindly upgraded me to a spacious high-floor room as there was availability. This unexpected warm gesture during my trip was truly appreciated. Thank you very much. I have already made another reservation for my next trip to Sapporo. Mets will always be my first choice in Sapporo!

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed here during my trip to Hokkaido for a baseball game. The accommodation is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, and the facility was very clean. I booked the "Room Type Random Plan" this time, and I was lucky to be assigned a twin room. The bed was extremely comfortable. During my multiple night stay, the cleaning service was thorough, leaving every corner spotless and allowing me to enjoy a clean environment. I also had breakfast, and the staff greeted me warmly, which made for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was an excellent hotel with nothing to complain about. If I plan another trip to Sapporo, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    The Hotel paid great attention to detail.

    I chose this accommodation for its convenient location near the station, and being a new hotel, the facilities were modern with high-grade electrical equipment in the room. Drinks and snacks for a good night's sleep were provided, and there was a small back massager placed on the chair, showing thoughtful consideration for guests. The bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub, with the sink and toilet also separated from the bathroom, making it very user-friendly. The front desk staff were extremely polite. I plan to stay here again when visiting Sapporo next time.

    The bath and chocolate are exceptional.

    Single use, second time this month. The separate bathroom and toilet are spacious and comfortable. Adding Onsen powder creates a relaxing Onsen-like experience. GABA chocolates in the fridge—a thoughtful touch that brings joy. Very satisfying. Additionally, the bed is wide and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Everything feels spacious and relaxing. Extremely satisfied! Would love to stay again.

    [Single Use] Close to Sapporo Station, spacious Room

    Close to the station with excellent amenities. The highlight was the thoughtful treats in the refrigerator, especially the GABA chocolate, which I tried for the first time and truly appreciated. The attention to detail was impressive. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the slow response of the computer during check-in. Thank you very much. I will stay again next week.

    Close to the station

    Chose this place for its proximity to the station and the bathroom with a washing area. As I stayed alone in a twin room, I appreciated having plenty of towels, just like at home. Stayed for 2 nights; the first night was noisy and I couldn't sleep well, but earplugs were provided for the second night. It would have been even better if the toilet was separate.

    Stayed for the first time for three nights. Pros: - 2-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station North Exit. - Hotel staff were very accommodating. - The bathroom with a washing area is spacious despite being in a 17 sqm room. - Equipped with "ReFa" shower head. - Simmons 5.5-inch pocket coil mattress provided excellent comfort for sleeping. - High-function TOTO toilet installed. - Dyson hair dryer and humidifying air purifier available in the room. - Emergency "smoke hood" provided in the guestroom for safety purposes. - Room slippers are not flimsy or thin. - Guests can check the availability of three washing machines on the front floor and breakfast restaurant congestion via their room TV screen. - Coffee machine on the front floor served delicious coffee. - Breakfast included high-quality "Yumepirika" rice, signature Zangi (fried chicken), fish, scrambled eggs, French toast—all dishes were satisfying and flavorful at just ¥1,980. Cons: The complimentary water in the guestroom was provided in a "can" instead of a plastic bottle. I’ve already decided to stay at this accommodation again on my next visit to Sapporo!
